Expand the PM section?

I notice the PM section was small and kinda squished, it somehow irritates me and I was thinking if we minimize the right corner into a grid, you know where you see the participants. I'm not good at explaining this though, but I wish you understand what I am trying to say.

If you click that little button it minimizes that side bar.
