Enforcers
Enforcers are the elite of the alien forces on Earth and their creation is perhaps the entire reason for choosing earth for their arms race to create new and more powerful magical girls.
Pushed to battle every girl eventually loses the spark that keeps them human, once near that would they are seeded with the aliens' corruption and so begins the long process that turns them into enforcers.
Immune to the attacks of their former sisters their will is completely bent to the alien control mind, enforcing their will by hunting down rogue girls and seeding those ready to be harvested as new enforcers.
