Hello, Iwaku!

I have a question for you all. What are your favorites toppings to put on nachos?!
Do you like them simply with just chips and cheese or do you go all out with beans and olives and jalapenos? Spicier peppers? Salsa or just diced tomatoes?

I myself can and will hunt down every plate of nachos from every restaurant I go to and make many different varieties at home often and I love soooo many different configurations.
So I want to know what everyone else likes!
 
Before, I only had the chips and cheese so I pretty much hated nachos. My husband actually introduced me to his way of making them and I'm hooked. He'll use seasoned ground beef with jalapenos, green onions, banana peppers, lettuce, Sargento cheese, and sriracha sauce. Of course can't forget the chips.
