Fallout: Lost Vegas

Ok, so basically since Fallout 4 will be coming out rather soon (I'm guessing somewhere around October/November) I really want to celebrate this beautiful event by roleplaying in the fallout world.
The story is simple, it's fallout new vegas without the courier. I don't know what else to say, imagine the mojave at the time the courier lies in the grave and that's the world we're playing in.
