The Enforcer tugged at his beard, "You got your serial killers, your pimps, you've got grave robbers, your arsonists, the filthy rapists... There are so many despicable people out there. Any type of criminal you are itching to stop? Or just every and any who want to do bad things to good people? If you provide me a type, I'm sure I can give you some info on the people you are looking for." The Enforcer finished his cigarette as he tossed it onto the ground.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hzz stared at the man, "Well twenty thousand credits should get you into the game that she's going to deal, though for some people that isn't considered really high stakes, but it should be a good match for you. As for the area..." Hzz maneuvered his teeth, as he began touching at the holographic menu, and bringing up a map and gesturing at the map, "Head down to the Casino Floor X4-N, and just say Hzz sent you. They'll let you in..."

"Well I guess serial killers and rapists are the two big ones. Can you name some of those?" Akira asked.

The Enforcer nodded, "Oh sure, off the top of my head I can name Ithiis, he has several cyber attachments to his back, all of them are combat arms, some of them are ranged weaponry, but he prefers physical fights, as he delights in the terror of his victims. Last I heard, he was heading to one of the Performance Halls." The Enforcer tugged at his beard, "Hold on, let me think of some others..." He pulled out another cigarette, as he took it, lit it and puffed some smoke. "As for rapists, there is there is "Dingo" Jack, he typically hangs around the bars, waiting for drunkards to show up, for easy prey..." He released a puff of smoke, "It'd be fantastic if you could catch some of these guys, and I'll let you know if I can think of others. Do you have a comm, we can share our contact information if you want..." The Enforcer began tapping at his wrist.

"I think I can get Dingo Jack faster; I'll start with him I guess." Akira decided. "Oh, and yeah. Here's my comm frequency. I'll let you know when I get him."

The Enforcer nodded, "Oh, name's Treboc by the way." he said as he finished off his cigarette. He sent something offer the comm frequency, "Dingo Jack typically hangs out around the Rotten Stump..." Treboc sent the co-ordinates to the Rotten Stump to Akira, it appeared it wasn't that far away, easily within walking distance, maybe about fifteen minutes to get there at the most. Treboc nodded at Akira, "Dingo Jack will probably go down quickly, all he uses is a vibro-knife, and picks on the drunkards while they are clearly impaired. If he isn't there, send me a comm message, and I'll give you the co-ords to where it says he currently has a room at..." Treboc nodded, as he offered a cigarette to Akira, "Want a smoke? Yeah I know it's a bad habit, honestly trying to wean myself off of it... But I haven't had any real luck, but it provides a good feeling, how I got hooked on the stuff. But it isn't really all that bad of a drug... Then again, I'm just trying to moralize my actions." Treboc shook his head, "Yeah sorry about the rambling."

"Maybe later. Smoking's for downtime." Akira responded, heading off for the Stump. "Thanks anyways, though~!"

It didn't take long for Akira to get to the Rotten Stump. The Rotten Stump was a very seedy looking club, and fittingly enough the building was circular in its design, and had a wooden texture to make it look like a stump. The doors there were a pair of small wooden doors which showed the inside of the tavern. However, it really did not, as the inside of the tavern was filled with a thick putrid smoke. The tavern smelled heavily of grease, and other burnt productions. There wasn't all too much traffic into the building or outside, which made it noticeable that there was one individual outside hanging out, occasionally peering through the glass windows into the Rotten Stump.

The man was 5'7", and was dressed in black frock coat, a dark red cravat, and a typical pair of suit pants, and a dark brown bowler hat. Oddly enough the man was also wearing a pair of metal boots, which appeared to have a holster for a knife on both sides, which were filled up. The blades in there had a very simple handle, the design of it clearly was meant for action, with little attention given to the design of it. A pair of ladies were heading towards the bar as the man tipped his bowler hat and spoke in a deep and smooth baritone voice, "Ladies, may I?" he held the door open for them as they entered. He smiled as he twirled his mustache, as he walked back towards the doorway keeping an eye on anyone who entered or exited the building.

Akira scanned the bar, feeling out of place as the LEDs gave off a strong glow.

"Is your name Dingo Jack?" Akira asked the bowler hatted man.

Ghriin passed by the Black Market floor and gave it a glance, but immediately looked away as her blood boiled at the thought of lives ruined by people lacking morals. She continued on until she noticed a well known uniform in the crowds - NEGGUSF. Soldiers by the looks of it. Ghriin didn't bolt immediately, they hadn't seen her yet. One was a man who seemed to be enchanted by the large metropolous (as an adjective, of course) casino and trade floors. He was apparently about to head off duty despite being on duty. The other looked like a giant moth and made Ghriin wonder why they had a NEGGUSF uniform - she thought the Federation only employed humans. This perplexed Ghriin but hse resolved it wasn't important. Perhaps it signed on as some sort of deal, or maybe the Federation had expanded more than expected. Ghriin simply sighed and lowered herself in the crowd, being slightly taller than the average woman.

In her over a century of living, she had encountered the Federation only 2 times before today, and the last time was over a quarter century ago. They still only employed humans then. The ecstatic human was probably not born yet or in infancy at the time. Ghriin knew if they saw her and made their move, she'd have no choice but to bolt, and that moth could probably chase her somewhat easily even if she took to the roofs. If they had stretched themselves out more, they got some useful species under their dominion.

Ghriin looked around the place for anywhere the moth couldn't get to. Vents, crevices, small alleys, hidden doors and panels. Even an incineration chute would do - since she could just stick around in the shaft, and the moth was not only too wide, but also probably fearful to go into the shaft. Incineration shafts were one of her favorite places to hide until authorities left. She could hold herself in the shaft for days before she'd get tired, and that's without a food supply. Sure enough however, she had some protein bars on her in case she felt weak, and she spotted multiple escape routes on roofs, awnings, and walls in the vicinity. She could get away rather easily if she put her mind to it.

The Bowler Hat man took of his Bowler Hat and tipped it off to Akira. "Yes, Dingo Jack's my name, defiler of women by trade." Dingo Jack eyed Akira up and down, "Oh dear, you must have not have heard, the Rotten Stump is my territory." Dingo Jack shook his head, "My apologizes, but fellow defiler of flesh, I must say that you have to find a new locale. But as I am such a kind individual, and you clearly look ready to make them perform against their wills!" Dingo Jack moved closer to Akira as he circled him around, "Though with the heavy armor, I suppose you are also a murderer. I personally don't care for murdering my targets... I enjoy the shrieks I hear." Dingo Jack smiled from ear to ear, "It is a musical that you will only grow to enjoy as you practice your craft. Though of course, I can't follow them all..." Dingo Jack glanced at the bar, seeing if anyone was entering or exiting. Since it looked like no one was, he returned his attention to Akira.

Dingo Jack clapped his hands together, "Who do you want to defile? Elderly? Young? Men? Women? I can name a few places for you, after all, us defilers have to stick together!" Dingo Jack released a boisterous laugh. "Hm I see you have a large blade? Do you always use it in the act? I personally only use my blade if they try to keep their eyes shut.... So I cut open the eyelids so they have to watch! OH IT IS SO DELIGHTFUL!" Dingo Jack moved closer to Akira as he smiled at him.

Akira's head trembled before his neon fist rocketed out, landing on Jack's face.

"AKIRA TOKUGAWA IS NO DEVIANT." he drew his katana, lowering into an almost crouched pose, tip aimed at the rapist's nose. " NOR DO DEVIANTS HAVE A PLACE IN THIS LIFE. YOUR END IS NIGH, SCUM."

He hesitated a moment before adding, "However. I am bound by the laws of peace to give you a final warning. Turn yourself in to Earth authorities now, OR YOU SHALL FACE ME."

"Earth authorities? Please... this is Lucky Shots, in the outlands... I doubt Earth Authorities care, or are even here." Dingo Jack snickered a bit, "Do you think Earth authorities would care about me? And what are you going to do? Gut me?" Dingo Jack moved his left hand out, as he began fanning himself. "Or perhaps you are scared, that you can't stop me all by yourself." Dingo Jack eyed Akira up and down, "I can't believe I mistook you for a deviant."

Dingo Jack paused for a moment, "You don't have the nerve to be a deviant, let alone the talent." Dingo Jack smiled a shit-eating grin at Akira. "But please, make me go to "Eaaarth Authorities"..." Dingo Jack said the last part in an incredibly condescending tone. He snickered for a few more seconds, as he just stared at Akira. "I doubt you even know how to play with that little toy..."

Akira started breathing heavily. He'd admitted his crime, and was refusing to turn himself in. What's more, he was proud of his crime. Akira's stomach churned at even thinking of who the victims were.

Now was the time. Akira had to become an entity of justice, here and now. It was go time. Time for justice.

JUSTICE.

Yelling like a madman, Akira thrusted his sword forward, the HF blade aimed straight for his heart.

Dingo Jack stood there defiantly and also surprised, as the katana pierced his heart. Dingo Jack reached his hands to wrap around the katana, as his palms were being cut by the blade. In his deep baritone voice he said in a whisper "I'll be aveng..." he said as he took his last breath of life, as he body fell limp upon the katana. Dingo Jack's blood spilled onto the katana and was dripping onto the floor.

One individual glanced at Akira cock-eyed, as he just shrugged and entered the Rotten Stump, probably to go get a drink. As he was entering the building he just muttered, "Well, then." in an extremely uncaring and monotone voice.

Akira didn't stop screaming until after Jack was already dead. He breathed heavily as he calmed down, before yanking the sword out of his chest. He dry heaved twice before stepping out of the bar, sheathing his sword.

After his hands stopped shaking, he pulled up his comm and dialed for Treboc.

Both the Captain and looked at the stranger for a moment stunned that their ingenuous stealth plan of a night landing failed. Captain Jonathan smiled took a cigar and said,
"Were on a top secret mission looking for -""-That's classified, and we ask that you tell no one of this landing." Grey interrupted the captain's oh so rude slip of the tongue. "Captain may I remind you that this mission is TOP SECRET, we don't go around telling people about it! Now move along please."
Jonathan gave Grey a disapproving look "It's like I was telling you earlier, you're no fun, Smells-Like-Grey. Besides, I have a good feeling that were going to get this guy, you know I'm the best shot in the western quadrant"
To illustrate his point Jonathan pulled out his laser pistols and let out a few blind shots in a random direction. Little did he know, but he shot his stun-bolts right at Ghriin.
"CAPTAIN! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING? THIS IS A CIVILIAN SECTOR!" Grey shouted in horror at the captain's stupid mistake.
"Its fine, I have my guns on the 'Light Stun' setting. It won't hurt anyone."
"Sigh"

"Hey! You called, what's up?" Treboc stated over the comm.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The individual Roderick who had greeted them earlier, smiled as the Captain took the cigar, but as he heard the words Top Secret, immediately his eyes widened, "If you need any hel-" Roderick blinked as Captain Joesph fired the stun blast, "Nice shot Captain, say, if you need any more weaponry, I'm sure I can get some for you on the house of course... But if you want me out of your hair..." Roderick snapped his fingers, "Just say so, and I'll vanish from your hairs and won't say anything else."

"I, uh..... I killed Dingo Jack." Akira scratched the back of my head. "That good?"

"Yeah! That's really good, though if you don't want to kill other criminals like Dingo, just bring them over to me, I'll deal with them. Wait, you still want to go after more criminals right? But ah, hm, well I don't really want that body to be laying in front of the bar. You caught him at the bar right? Regardless, could you bring him back over here? I'll contact a guy to properly dispose of the body, say I've also checked to see if there were any other criminals you may be interested in going after, when you get back I can share the names with you. Also if you want the cigarette, feel free, I've still got some." Treboc messaged over the comm.

Shots fired in her direction, always a bad sign. Ghriin took to a low crouch and ran roadie through the crowds, shoving a few people aside and tripping others. Her inconsiderate escape made it obvious where she was, and the hustle she caused as her hands went to grab for the small blades she spun while charging caused word to get out that the infamous organ smuggler, Ghriin Vuirtka, was here and on the run. Word of mouth quickly traveled as people shouted and some even blamed the human captain for it and pointed in Ghriin's general direction.

Of course, nobody here had the tact to keep someone high profile on the downlow. They made it into a scene. If any other bounty hunters were there, they'd be chasing her as well. The greatest disadvantage to organized chaos run by gangs.
