I like New England clam chowder. Italian Wedding soup is good too.
EDIT: I can't believe I forgot Beef Pho, love that stuff, for some reason it doesn't register as soup for me cause its so filling and packed with stuff.

I wanted to add "Turkey noodle" to this list, My Grandma used to make it after Thanksgiving...it was awesome.
