Ciel hadn't packed that much items since he didn't have a lot of sentimental items. The only item he can say that he had kept all this long was a somewhat white stuffed hare his mother gave him when he was younger. He supposed that it still meant something to him if he kept it for so long. Evidently, he will not admit to feeling any kind of remorse towards that woman. He kept that stuff animal hidden though before hoping on the top bunk. He didn't mind it too much since he was already pretty short for the average male. As he laid on the bed, he couldn't help but think about Snakes predicament.
Who would of guessed that he wasn't human? Well, maybe Ciel just didn't look hard enough. He still deemed normal to him when he had first encountered him...appearance wise that is. He didn't have good social skills that's for sure, but Ciel didn't seem him as a bad person. Snake just made him feel awkward. Ciel has never been good with talking to other people, but he was able to overcome his anxiety. In all, it didn't bug him much knowing that he was a monster so he was okay with keeping Snake as an acquaintance.
The blue hair male heard the darker skinned one enter the truck and glanced at him as he trudged to his bed. He chose not to say anything since Snake didn't say anything, and he wasn't so sure why he was so surprised by this. Just because the other man was weird didn't mean he would do strange things around him constantly. Maybe after finding out that Ciel wasn't afraid of him made him want to distant himself? Ciel probably made him feel uneasy, and the thought of that sounded silly to him. He wouldn't want to bother the other in anyway that he could, so he had decided to keep his distant as well; give Snake his space. True, he was curious, but Ciel was rather stubborn when it came to stuff like this. It wouldn't hurt him to try and be more kinder to the other's around him.
He let out a frustrated sigh to himself before he turned to his side, and pulled the covers over him. He wasn't going to worry over this anymore tonight. It was best to get his needed sleep now before he began working tomorrow early. Ciel wasn't nervous, he was more than thrilled to know that he had a stable job for the time being. He figured that he was going to be well off for awhile now, plus this job provided a home and food for him, so there was no bother to look for an apartment or whatnot. He was going to be fine.
