History
Since the dawn of time races other than humans have shared the same earth as humans. Elves, vampires, and werewolves, who were able to assume a human appearance hid amongst humans while other races had their civilizations in secret.
In the Dark Ages, however, non-humans were almost discovered some were even hunted down, and so they retreated into the caves where they lived for several hundred years. They rejected technological and social changes as a way to reject human society. They struggled but they were safe.
Several hundred years later, after a series of catastrophic events and such human society fell apart, the new generation of Elves took this opportunity to take back the earth for themselves, they crawled out of the caves, and saved the humans, and built a new society where the other races no longer had to hide but instead live under Elven rule. Humans were allowed to live among them safely under one condition: that they had to reject their human values and enter Elven society.
It's been one hundred years since elves have started ruling and tensions between the government and the people, as well as between races, are up high.
Elven Society
Ever since Elves started ruling all races have been expected to follow certain laws. There are a total of twenty mortal laws, meaning laws that you lose your right to a trial if you are so much as accused of breaking, and will be sentenced to death, five of which the only result in a death penalty if broken by an elf. They are as follows...
(laws in red will only result in death if broken by elves, but will result in public humiliation if broken by any other race)
1. You must not speak ill of your elven king
2.
You must not take a girl's virginity without the word of her father
3.
You must not romance a widow
4. To conceive a hybrid child is forbidden
5. You must respect your generals who protect you
6.
You must do your part in society by reproducing
7. If you force yourself in an unmarried virgin and she becomes pregnant you must marry her and care for her child
8.
You must not lay with a married woman
9. If you are called to fight for the king refusal is unacceptable
10. Any art that speaks ill of your king or your government is forbidden
11.
You must not steal from those above you
12. Any attempts to advance technology or return to the ways before the Era Of Elves will be considered treason
13. You must not reject any role you were given by fate
14. Only elves may practice magic
15. Only elves may speak ill of other elves
16. All must attend book burnings
17. All must attend executions
18. All must attend the presentations of public execution
19. You must not speak ill of the royal family
20. Expressing defiance is forbidden
The Gray Wolf Society
Despite all the laws created by the elves and all the tension between races, there is something called, The Gray Wolf Society. An organization dedicated to creating spaces places for all races to come together in peace and be free to express themselves however they please, love whoever they please, practice magic, and read whatever they please, without fear of repercussions, as well as hiding, protecting, and caring for hybrid children.
These places are often only open at night and only allow people who if they are either part of The Gray Wolf society or come with someone who is a part of it. All it takes to join is to be invited by a member and you must swear an oath to keep the society a secret. When one is accepted into The Gray Wolf Society, there is a ceremony, where they are tattooed the symbol, which is a circle inside another circle that is inked inside the arm, and they are made to swear the oath. Members of The Gray Wolf Society live regular lives and pretend to be completely loyal to the elven government during daylight, but when night falls they go to their secret heavens and live the lives they please.
The Gray Wolf Society also has places where they hide their refugees, which are mostly hybrid children, they call these oases. Once a hybrid turns 16 they may either stay at their Oasis and care for the children or leave the oasis and live a normal life, hiding their hybrid identity, and may also become a member of The Gray Wolf Society.
The government knows about the existence of The Gray Wolf Society and has put a bounty on anyone who is a member. Turning in a member or exposing one of the places built by The Gray Wolf Society is reward with 1,000,000 gold. No member has ever been arrested outside of these places, Fortunately, the government is not aware of the tattoos and symbols of The Gray Wolf Society.
Regiments
Due to tension between races, each race has something called 'regiments', a regiment is a small militia made up of people from a certain race that is in charge of protecting that race. The government approves of these regiments under the condition that they don't hurt elves. Due to the way that the government has painted them, regiments tend to oppose The Gray Wolf society and sometimes even aid member's capture.
Regiments also tend to so untrusting of other races that they will often show violence towards members of races other than their own. However, the king does not worry give this issue a second glance, unless they end up hurting an elf.

Character Points
To make this RP more interesting I will implement a system called Character Points. Your character will gain points depending how well you develop them, how well known they become and how much of an active role they play in the storyline.
Upon creation your character will be awarded five points, if your character is a royal, a criminal, or hold hold some kind of legal authority they are given ten character points.
For ever major character event they go through, they will be awarded ten character points, for every time they participate in some major plot event they are given twenty points.
If they are added to the wanted list they will recieve ten character points for every crime, if your character captures someone in the wanted list they recieve half the amount of character points that the person they captured received from being added to the list.
If your character develops a bond with another character that is played by another player, they recieve five points.
The only way to loose points is if your character dies thus they loose twelve points.
Depending on how many points you have you will be added to the leaderboard, if you are in the leaderboard you recieve the privilege of starting your own dungeon as well as bragging rights, which is honestly the best reward one could ask for.
