If something is bright enough, he will get distracted and go into a trance. If it’s far, he will go towards it and stare at its beauty, maybe even try to touch it.

Silking/shrooming
When he gets nervous, because he’s still learning to control his strange cryptid powers, his silk production and/or mushroom summoning powers go a little wild.

Fire
Fire is a big no-no as it could potentially kill him. He is flammable, but despite it being shiny, he is not drawn towards it.

If his wings get wet, he cannot fly and is unable to produce powder from his wings.

Sometimes, too many stimuli overwhelm him due to his strong sensory organs and sensing abilities. When this happens he emotionally/mentally shuts down and goes into hiding mode. With his more oracle oriented powers, if an area is filled with lots of bad energy it can be very overwhelming.

He sees visions about the past primarily when he is somewhere with strong energies pertaining to the past, such as walking on a historical battlefield or when he touches a keepsake. For now, his future vision is uncontrollable. He often gets random blips of the future, oftentimes not pertaining to him. While imprisoned, he would often see people falling and other mundane things or getting particularly bad experiments conducted on them.

The user can create, shape, and manipulate darkness and shadows. Darkness solidification, where he can solidify the shadows/darkness to be able to control their surroundings and its contents; basically umbra telekinesis. Darkness healing, using the dark to envelop and heal injuries. Can shroud himself in darkness to hide.
(when he first discovers this power, he will have to use already existing darkness/shadows and his limited ability to control it can cause dangerous outcomes to occur)

Illusions
Can cast illusion magic over people to confuse, terrify, or debilitate whoever he casts the illusion upon.

Background:
Nimue was a tiny grub when his father, the Mothman, left him in the care of his adopted mother, Yzma. She was a swamp witch who practiced natural and magical medicines and alchemy, so she raised her new grubbling son to be like her. She taught him the value of life and nature and showed him the magic of mushrooms. Because of her influence, from a young age, he was fascinated by fungi.

They lived a relatively peaceful life together, making potions, casting magic, and weaving things out of the durable yet soft silk Nimue produced. However, what the mother and son didn’t realize, was that their presence deep within the swamp wasn’t a secret.

Someone had laid eyes on the grub, someone who was curious about his strange existence, who grew hungry every second they saw him. Unbeknownst to the two, they were being watched. When Nimue was the equivalent of a human sixteen-year-old, this being decided to show their face. On one of his midnight walks, he came across a bog demon, who despite being greasy was quite handsome. When they met, Nimue was terrified at first, but eventually, the demon befriended him.

Nimue knew that if he told his mom about the encounter, she would forbid him from talking to the being. He was so curious, and he had never really made friends with anyone who wasn’t an animal or bugs...That’s when Nimue made the decision to keep his bog friend a secret.

The monster was stuck to the swamp waters, only being able to poke his head out from the pond he resided in. Since Nimue couldn’t swim, he could only sit near the edge of the water and talk to his newfound friend. He would go on his usual walks, then sneak off to his buddy where they would chat.

The swamp man was charismatic, charming. He made Nimue feel special and handsome. He knew how to make Nimue laugh, he knew how to make his days brighter. The only problem with his friend was that he always tried to pressure him into coming into the water with him. Nimue would refuse as best he could, but the man would make him feel bad. He would say he felt lonely in the bog, that if Nimue was his true friend he’d join him. Nimue would try to tell him he could die if he got in, and the swamp monster would say he would make sure he wouldn’t.

Through using Nimue’s naivety and abusing the crush he had clearly developed for the boggart, the creature tried a different approach to get him to jump in the pond. He began flirting, making Nimue fall for him more. Then when the moment was right, he tried to get Nimue to kiss him. Nimue would have to lean over the edge of the pond, so it was a perfect opportunity for the boggart. If he denied him the kiss, he would just pressure him into it.

Nimue was obviously embarrassed by the proposal, seeming weary and like he wasn’t ready for something so intimate. The demon whispered to him, reassuring him that he would make sure he didn’t fall, that it would be special and amazing because it’d be his first kiss with someone so experienced, that he would be sad if Nimue kept denying him. When Nimue finally gave in after he pushed hard enough, that’s when the boggart attacked. Before their lips touched, he grabbed the boy and dragged him into the depths of the bog, betraying him at that moment.

The demon did not love him, the demon found him to be an amusement and an eventual snack he hoped to partake in. He wanted to feed off the strange being’s power, to absorb him into himself and use Nimue’s magic to escape the swamp. However, before he could get a bite out of the drowning Nimue...His mother saved him. She had gone out for a walk to gather some plants when she saw what happened. Nimue had passed out in the waters, not knowing that his mother had come to his rescue. When he awoke, his mother was still cleaning the swamp off of him. She was clearly upset, but she was an understanding and compassionate woman. She wouldn’t tell Nimue what she did to the demon, but she told him this is why Nimue couldn’t trust just anyone and to never lie to her again.

Nimue grew fearsome of the outside world, fearing that everything was out to get him. He was still naive, that was something that wouldn’t change while being sheltered, but the scars of being betrayed by his first friend and crush were deep. It would be a long, long time before he felt confident enough to go on walks without his mother, let alone venture out into the world.

He had always been raised to hide away from humans, to not wander too far from ho else they could be discovered and killed by the humans. That didn't stop Nimu when he was a child, from being curious about the outside world. Now that he had become terrified of the outside world, having had a near-death experience and all, he remembered his mother's warnings as a kid, further cementing his anxieties. His mother grew more worried, knowing full well that even though they had to be careful, his fear had grown so unhealthy that it was becoming a problem. It took a lot of comfort and long talks to get him to feel comfortable enough to go on walks beside her.

As time passed, he started getting more comfortable again. Going outside was still a terrifying prospect, but his mother was acting as a stand-in therapist for him, guiding him through his fears and anxieties with ease after years of practice. She had always been reserved when speaking Nimue's father, but she had a feeling she needed to tell him something at some point. She sat Nimue down one day, telling him about the adventures she had with his dad and all the things they did. That despite how he was treated and how awful the humans were, he moved on and healed, he traveled and did as he desired no matter what. This inspired his curiosity about the world again, his hope slowly renewing.

Nimue eventually was comfortable enough to fly and explore the areas around the woods again. it made his mother beam with pride watching his son thrive again. She was so happy, she decided to reward him by allowing him to go further out than usual. The only stipulation was to go nowhere near the humans. If only they knew how his exploration would change their lives...

When he went to explore the nearby woods, unaware how close he was to the little town called Point Pleasant. He found an old munitions plant, though he didn’t understand what it was. He explored the area around it, and he eventually saw a big shiny metal thing racing down the hard black walkway (a road). The lights were glowing bright and it was so fast, so interesting! He had to follow it! He flew above and beside it, keeping up with it as best he could, and that’s when he realized there was something in the car.

Four humans sat within, all looking rather terrified. Nimue realized he got too close, and in his panic, he landed on top of the car. He held onto it, feeling scared yet invigorated; He had run into his first humans! He peeked down to see them again, his curiosity and adrenaline peaking, and the people within the car were clearly freaking out. Then, after he got his thrill, he flew off.

He was so giddy, so happy he had managed to be brave enough to face humans and their weird contraption. This event emboldened him and he began flying around the town more, lying to his mother again about just flying around the woods every time he went out. He would peak in strangers' windows, wanting to catch a glimpse of the humans in their natural habitats. He would perch on buildings and stare at their shiny lights. He would curiously look at their weird mannequins in store windows. Humans were utterly mesmerizing! He would always feel guilty when he would remember what his mother said, how she warned him and told him not to go anywhere near humans, but his curiosity and naivety got the better of him. Besides the ones who saw him in the car, he was sure no one else saw him!

What was most amazing was their bridge called the Silver Bridge. It was his favorite perching spot because he could see people in their metal tins- that he soon learned were called “cars”- driving along on it. After some days of hanging out at his favorite perch, he began to feel...strange; A gut feeling telling him something was off, that something was up. It made him feel so antsy, but he didn't understand why.

it wasn’t long before the bridge collapsed, something that terrified and saddened him, especially after the strange feelings he had been having. When the bridge collapsed, he finally started seeing the newspapers humans liked to distribute. He saw all the ones about him and the ones about the bridge; Some were even blaming him for it! Anxiety welling up in his chest, he realized he had indeed been spotted many times, and that this was an even bigger mess than he could have never anticipated.

He decided it was best to lay low and ran back into the woods. Even though he knew it wasn’t his fault, he couldn’t help but feel like it was anyway. However, the media and the town's attention wasn’t all that he garnished. A peculiar agency took notice of this newfound cryptid in Virginia, and unknown to him, they started following him.

They watched him, stalked him. They knew he hadn’t done anything wrong, per se, but they wanted to research him. From what they could see, he was timid and mostly ran away. So, using their agent with a silver tongue and a propensity for acting, they sent her to talk to him.

Nimue was obviously startled, but the woman had such a calming presence. She was slowly approaching him, asking him questions gently. He tentatively answered her, and eventually, as the two talked her stealthy goons walked up behind Nimue and shot him with a trank-gun. After he was stumbling and passing out from the drugs he was shot with, they restrained him with strange handcuffs and dragged him away.

That’s when the years of torment began. Every day, during every test, every injection, every shock or prod, and every scan...he would think of his mother. He would miss her warm embrace, the smell of her perfume, the delicious hummus she would make, the time they spent together listening to human music and weaving blankets and sweaters. The thought of her kept him going, kept him hopeful for escape. And now, those dreams are coming to fruition.

Charles is completely emotionally unstable. Being a manifestation of all the trauma and emotional problems, along with negative sides, of Nimue, Charles is extremely unstable. His mind is clouded with racing thoughts and just wants to run away and weep. Often, he loses control and his powers are wildly unreliable or inaccurate.

He only has so many feathers he can shoot out. After a while, he has to regenerate his “ammo reserve”, if you will.

He can shoot sharp feathers, much like quills or kunai, from his wings or other feathery parts of his body. This power is a bit of a mixture between shooting feathers, and being able to use magic to cause his usually soft feathers to become sharp and blade-like.

Infestation/Insect Manipulation
Summons swarms of parasitic or stinging/biting bugs to harm his foes.

Emotion Inducement
Can induce an array of emotions onto others, overwhelming and debilitating them with strong emotions. He typically projects sadness, anguish, rage, and anxiety. Often time, when he himself is in those states is when he induces it onto others. This also manifests in the fact that his emotions emit an aura, and any of those who don't have a strong mental fortitude will experience what he is feeling. When he cries, others do too, even if they aren’t sad.

Personality:
Afraid. He’s a lonely soul that’s scared of being hurt, abused, and used. He doesn’t want to be touched or looked at, he just wants to be left alone, yet at the same time just wants someone, anyone, to help him. He feels intense dysphoria and has strong bouts of depression and anxiety, mixed with some POCD. He lashes out at most people, but at the end of the day he needs and wants help, he just doesn’t know how to ask for it. He has intense memories and flashbacks and just wants it all to stop.

Wand - Her wand is light brown with a rabbit head on the hilt. Its eyes are emeralds and glow when in use. She can do basic spellcasting but only to a certain extent.
Fern - While technically not a weapon, Fern (her fox companion) is mentally in sync with Rosa. Because of this, Rosa can control Fern during combat through syncing with her and executing synchronized attacks.

Weakness/es:

Water
Rosa doesn’t like water due to childhood trauma. When she is forced into the water, she will overreact and freak out until she’s able to get out. She is able to shower and bathe but can’t swim.
Sickness
Her immune system is rather weak so when she gets sick she is almost certain to be compromised.
Heat
She gets very irritable when she gets overheated, causing her powers to fritz and be unreliable.

Powers:

Animal Summons - Rosa can summon a spirit animal to assist her. The spirit summoned depends on her needs, though only one can be summoned at a time.
Animal Speech - Rosa can speak to almost any animal, though if they are overly hostile, it is harder to communicate with them.
Astral Projection - Rosa can astral project, though only if she is able to focus enough. It leaves her slightly weak afterward. If she stays in her astral state for too long it can hurt her.
Animal Transformation - She can turn into any animal she’s seen, though she prefers mammals.
Dream Walking - She can enter the dreams of other people, though she has to be asleep to enter. She can only observe but as her powers grow she would be able to interact and guide or change, depending on the person's willpower

Background:
Rosa was born and raised in the wild with her mother and brother. They were all animal spirits, both she and her mother being rabbit spirits and her brother being a fox spirit. They lived in a hidden den that humans and other predators couldn’t enter. They dug an advanced group of tunnels and burrows for animals in danger, especially during hunting seasons and natural disasters.

Things were well until just after Rosa turned ten when several weeks of rains caused their den to collapse. Unable to exit through their main entrance, Rosa, her brother Fern, and her mother Lila all retreated into their tunnels and made for their spare burrows to escape. Rosa and Fern were able to escape, though Lila was trapped by a cave-in and drowned as a result.

Now alone with only each other, Rosa and Fern fled from their home as the forest collapsed and mutated due to the rain and landslides. They traveled around until they finally made a home in the desert mountains, though it took a lot of adapting to a brand new environment. They continued their mother’s life goal of helping animals in need.

They lived in peace and solitude until one day when they happened upon an injured animal. Fern cautioned that it seemed odd but Rosa ignored him and rushed to help the animal. After she had healed it, however, they were both surrounded by mysterious humans. They fought, though they were no match for the human’s magic weapons (electric weapons?). They ended up bound and captured, being taken to the secret facility.

Kept apart, they were only able to interact and spend time together when in rec areas. They were captured for nearly ten years, though due to tests that he endured, Fern is now stuck in a feral fox form and is bound to Rosa.

String Ring - Vincent has a ring on his right pointer finger that, on command, emits a magical string. Once it reaches the person or thing he wishes to control, he can control their actions and words. He can only do this with living beings and the more intelligent they are, the more power it takes.

Light - Vincent is weak to light abilities as they can cause his powers to become unstable.
Fire - Fire is the only thing that can damage his strings so he tends to shy away from it.
Emotion - His emotions change at the drop of a hat and can change from calm to enraged in a second.

Powers:
Puppet control - Using his ring, he can control a body or animal. His right eye, hidden beneath his eyepatch, will normally take on the appearance of whatever being he is controlling. He can control them until he runs out of energy, which varies depending on different circumstances like exhaustion, emotions, etc.
Puppet summons - He can summon a miniature plush puppet. It can change shape to fit under almost any crack. While not invulnerable, it will continue to move unless it is destroyed (ie it can be stabbed and such but still be fine).
Thought manipulation - He can’t control people’s thoughts but he can put thoughts in their heads to help sway their opinions and judgment. A person’s willpower decides if it works or not.

Personality:
Vincent is a very manipulative and charismatic person. He can normally convince most people to do what he wants if he tries hard enough, even without his powers. He is described as cunning and fearless, though he is easily angered. He doesn’t like other people though he won’t really go out of his way to hurt anyone unless they piss him off.

A staff made from a branch of the tree his father was born under, and a stone taken from the heart of Mount Kynthos, the staff is rooted into the natural world and as such, possess powers relative to nature and its progeny. Like all weapons of the Forge God Hephestus, its durability is without peer.

Music Box
A gift from his father and designed by Hecate, this simple adornment around his neck can play a jovial tune...however, it merely serves as a convenient function for its primary ability- summoning musical instruments for his personal use. To others, this would be a useless ability, but for one who specializes in song magic, it channels his abilities through an appropriate intermediary.

Healing Immune

Due to his nature as a creature of the Ten Hells and child of the Twelve Olympians, healing magic and items, except for natural remedies or the strongest and most ancient such as Ambrosia or Archdemon Blood, does not work on him.

Divinity Interference
As his powers are directly connected to the Natural Cycle of Life, the current state of the world compared to that from his own time means his abilities are VASTLY more limited, the farther away he is from the natural world. Thus, he needs to often be in a location directly connected to the natural world to either heal or regenerate his energy, like a natural hot spring, a forest glade, or even the ocean.

Nature’s Agony
Due to his connection to the natural world and humanities exploitation of it, he is plagued by constant migraines and headaches, aches and pains that while they do not cause lasting damage, are debilitating and often crippling in their extreme.

Transformation (Partially Active)
As a Divine of Olympus, he is able to communicate, control, and change into all the creatures of the animal kingdom at will, though this can be taxing for more ‘complex’ creatures.

Song Magic
Mystical bards are capable of using mystical abilities and fusing them with musical prowess to create spells that can either heal, curse or destroy enemies with an arsenal of multiple different effects. As the child of the God of Music, he inherits this discipline.

Nature Manifestation (Partially Active)
Sothasil is connected directly to the natural world and thus can communicate, influence, manipulate and control nature: all living beings and plants and natural phenomena, such as the weather and geology of the Earth, and the matter and energy of which all these things are composed. They can survive in any natural environment on earth.

Disease Manipulation (Inactive)
As the child of Astaroth, he can create, manipulate, shape, transform, cause/heal, etc. all forms of diseases, including their severity, contagiousness, methods of spreading, etc. They can control the organisms that spread diseases, including germs, bacteria, virus or other pathogens on a cellular level, including bacteriophages, microorganisms (microscopic organisms), retroviruses, cells that abnormally grow to make cancerous tumors and cysts, and pathogens that produce genetic mutations.

Background:
The vast majority of the Ten Hells are an inhospitable, desolate land, with belching volcanoes, hostile fauna, and lava oceans. The lands that could support the vast majority of the demonic population were controlled by the ancient families of the Clavicula Salomonis Regis- The 72 Demon Clans. Though many had emerged from the reign of Dead-King Ashmedai, others were from the fallen cohorts and supporters of the Seven Lords of Hell. One such clan, however, held a distinction among them, for being known as both natural force, and chaotic abomination.

The Loyalist Sect of Clan Astaroth.

Duke Astaroth was among the many of the First Generation Demons, crafted by the Primordial Demon king Ashmedai, to swear loyalty to the Princes, and serves among the first hierarchy, answering directly to Beelzebub and Lucifer, as they remain frozen in their thrones by Holy Dragon Cocytus. His creation, though, was one of unmatched confusion- A strange act of benevolence from the Dark Half of the Abrahamic Mythos. Once a former angel in service to Suchlaph, how Astaroth was cast out of the heavenly gates may only be known to him alone, but the newly-made fallen found himself in the domain of the King of Hell.

Ashmedai, a being of befuddling motives, used him as the base template to craft the first generation of demons- though others had been crafted before by his hand, such as the crafty Mephistopheles or the devious Federlin, a majority were little more than somber maniacs, with no care for the Dark King’s plans. With Astaroth, however, he was able to study the method used by his light half to craft a being worthy of the title ‘Demon Lord’. Placing Astaroth in charge of his Plaguelands, a large swamp of pestilence, disease, and rot, with a foul miasma that slew any who walked in without proper protection, Astaroth became a leader in Ashmedai demonic legion, under the name ‘Demon of Decay’. When the Dark King was slain by Morningstar, many urged for Astaroth to take over his position, but for reasons unknown, Astaroth refused.

When the Seven Princes came to power and put an end to the warlords vying for the Dead King’s position, Astaroth, along with Bael, Naberius, and Phenex, were among the few who swore fealty. Taking a wife from one of the fallen legions, he, along with the newly created Demon Malbogia, solidified their position as the wealthiest among the Demon Clans outside of Mammon’s level.

But we’re not here to talk about ancient history, are we?

Sotha Sil was born of the Noble Child Lexaminia, who on a rare excursion to the mortal plane fell for the charms of the God of the Sun, Apollo. Though the child was loved as any other, Astaroth and Almalexia found that Sotha Sil had shared the abilities of his divine father, and thus with a sore head and heavy heart, his existence was revealed to the Greek Pantheon. Overjoyed at having a foothold in the Abrahamic Pantheon, Zeus negotiated a Persephone-Deal with Astaroth, so that the divine demon would receive training from his holy father.

Sotha Sil quickly found that he was readily welcomed in the Greek Sphere, but not out of respect- his ability to discern damage to the natural world and when humans or gods meddled in affairs that put it at risk made him a clear choice to fix the messes the other gods left behind. His exposure to the senseless debauchery and vengeful foolishness of the Pantheon left him reserved and withdrawn from romantic pursuits.

Reverence was rare, and rarer still was respected, for as Sotha Sil was able to nurture nature and aid the plants in bloom, he was also the bringer of pestilence and the scale upon which growth and decay was balanced. Where one city might be blessed with great harvests and fertile fields, another would be ransacked by blight, whereas a third would be brought to ruin by a plague. It was this ruin that eased the strain on the beings living in the world, lightened the load of the divine blessing needed to be granted by the Olympians, and strengthened the human race through repopulation.

It was odd, he found, that he felt more at home in the Plaguelands of Hell, than in the land of philosophers, democracy, and prosperity.

During the Trojan War, however, things took a turn for the worst- The Gods had interfered in the affairs of mortals before, much to Sotha’s chagrin, but never on the scale he saw now. The amount of death, destruction, and chaos set about sent shock-waves of pain throughout his body, and when he went down to repair the damage, he was struck down by the murderous soldiers of Odysseus. Though divine in origin, the combined damage to the natural order and his physical form meant that his body would have to regenerate to repair the damage.

This infuriated the Abrahamic Pantheon and led to hostilities between the two later down the line.

For years, he resided in a crypt of wood and stone, regenerating his lost divine energy and power, however, he was discovered by Althea Corp early on in the 20th century. Upon discovery, he was brought in and imprisoned while still comatose, and for almost half a century, he was poked and prodded at by the misguided fools seeking his strength and power to save their own dying world. A year ago finally, he awoke, in an unfamiliar land, an unfamiliar place, and with individuals treating him like a science project. When he attempted to break free, he found his powers had been crippled, his body wracked with pain at the damage done to the natural world.

His main goal now was simple- he needed to get out of here, get home, and figure out what's happened. These other individuals he is trapped with may be useful in that endeavor, though he’s kept tight-lipped about his origin- those present only know him as a Servant of the Natural Order, everything else would be revealed in time.

From Grief, Fury- The blood-spattered vines and roots from when Ladon, child of Echidna and Typhon, was struck down by the blood-lusting Heracles during his labors, these thorny branches coil around Syndarion's body to produce fruit and other such luxuries, such as the Golden Apples, for him, but when threatened by the greedy hands of mortals, the thorns and broken edges rip and rend flesh, pulling apart viscera and using the blood of the betrayers to feed its aching roots, all the while Syndarion looks on with a smile, morbidly entertained and sanguine by the slaughter of these lesser animals.

Nymph's Kiss
Sacrifice equals redemption- The only weapon of war Sotha Sil ever wielded in life, this bow was in his hand as he aimed to end the strife caused by the Trojan Wars, but when he was falsely mistaken for a Soldier of Troy, it was the last thing he saw as he was hacked down. His rage, his anger, and the injustice done upon him soaked into the bow as only a Demon's blood should, twisting it from the simple weapon made by Hephestus into one worthy of Satan's Armory- It produces arrows on its own, and though its barbs are poisonous and painful, Syndarion prefers to use it to turn those it strikes into trees, flowers, and plantlife- their faces contorting in agony while they repay with their lives the natural world they cut down.

Lute of the Singer
One of the weapons of Odysseus's men, a tawdry bard known as 'The Singer', it was jesterly modified with be equipped with a blade, making it semi-useful as a weapon. Though Sotha'Sil found it slightly insulting of the craft, Syndarion found it hilarious later down the line, and marveled as the weapon. Taking on The Singer's title and weapon, he modified it with arcane knowledge to be empowered like the bardic tools of old, suitable for that of the Son of the Music God.

Arrogance

Convinced of his own superiority over that of mortals, as heir to the legacy of the Infernal and the divine, Syndarion will often not take his opponents seriously, treating them with little deference and thus, is often taken by surprise when they manage to upstage him, though even upon being bested, he will assume luck had a play rather than them being an actual threat or of worth.

Fury of the Wild
Like his counterpart, he feels when nature is disturbed, yet in that state, instead of weakness and pain, he feels fury and rage, going into a frenzy whenever he is nearby the person enacting the crime and aiming to kill the individual involved, often leading him to predictably be lead into a trap by one that knows his connection to the natural world in full.

Hedonism
A being existing purely for his own sake and pleasure, acting only in the defense of others when it comes to the natural world, he lives a decadent life and thoroughly enjoys partying into a drunken stupor, his wanton attitude more reminiscent to that of his Olympian Heritage. If avoidable, he'll often delegate work and tasks to others while finding other means to entertain himself, in the bed of others or a glass of spirits, marking him as lazy and thus

Death Touch

An ability that is native to his Infernal bloodline, his presence is enough to induce decay around him, yet manifesting this into a singular point, Syndarion can bring his hand over any item or individual, and with a touch, they'll begin rotting away as if kissed by Thanatos himself. He actively has to suppress his ability whenever not in combat. He must maintain constant physical contact for it to take effect as simply touching them will fade away with time.

Rage of the Sun
Light is seen as the pinnacle of human civilization, an ultimate good that benefits society, yet it was a power that, despite the advent of technology and its progress since then, was ultimately stolen and given to human hands unjustly. For this arrogance, Syndarion reminds humanity its folly by utilizing the light of the sun to devastating effect, not only to heal himself quicker while under its rays or transfer it to another to heal them, but to utilize solar-based magic to incinerate, scorch, and burn away the incompetent mortal race of earth. This ability gives his body an unnatural glow and hints at his divine origin.

Chorus of Carnage
Like his counter-part, he wields song magic to devastating effect, often using it to beguile or bewitch mortals, but unlike his counter part, he'd play it even crueler, often making humans dance themselves to death or uttering notes so high their eyes and ears bleed, all the while they'd be unable to stop dancing and laughing, even while they're dying.

Personality:
Syndarion was born the day Sotha'Sil was cut down by the troops of Odysseus, though he wouldn't be manifested fully until much later- as Sotha'Sil laid dreaming and recovered his life-force after that near fatal blow, Syndarion was originally developed as a coping mechanism to prevent the god from falling into madness, but as his body was picked apart by the misguided fools of humanity, it began soaking up all the negativity that Sotha'Sil felt, his hatred, anger, and vindictiveness. Poisoned by the darkest aspects of nature, Syndarion eventually became a manifestation of Nature's Anger, citing himself akin to an immune response when a body is infected with a virus.

Either the virus kills the body...or the body kills the virus.

Malignant in many aspects, he enjoyed toying with the doctor's and often used his knowledge to drive them to insanity, watching with sardonic glee as they tore themselves apart, before ultimately killing themselves. Unlike his counter-part, he was manipulative, cruel, and uncaring of the suffering around him, except in the regards of nature, though he represents the Chaos of Nature rather than the Natural Order- Living everyday with never a care, taking what he fancied, and not giving a toss to who he harmed in the process. In his mind? Nature was meant to grow unchecked, wild, and savage. He lives as he chooses.

This devil-may-care aspect of his personality however conflicts with his almost brotherly nature towards Sotha'Sil- in his mind, Sotha is far to compassionate and caring, opting to use peace and natural law as a loophole to help and aide others, where Syndarion does not feel that impulse. You couldn't help a baby turtle find the ocean, you couldn't help a bird fly, humanity did not need NOR did it deserve their help. If a few died learning their place in the world, well, that was simply natural selection. Where Sotha'Sil was reactionary, only acting in the defense of nature, Syndarion, at even the most minor slight, will often be proactive in cutting down and ripping apart the humans

Survival of the fittest- you adapt or die.

Outside of his duties, you'd often find him in the background enjoying a debauchery of variety- Despite his loathing for humans, his celebrations allow him to vent in a much more 'controlled' manner, finding mirth in wine or body aplenty, and he can be jovial, even being mistaken as kind or generous, though this exemplifies the worst of his nature- he takes joy in hosting these splendors simply to watch humans destroy themselves in trying to match the feeling again, sinking deeper into debasement, allowing their souls to be dragged to hell. He maintains a sadistic glee in watching humanity dig its own grave, after all, why does he need to punish these fools when they'd be willing to do it for him for such paltry gifts?

To him, its a game, and one he LOVES playing.

    This is the last item her father gave her before disappearing. This necklace acts as a clearing mechanism, allowing Gothika to have a clearer picture of where she is going. This also allows her to gauge the year as well as how far she is going. The necklace also acts as a fixed point, activating once she turned twenty years old. While her father gave her the necklace, the necklace is originally from her mother, Yihivha.

    Gothika is human. Her skin isn’t made of armor, she can still be hurt by normal things that can harm humans.

    Gothika’s necklace can be taken off with the chain still attached. Taking the artifact limits her time manipulation abilities.

    Gothika has the ability to see and travel through time. She is also able to see tears within the fabric of time; this allows her to go through the tear or bring certain objects into her time. This could allow for cover or simply to get to higher obstacles.

    Gothika is capable of using gravity at a whim. She uses it to help fly and pick up items that are too heavy to carry. She is also able to carry people and help them fly at sometimes concerning speeds.

    Gothika can use her voice to calm people down. While she doesn’t understand why people feel uncomfortable, she knows this helps. The more intense the song and the more feeling she puts in it, the stronger the song is. However, there are some songs that are too strong and have to be sung correctly or they won’t work.

    Gothika’s dark heritage will never leave her. She can remove energy and matter from existence, by simply making things disappear, preventing energy from ever being conceived or varied by other means. However, she can only make nonorganic items disappear such as small areas of buildings and areas around her. Living matter can be taken as well, but only in smaller sections like parts of arms or legs.

    Life has its moment when it isn’t fair to anyone, other times it can be a wonderful thing. Gothika isn’t sure how to consider her life. Gothika knows she was born like other children, but she doesn’t really remember her mother, Yihivha. She does remember hearing the sweet lullabies her mother sung when she couldn’t sleep and the little treats she always gave her. Her father, Liam, was always around and often called her his ‘Little Miracle’ often stating that her mother and father were unable to keep the other children alive.

    Gothika was raised on earth with her father, traveling to different places for as long as she could remember. Whenever they left to see her mother, a portal would be sent and Gothika would remain there for a month. While she stayed with her mother, she learned to use her powers over time. Together, she and her mother traveled to different timelines, watching mankind and supernatural beings co-mingle and exist together. She even learned how to go back in time with her mother’s help. Gothika enjoyed these times and never wanted them to end. But sadly, all good things come to an end.

    When Gothika was ten, Liam heard the word ancient sorcerers had sealed his wife away in a separate dimension out of fear. Fearing the sorcerors would go after him and their daughter, Gothika was taken away and hidden on Earth. The home she loved became her ultimate shelter as her father quickly hid her within a large tree and handed her a necklace, a gift from Yihivha and an enchanted switchblade from him, Azathoth’s Hourglass. Liam sang Gothika to sleep as he sealed several of her memories showing her mother and himself. Once he was done, Liam returned to the spot where Yihivha was sealed only for him to be sealed as well.

    When Gothika awoke from the tree, she was confused, scared, and hungry. She couldn’t remember how she had gotten there until she remembered the familiar voice, remembering the last words it said. She knew it was her father who spoke to her. She was determined to find her mother and father, thus spending the next decade trying to find them. Using the teaching of her mother to help her better understand her powers and the artifact her father gave her.

    Gothika traveled between the past, present, and future, living like a gypsy, often using her status as a small child to get food and a place to live. Sometimes she would stay for a few months before disappearing. However, there was a person she wasn’t too comfortable with. A person who went by the name of Mr. Daniels. A kind older man who took Gothika. She stayed with him for a while, doing the usual thing she did. However, things were a bit off. Mr. Daniels was also looking at her strangely; but being a child, she didn’t fully understand why.

    One night while she was trying to sleep, Mr. Daniels wandered into her room and started touching her inappropriately. Gothika tried to fight him to no avail. She cried and cried before finally blacking out. When she came to, the room was a bloody mess. Mr. Daniels laid on the ground, dead. Scared and not sure what to do, Gothika quickly ran away, disappearing into time. The only thing Gothika had from the incident was the bloodied switchblade. Not wanting to deal with another Mr. Daniels, Gothika resorted to pausing time and taking food and whether else she needed.

    Gaining an education was through inserting herself into different classrooms thanks to the other families she stayed with. While the families were more than happy to help her, they couldn’t fully explain why she never wanted to live with them. Eventually, Gothika would graduate at the age of 18. She would bid the families farewell, thanking them for helping her get through school and vowing to return the favor. With the power of her necklace, Gothika started going through different times, hoping to find clues as to the location of her mother and father.

    Two years flew by with not much change, but she never gave up. She kept looking before deciding to go through all the memories she had to find the clues she needed. But little did she know, she was being watched by someone from the shadows. An anonymous tip was sent to an agent about a bit who would disappear and reappear in a blink of an eye. Nothing was done until a video was sent proving the incident happened. For the next few months, they watched Gothika do her daily routine, visiting the two families and repaying them for everything they did for her; as well as disappearing suddenly.

    It was decided the best way to take her was during the time she came to see the families. And their chance came when Gothika went to pay an unexpected visit, that was when they struck. One of the agents lured Gothika over to a small area before shooting her with a tranq. While she was distracted, they placed special cuffs on her, preventing her powers from working for the moment. Gothika was whisked away to Althea Corp. It was here she experienced the torment, the experiments, and injections for the next five years.

    But now, the time has come to leave this place behind her and try to find her parents once more.

    Smiley’s biggest weakness is his trust. He doesn’t trust anyone except for Gothika, Fighting with him will be very difficult.

    It is unknown what he truly looks like, the large mesh of tentacles is what most people see. However, there is a form he takes when he needs to be a bit more humanoid. This form, however, is a bit bloody and can cause a lot of attention. This form is also easier to hit than his original form.

    Mind over matter
    Most of Smiley’s powers deal with the mind and dreams. He is more focused on mentally breaking a person, but he can make do with what he has. He is stronger in the dream world, but weaker outside of it.

    Personality:
    Smiley has severe trust issues. He refuses to trust anyone Gothika is around, mainly because of what happened to her when she was a child. Cynical and oftentimes cruel, Smiley takes pleasure in the suffering of others. He usually chases after people, scaring them into submission, sometimes he will kill without hesitation if they are too much of a threat. While it is unclear where Smiley came and how he found Gothika, he is more than happy to protect her from any outside force. This, unfortunately, includes her friends.

    While Gothika's kindness or love to help others hasn't rubbed off on him, his curious nature and the will to protect her had gotten unusually strong over the years. Sometimes guiding Gothika away from danger by saying something in her mind, or taking more extreme measures. He takes extra measures to ensure Gothika's happiness, doing what he can to help her survive, even if it's against his better nature.

    • Smiley is a bit eccentric, he can come off as a bit touchy at times.
    • When angered at times, Smiley’s white pupils will become visible.

Spell Book
A book of spells given to Nozomu by Hecate. To the naked eye, the pages are blank, however as the connection between the caster and book grows, and the caster grows in strength, spells reveal themselves.

Solar Mirror (Made by her mother)
A mirror designed to help Nozomu focus her solar abilities. It is similar to the Imperial Regalia, the Yata no Kagami. This mirror is a small circular disk in a stone slab that Nozomu can reduce to the size of a pendant.

When Nozomu runs out of magical energy, either in her human form or beast form, she will change to the physical appearance of a child or cub. This form lasts until her energy reserves have recharged. Depending on how much she has exerted herself, it could take anywhere from a day to a week. In this reduced state, she essentially becomes a child with none of her godly attributes.

What’s Negative:
As the God of Hope Nozomu doesn’t understand negative emotions. Nozomu often ends up losing friends or being abandoned because of this. At times when she feels a negative emotion it could cause her to mentally, and emotionally shut down. Some believe that her antithesis could take control during these times.

Solar Eclipse:
During a solar eclipse Nozomu loses all of her magic and powers for the duration of the eclipse.

  • Nozomu absorbs energy from the sun. This replenishes her magical power
    as well as her solar energy, however because she is a god of hope, the amount
of energy she can absorb from the sun is limited.

  • Nozomu can use solar energy to create blades of raw plasma. These blades are limited in size and shape to what she can picture in her mind, as well as how much power she can continuously feed into them.
  • While very limited due to her lack of skill with magic, Nozomu can cast low level and basic solar magic. For example she can cast small orbs of light when in dark places.
  • Nozomu can cast beams of solar energy from her body. With heavy focus Nozomu can to an extent control the intensity of the beam. The large the beam, the weaker it becomes
Hope:

  • Nozomu naturally radiates a hope aura. She can generate an aura of hope that can amplify/induce belief on beings inside her aura and gain power from the emotions. However her aura only has a range of ten feet at her current state of power but as she grows it can expand in range to that of a city.
  • Nozomu has indomitable hope, making her heavily optimistic to a fault.

  • Nozomu has hope perception, allowing her to discern and instantly understand the hopes of other beings. She is able to truly observe the most hidden of desires and dreams within an opponent and use those hopes to her advantage.
    • However, this ability can only work on those of weaker mental fortitude and will. If the person she’s casting the magic on is of strong enough will/mental fortitude, she cannot observe and/or manipulate emotionally with these magics. With people she is close to, however, she can more easily pick up on their feelings.
  • Nozomu has hope energy manipulation, allowing her to create, shape and manipulate the emotional energy that is created/generated by the hope of every/all living things in existence capable of feeling them. She is able to increase, decrease or change it, manifest the emotional energy to physical level (she can use the hope energy to create constructs, much like the blue lantern in the green lantern universe).
    • This is however limited to roughly a two city block range, and can grow to the range of an entire city when she grows more powerful.
  • Nozomu specializes in hope magic, she is capable of magic based in hope, including the augmentation or elimination of this trait, negation of the immorality of others or malignant forces, and other such powers.
Magic:
  • The user has access to magic, the use of rituals, symbols, actions, gestures, language, etc., to exploit supernatural forces to varying degrees, with only their skill, personal power-level, imagination/knowledge, and/or morality to define the borders.
    • Given the flexibility of magic, its users have essentially limitless possibilities for what they can accomplish, however she MUST use the spell book that was given to her by Hecate, and she can only cast what spells are in the book.
    • Since she specializes in Hope magic, her other magicks are weaker and harder for her to control.
Telepathic Communication:
The user is able to form a psionic communication line with another being, essentially rendering them capable of having comprehensible conversations with others using their minds. The user is able to open up channels of communications with others who may be incapable of physical speech or communicate to a deaf person by linking their minds. This is limited to only those in the same room, for a range of roughly 20ft
Shapeshifting:
The user can alter their form, transforming and reshaping themselves potentially down to their genetic and cellular structure. They can impersonate others or enhance their own body for combat, either by turning into animals, humanoids, monsters, etc. or by making the body stronger.
She can only transform into what she has seen before. Typically, she is in her human form/s and kitsune form.

Background:
Nozomu is the child of Hecate and Amaterasu. The two agreed to bring her into existence when they met in secret and saw that the behavior and current nature of humanity showed that the human race lacked hope. The two of them formed Nozomu from sunlight that was caught in the five lakes of Mt. Fuji, and Hecate’s magic. Nozomu was raised by the two goddesses, by spending a decade at a time with the two pantheons. She spent much of her time learning to master some of her simpler skills, as well as learning “What is necessary to be a god”. As a result of this she was not able to carry out her duties as a diety for the better part of the 20th century(the 1900s). After some time Nozomu managed to get Amaterasu to realize that she needed to be amongst the people in order to give them hope. She came down to earth in the 90’s and wandered around for five years.
While in Hawaii Nozomu was enjoying a luau when she accidentally let one of her tails become exposed. Seeing this some of the native islanders began to worship her while others feared and reported her. A human that Nozomu befriended took her on the run to keep her from getting captured. However in May of 1995 the two had become separated in Rio De Janeiro. While she was searching for her friend, Nozomu came across an Althea operative that was hunting a curupira. The agent couldn’t tell exactly what she was though, because he could see her tails, he shot her with a horse tranquilizer While it wasn’t enough to drop her, it did disorientate her. Nozomu managed to give the operativet the slip, though she began to wander aimlessly as she struggled with the drug in her system. She managed to find her friend, who promised that they found a safe place for them to hide.Her friend led her to a warehouse that was on the outskirts of town. Her friend, now close enough to be affected by her aura, turned to her after they entered and began to plead with her to run. Nozomu in her sedated state didn’t understand what was being asked of her.

Althea Corp operatives entered the warehouse and surrounded the two of them. One of the operatives handed a suitcase filled with money to Nozomu’s friend revealing that she had been betrayed. The operatives shot her with another tranquilizer and locked a pair of cuffs that suppressed her powers onto her hands. For twenty five years Nozomu was poked, prodded, and forced to endure daily tests while in Althea Corp. Nozomu became extremely confused, since she was unable to understand the depression that she fell into. This caused her to seek out others like herself within the corporation's walls and befriend them. She then began to focus on trying to keep them happy.

Spell Book
A book of spells similar to Nozomu's. To the naked eye, the pages are blank, however as the connection between the caster and book grows, and the caster grows in strength, spells reveal themselves.

Lunar shroud
A large semi translucent shroud that helps Zetsubo control and channels her lunar abilities

Empty:
When Zetsubo runs out of magical energy, either in her human form or beast form, she will change to the physical appearance of a child or cub. This form lasts until her energy reserves have recharged. Depending on how much she has exerted herself, it could take anywhere from a day to a week. In this reduced state, she essentially becomes a child with none of her godly attributes.

Shut Up
Zetsubo cannot process positive emotions well. As a result when a positive emotion is performed on her she will often freeze, and exhibit overly aggressive and negative behavior to try and push others away

Don't Touch Her
Zetsubo has an incontrollable desire to protect Nozomu from things that could potentially break her mentally, she also can't help but try to protect her from going too far beyond her limit.

Lunar Manipulation:
(Passive)
  • Zetsubo absorbs energy from the moon. This replenishes her magical power
    as well as her solar energy, however because she is a god of despair, the amount
of energy she can absorb from the moon is limited.

(Aggressive)
  • Zetsubo can use lunar energy to create blades of raw plasma. These blades are limited in size and shape to what she can picture in her mind, as well as how much power she can continuously feed into them.
  • While very limited, Zetsubo can cast low level and basic lunar magic.
  • Zetsubo can cast beams of lunar energy from her body. With heavy focus Zetsubo can to an extent control the intensity of the beam. The large the beam, the weaker it becomes
Despair:

  • Zetsubo naturally radiates an aura of despair. She can generate an aura of despair that can amplify/induce depression on beings inside her aura and gain power from the emotions. However her aura only has a range of ten feet at her current state of power but as she grows it can expand in range to that of a city.
(Aggressive)
  • Zetsubo has despair perception, allowing her to discern and instantly understand the fears of other beings. She is able to truly observe the most hidden of fears and guilts within an opponent and use those hopes to her advantage.
    • However, this ability can only work on those of weaker mental fortitude and will. If the person she’s casting the magic on is of strong enough will/mental fortitude, she cannot observe and/or manipulate emotionally with these magics. With people she is close to, however, she can more easily pick up on their feelings.
  • Zetsubo has despair energy manipulation, allowing her to create, shape and manipulate the emotional energy that is created/generated by the despair of every/all living things in existence capable of feeling them. She is able to increase, decrease or change it, manifest the emotional energy to physical level (she can use the despair energy to create constructs, much like the lantern corps in the green lantern universe).
    • This is however limited to roughly a two city block range, and can grow to the range of an entire city when she grows more powerful.
  • Zetsubo specializes in despair magic, she is capable of magic based in despair, including the augmentation or elimination of this trait, negation of the morality of others or positive forces, and other such powers.
Magic:
  • The user has access to magic, the use of rituals, symbols, actions, gestures, language, etc., to exploit supernatural forces to varying degrees, with only their skill, personal power-level, imagination/knowledge, and/or morality to define the borders.
    • Given the flexibility of magic, its users have essentially limitless possibilities for what they can accomplish, however she MUST use the spell book that was given to her by Hecate, and she can only cast what spells are in the book.
    • Since she specializes in Hope magic, her other magicks are weaker and harder for her to control.
Telepathic Communication:
The user is able to form a psionic communication line with another being, essentially rendering them capable of having comprehensible conversations with others using their minds. The user is able to open up channels of communications with others who may be incapable of physical speech or communicate to a deaf person by linking their minds. This is limited to only those in the same room, for a range of roughly 20ft

Shapeshifting:
The user can alter their form, transforming and reshaping themselves potentially down to their genetic and cellular structure. They can impersonate others or enhance their own body for combat, either by turning into animals, humanoids, monsters, etc. or by making the body stronger.

She can only transform into what she has seen before. Typically, she is in her human form/s and bakaneko form.

    Similar to that of Dark Angels or Fallen Angels as others call them; ??? are black-winged humanoid beings that have both divine and demonic energy. It is unknown as to where they have originated from as many believed they came from the divine place known as Heaven while others speculate that they came from the dark place known as Hell. The truth however is that they did not come from either and actually were ‘born’ from a place known as the Void.

    The ??? have been around as long as the Gods that watch over the world though they have never been fully active in anything they did as they kept to themselves and away from the eyes of those ‘creators’.

    Truth be told, they have never surfaced themselves due to them believing that their existence was not needed until the time is right. They are scattered throughout many Universes as they reside within the core of each star and planet serving as a type of ‘Guardian’ when they believe the time is right for them to awaken to serve.

    A large scythe handed down to him by his father that is capable of splitting into two sickles as well as connecting into a twin headed scythe. He is able to cut through time and space with the blade allowing him or others to traverse into a separate plane. In this plane of existence, he is able to manipulate nearly anything to his own will while it drains him of his energy severely.

    >Lunar & Solar Eclipse<
    A pair of twin swords handed down from his mother. During the day, the Solar Eclipse will absorb energy as long as the Sun is out while during the evening the Lunar Eclipse will absorb the energy from the Moon. When unsheathing, he can use the swords to release slash like beams as ranged attacks towards his targets.

    Blood Shortage<
    Even with his ability to turn his blood into constructs, it does not mean his has an unlimited supply of blood in his body to use. If he were to be injured, he can only use so much of his blood before his body will start to weaken due to the loss of blood. Symptoms of blood loss will be examples such as becoming dreadfully cold, blurry vision, weakness in his limps, and eventually losing consciousness.

    >Modern Knowledge<
    Due to his race not being fully open around the public for an extended amount of time and not being active, he does not know fully too well about modern things such as how the weapons of modern people use. Because of this, he will be moreover curious about his opponents 'guns' before he will realize it is something dangerous.

    >Muscle spasms<
    Although he may be able to send vibrations through objects, surfaces and people, he must be cautious when using the technique due to how much kinetic energy he must send through to cause the vibration from his body to the object or person. If he is not careful, the vibrations will also be sent back through his arm causing the muscles in his arm to begin spasming and will only spread more depending on how much kinetic energy he uses.

    From his strength to his endurance, speed, reflexes, and stamina. All of Zenaku’s attributes are greatly enhanced compared to that of a human and at times equal to that of a god’s if he were to push himself to his limitations.

    From his sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch. Zenaku has trained himself every single day to perfect each of his senses by putting himself in different sorts of conditions forcing him to rely on a single sense until he has mastered each of the five senses.

    >Adaptive Fighting<
    Even if at first his opponent might be much more powerful than him or the conditions of where the fighting stage may be dangerous, as the fight drags on his body will start to adapt to either how his opponent fights if not how the stage might be, allowing him to slowly turn the tide of battle little by little.

    Vibration Emission<
    Requiring him to make full physical contact with an object or person, he can send vibration waves through the target and depending on how much he sends through their body or the object it can cause the entire skeleton or structure of the building to collapse in itself. If he were to do so to the ground it would cause an earthquake.

    >Blood Construct<
    While he may not be able to control another person’s blood inside of their body, if he were to get injured with any sort of wound that causes him to bleed; he can use the blood from his wound to create weaponry along with any other constructs. If his blood is to spill out in front of him or another person’s blood is on the ground, he can use the blood on the ground to make constructs such as spikes out of the ground.

    >Thermal Control<
    Whether it be to increase the temperature to the point that nearly anything is set ablaze or lower the temperature till things begin to freeze over; Zenaku is able to control the flames as well as ice to his own will however he is unable to control anything that is between those two types of elements such as the water, or steam.

    >Electromagnetic Manipulation<
    Not only being able to control electricity into the palm of his hands, he is able to nearly bend metal by magnetizing it along with repelling and attracting most objects towards him with enough magnetism. If he is capable of controlling the ratio of both magnetism and electricity, he can also short circuit as well as hack into most electronics.

    >Copy-Cat<
    Depending on the ability and for how long he watches the user of said ability using the ability, eventually Zenaku is capable of copying the same power of nearly anyone. While this is limited depending on how powerful the ability is, he can only copy smaller abilities such as simple manipulations of water, spitting poison, or running faster. He is unable to go as far as to summon the undead, cause severe harm to someone with any overwhelming power or create constructs that are about the size of buildings.
