Not entirely sure what it does. But Diana and Vay say it has power. Power to create, I'm supposin' from the runes and alien text. Anyhow, I don't want it, you can have it, traveller. Maybe you can find this supposed "power" she's going on about.

It's not going to magically do all the coding for it, but it IS a really fast way to set up a basic single page! Plus it has a couple cool example to help learn from! I liked it. >:3
