The name of the town is Mebasu. It is covered in a smoke released by the plant that was recently built, Medical Mechanica. The town's simple and quiet lifestyle, as well as the plant, manages to draw in the attention of one less quiet and simple. Madness ensues as Haruhara Haruko crashes (literally) into Naota Nandaba's life and throws it into utter chaos.
