Friend got kicked off

My friend Luna grace sky got kicked off for her age but she didn't know How to change it back to her proper age. Would there be any way to put her account back on and change her age?
 
If your friend made the conscious decision to play in age restricted areas despite knowing she wasn't of the right age and made no attempts to message a mod or ask around to see if there was a way to fix her age, then I don't think there's much of a chance a mod will restore their account. Unless, of course, this isn't the case. That is one thing Iwaku is pretty strict on because it's kind of a USA law. Also, this the sort of thing you message a mod about, not post in public forums o.0

she tried her best to just post on the oneXones but every time she did it got send to libertine. she tried to change her age on her setting but it wouldn't work. she is pretty clueless about how websites work and didn't know what exactly admins could do
