My idea would be something like this:

She was taken by force into Brotherhood of Steel. They knew she was a doctor once. After an attack that took her team's live she managed to run or something. She would have a collar like this »

( this was how they managed to make her nursing their men and such)

Personality: Bad mouth, cold, wild, curious. She never cries. Sage is a woman who appears to be the typical slave who makes everything she is ordered to. However, she's very creepy and when you think she's helping you she's doing the opposite and you don't even realise that. She have a very hard time to trust people but once she feels safe she's like glue, very loyal. Also if you manage to make her blush in this days you are a king.

Past: She was taken by force into Brotherhood of Steel. They knew she was a doctor once. After an attack that took her team's live she managed to run into the mess of what is the world now. Even after running she still have the collar on her neck. This was how they managed to make her nursing their men against her will. The time she spent as slave under those dirty guys changed her, making her acting kinda creepy for the kitten small look she have.

Traits: She's an owl kind like... she suffers from Imsonia. Also she's crazy for coffee a very good combination for her state.

Yea, what Solar said, and the max you can start with are 300, which isn't a lot at all really.
