yes. His exposure to paint thinner, as in wielding it, has made him weaker?

Yes. This makes his cartoonish tendencies (ex. Being able to survive getting squished by an anvil, shot by a gun and only walking away with holes in his body, or even being set on fire) work considerably less. Now, he's practically a human being and can die just like any of them (why do you think you never see him in harmful cartoons anymore? He'll die if he gets hit with another piano xD)

Hey, @Razlin, mind ordering that list of villains and their worlds you came up with earlier, based on their villain tiers?

Lower tiers will be at the top while higher ones are at the bottom. The Horned King should be at the very bottom, because he's the main boss.

Name: Jack Skellington

Nickname: The Pumpkin King

Gender: Male

Species: Monster

Preferred Weapon(s): None

Abilities/Powers:
-Scientific Method: Jack is an amateur scientist and Renaissance man, giving him a working knowledge of many academic fields at the expense of mastery.
-King of the Pumpkin Patch: Jack's main power is terror. All he touches and creates is designed to instill terror and uneasiness in others. Most of the time he creates scary items such as dried up heads, spiders, or bats. He can also elongate his limbs, grow claws, and detach body parts autonomously. While in Halloween Town, this ability is upgraded to reality warping as long as it falls under the edicts of the Holidays.
-Holiday Keeper: Jack is the Lord of Halloween and the Holidays possess great power and influence in the cosmos. Jack has knowledge of the various worlds of the Disney Universe and is acquainted with other beings privy to the same knowledge, such as Yen Sid and Merlin. While in Halloween Town, Jack is effectively a reality warper, so long as his whims are in tune with the edicts of Halloween. Outside of his sphere of influence, however, Jack's powers are far more limited.

Bio: The Pumpkin King is a whimsical artist of terror, a bard of bedlam and nightmares. Surprisingly, he is quite affable, if a bit eccentric and silly. He had an encounter with Christmas once, which taught hi, to appreciate his role as the Lord of Halloween. As the embodiment of a Holiday, he is an immensely powerful being on his home turf, but significantly weaker on other Disneylands.

gargoyles_goliath_color_by_garnabiuth-d4ngvg1.jpg

Name: Goliath

Nickname: None

Gender: Male

Species: Gargoyle

Preferred Weapon(s): None

Abilities/Powers:
-Gargoyle Species Traits: A gargoyle possesses far greater strength than a human and Goliath is capable of rending through steel with his claws and lifting small cars with ease. He can glide on air currents, but cannot truly fly. His hide is tough enough to withstand grazing bullet wounds and on-edge knife strikes, but not resistent enough to be truly bulletproof. He may only be active during the night; during the day, he enters into a stone sleep that revitalizes his body and heals all wounds and illnesses short of organ loss or amputation. As a result of stone sleep, a gargoyle ages at half the rate of a human.
-Combat Experience: Goliath is roughly the equivalent of a 40 year old human (80 years old chronologically). Most of that time has been spent in capacity as a military commander or leader of his clan. He has extensive knowledge of both medieval and modern combat tactics, weapons, and stratagems, even if he does not utilize weapons himself. He has a working knowledge of magic after fighting several sorcerers and using the Phoenix Gate in the past, but is far from a mage himself. Goliath's combat experience makes him a devastating opponent on any battlefield.

Bio: The intimidating figure of Goliath can chill even the hardiest of hearts, gargoyle or human alike. He is imposing, commanding, authoritative. You ask politely and walk softly around Goliath, so quelling is his sheer presence. That being said, he is gentle and debonair under that fierce exterior. He is steadfastly loyal to his friends, a mentor and father figure to those who follow him, and one of the bravest warriors in the Disney Universe. He has led an interesting life, having lived in two eras, traveled through time, visited magical lands, fought gods, demons, cyborgs, terrorists, and sorcerers. When not combating threats to his clan, he can be found indulging in reading various books in a library. He often finds himself confused by modern conviences and definitely believes in the good old ways of doing things.

Name: Eugene Fitzherbert

Nickname: Flynn Rider

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Preferred Weapon(s): Short Sword

Abilities/Powers:
-"Guys, I Want A Castle": Flynn Rider is a dreamer. Too bad his dreams usually involve larceny. Or outright property theft. He is an intelligent and agile young man, relying on roofhooping, climbing, fleetness of foot, and wacky (yet surprisingly effective) plans to pull of a heist. Some of his greatest moments include stealing the royal crown in broad daylight and breaking out of the Corona Prison.
-Swordplay: Flynn is not a master swordsman by any means, but his natural agility and willingness to improvise give him proficiency in weaponry. Though he most famously demonstrated this using a frying pan, he presumably can use small blades equally well.
-The Smolder: Flynn Rider's ability to turn on the charm and bed any lovely young lady with but a look. Well, its certainly charming. In a dorky kind of way. Chicks still dig the Smolder, though.

Bio: Born Eugene Fitzherbet, but not really satisfied with that, this young man adopted the name and persona of his favorite storybook hero. He is outwardly charming, daring, and rather dashing if he does say so himself. In reality, he's something of a sweet dork. It does nothing to hide his snarky sense of humor, adaptability in the face of danger, and tendency to get into trouble. A successful theft of the royal crown ending in a botched getaway brought him literally to the windowsill of his great love, Rapunzel. Wacky hijinks ensued involving thuggery, betrayals, magical hair, and a happy ending. Though he gave up his overtly criminal ways, he is still a rogue at heart and still knows a roguish trick or two to turn the tables on the situation.

EDIT: Fixed Flynn's bio.

After that, the OoC will be done!

Use your notes on characters being like generals for others (ex. Davy Jones controlling the Sea with Capt. Hook and Ursula as his aids) to tier those ones. They'll just be based in the tier of the main villain there.

XD you messed up Flynn's bio: you pasted Goliath's bio again xD

um...Goliath and Flynn are the same person?

PS..i though we already established that the movies have ended and every character has been living his/her happy ending for 3-4 years now. so he would already be with Rapunzel

Yeah dude. If Mickey's tied down with Minnie, you're stuck with Rapunzel xD

Low Tier: These are the basic enforcers and named mooks of the Disney Universe.
Examples: Gaston, Pete, Big Bad Wolf, the Stabbington Brothers, Turbo/King Candy, Hans, Oogie Boogie, Duke Igthorn and his Ogres, Don Carnage and his Air Pirates, Flintheart Glomgold, the Beagle Boys, Mother Gothel, Governor Ratcliffe, Professor Ratigan, the Sheriff of Nottingham, Percival C. McLeach, Clayton, Mr. Scroop, Captain Hook, Madam Mim, Kaa, King Louie, and Kingdom of Hearts' Card Soldiers.

Low Tier Specialist: These villains have certain attributes making them slightly more useful than the common low tier.
Examples: Madame Medusa, Cruella de Ville, and Lady Tremaine are like the Ladies at Court - villainnesses with connections, wealth, and probably coveted information.

Mid Tier: These villains have either physical, mental, or magical abilities making them more dangerous than their low tier compatriots, or the ability to summon militias or armies due to their positions of authority.
Examples: Shere Khan, Scar, Prince John, Magica de Spell, the Queen of Hearts, Mozenrath, Ursula, Judge Claude Frollo, Shan-Yu, Doctor Facilier.

Mid Tier Specialist: All are notably more powerful in specialized ways, usually due to being overwhelmingly good at one thing at the expense of other skills or by being very powerful in a specific setting.
Examples: Monstro the Whale, the Headless Horseman, the Hydra from Herclues.

High Tier: The most powerful villains of Disney with the reason why.
Examples: Jafar (Genie-level magic), Maleficint (Powers of Hell-level magic), David Xanatos (he is named after the Xanatos Gambit and "owns a multinational corporation bigger than most counties you can name"), Davy Jones (immortal, controls undead, his dominion is the largest mass of water on a given planet; basically, evil Aquaman), Hades (god).

Special Tier: These are the eldritch abominations of the Disney Universe. Their powers vary, but they are incomprehensible.
Examples: The Phantom Blot, Heffalumps and Woozles from Winnie the Pooh, the Titans from Herclues.

The Horned King's Inner Circle: Maleficint (magical advisor), Judge Claude Frollo (chief of state), Shan-Yu (military advisor), Davy Jones (the wild card)

Unranked: The Horned King/Chernabog

Thanks, I'll use that in the OoC and arrange the worlds via that chart.
