Location : Walking near shops.
Nadia.
It was rare that the twins were separate and it was rarer that it was Nadia who was sent out alone to go shopping. It was because of this the girl had a bounce to her steps as she walked down the street, eyes catching on the occasional shop window where she would gaze for a moment before heading back off. She couldn't be distracted. Since it was her 'day off' Nadia was dressed normally compared to her more formal attires. She adorned a white jumper that was wrapped around her form nicely, the soft material was comfortable, something she appreciated. Along with that she wore a red skirt reaching her mid-thighs with a pair of knee high socks and brown boots reaching her knees. Overall, compared to before she was plain normal. Even her hair was rid of the large bow as the silk material was use to pull her short hair into a ponytail instead.
Her steps were almost skips as she continued down the slightly packed street, the morning causing her to grin brightly. Although it was only grocery shopping, she always found stuff she wanted to buy. Despite the fact Aiden owned the money from her fathers company and technically still the company despite it being in their aunts control they barely had little available. They found that hiding it away made their lives easier so it was kept within their home, a changed bank account along with hidden in their kits. So, she was intending to only buy food. "I could just buy candy..." She muttered, head cocking to one side as she attempted to find a reason to make her buying candy legit.
She failed at it though.
Sighing softly the normally smiling girl held a frown on her lips. Her movement stopped as she shook her head. It was times like this she thought almost intelligently about her situation. Originally she never wanted to fall into what had happened to Aiden, really she didn't even understand why he killed their father! True, she was ignored for him but it never made her that upset. Well, she believed that anyway. Bottom lip sticking out she groaned, rolling her eyes before shrugging. "No choice anymore!~" She chirped before continuing her walk, although she failed to notice that she was on the wrong side of the street along with heading to a corner where she would inevitably turn.
As she was heading down the street, having taken the corner to distance herself from her destination she began to sing to herself with a bright smile on her features. "I just wanna break this crown, but its so hard when I'm so run down~" She chimed, her voice running delicately from her lips as she felt herself sway slightly to the lyrics she was so fond of. "Your so cynical, narcissistic cannibal~ Got to bring myself back from the dead~" She finished. Nadia was uncomfortable singing in front of others, fearing commentary on her skills. However she often sang to herself in brief moments. "The last line...its funny." She mumbled, shrugging as she stopped.
There, in a store window was something that caught her eye. Nadia loved animals and when she saw teddies she was always entranced by them! Of course, sitting in the window was a bunny that was crimson in colour, large ears that fell either side of it along with a white ribbon wrapped around its neck. It was not the most attractive toy but it seemed to gain her attention with its beady white eyes and small nose, stitching that was slightly visible and limbs that were falling from its seat in the shop. No, it was not the quality that caught her but the fact it was different. "Eh! So cool...!" The teen mumbled. Few would deem her odd but she had always been childish, age or not.
It was a charity shop, the toy a discarded one but Nadia was still standing at the window with glimmering eyes at the abandoned teddy. With a slight grin, excitement in her eyes as she reached over to the bag hanging from her shoulders to pull out her purse where she took note of the money she had to buy the groceries for her and her brother, the occasional orphans too. Counting it, this of course taking a few seconds longer than expected she sighed. "Stupid groceries...Cant I be a zombie or something...then I could get it.." A groan passed her lips as she placed her purse back, turning her gaze to the toy. "Ah...its not fair..." She whined, pausing in her trip to sulk.
