Thread is good, I have two plots for this pairing.

After a battle with Pitch, Jack ends up in the viking age where he meets Hiccup.

or

After a fight with Alvin the treacherous in which Hiccup and Toothless are killed, the moon turns him into the spirit of fall, years later he meets Jack Frost and the other guardians.
 
I like the second idea best.

Who do you prefer to play, I dont mind which character.
