Alias: Invader ZIM

Race: Irken

Gender: Male

Alliance: Anti-Hero

Bio: Zim is a member of the alien Irken race, and a former Irken invader; however, since his actions usually lead to disaster (having nearly destroyed the Irken Homeworld during Operation Impending Doom I) his leaders, the Almoghty Tallest, banished him to Foodcourtia. While there, however, Zim heard of Operation Impending Doom II and - obviously not understanding the purpose of his previous exile - "quit being banished" and ventured to Conventia in the hope of getting an assignment. Chagrined, the Almighty Tallest sent him on a "secret mission" to Earth, in order to keep him occupied and away from the real Operation Impending Doom II. After arriving on Earth, Zim enrolled in the nearest elemntary school to begin his infiltration and gather information about the indigenous race. There, he became quick rivals with Dib, an avid preteen paranormal investigator.

"When I was little, we found a man. He looked like - like, butchered. The old woman in the village crossed themselves... and whispered crazy things, strange things. "El Diablo cazador de hombres." Only in the hottest years this happens. And this year, it grows hot."

"We begin finding our men. We found them sometimes without their skins... and sometimes much, much worse."

"'El cazador trofeo de los hombres' means..."

Biography
The Yautja, known colloquially as the Predators or Hunters, are an extraterrestrial species from an unknown region of space, known to be terrifying hunters and warriors seeking only the finest game the galaxy has to offer. They are merciless, cunning and highly dangerous venators that kill not only for the thrill of the hunt, but also because of the honor bestowed upon them when obtaining "trophies" after killing their game.

Despite these almost primitive and abnormal standards, Predators do uphold a moral 'honor' code when hunting. Examples of this include, never killing the unarmed or innocent and never murdering a fellow hunter, showing that they do uphold a vague sense of dignity. Regardless, some Yautja have been known to go rogue and severely violate the honor code for their own personal gain, these traitors known as 'Bad Bloods'.

Few have seen individual Yautja alone, let alone survived an encounter, and among their mysterious ranks lies a lone Predator who suffered displacement whilst traveling the stars to its next location, finding itself on the new Earth born from a grand merging of universes.

It has been awhile since that incident, but from it, 'Broadway' gained its human nickname alongside its bland moniker of "The Predator", and has made Earth its personal hunting ground for new, super-powered prey, making gruesome trophies of many unfortunate heroes and villains who found themselves lost and confused in the concrete jungles of Earths cities, and all the cattle stuck between its hunting agenda shall weep in fear.

Powers and Abilities
A highly evolved alien, the Predator possesses vast superhuman strength and durability well beyond that of a fully grown and well trained adult human male, combined with deadly hunter training and a vast arsenal of advanced alien technology which it makes full use of in its hunting ventures.

Bio-Mask - The Bio-Mask is one of the main tools used by the Yautja. As well as performing the basic function of protecting a Predator's head, the mask also grants the wearer access to multiple vision modes including zoom capabilities, facilitates Vocal Mimicry, and includes breathing apparatus, diagnostics, and visual and audio recording systems. The mask often also incorporates a red targeting laser used in conjunction with a Plasmacaster.

Cloak - Typically reserved for hunts against quarry which shoot back, the Cloak is controlled via the Predator's wrist-computer and provides the Predator with active camouflage, bending light around the wearer and projecting a semi-transparent image in front of the Predator, rendering it partially invisible.

Plate Armor - As with the helmet, the body armor varies in appearance. Most Predators wear a breastplate which does not cover the midsection. It is made of a very durable metal able to stop bullets as well as delay the corrosive effect of xenomorph blood long enough for it to be taken off. The plating is made of several layers, resulting in better durability.

Wrist Computer - The Wrist Gauntlet (or the Wrist Bracer or Wrist Computer) is possibly the Predator's most valuable tool. The wrist mounted console houses several features necessary to the hunt, including a devastating self-destruct device. It is also used to cycle the Predator's vision modes. The Sat-Com is a computer housed in the wrist console, which projects holographic schematics of a particular object or building. As well as functioning as a global positioning unit. The sat-com can also display the position (and damage radius) of mines or laser nets in the area.

Wrist Blades - Wristblades (Yautja: Ki'cti-pa) are the weapon of choice for most Predators. They are retractable, usually twin serrated blades between six and eighteen inches in length and two to eight inches wide. These deadly weapons are sharp enough to cut through bone and are intended for use against unarmored combatants. As a last resort, they can be fired as a projectile from the wrist gauntlet.

Combistick - Another basic weapon of the Yautja. The Combistick is a telescopic spear-like weapon that is about 2–2.5 ft long when closed up and around 6–8 ft long when fully extended. The metal used to make the weapon is currently unknown but it can withstand the acid of the Xenomorph species. These extendible weapons are perfect for impaling aliens and humans at great distances when thrown.

Smart Disc - The Smart Disc (also known simply as the "Disc") is an extremely sharp circular weapon that acts as a combination of discus and boomerang, and apparently contains some form of guidance system. This weapon is extremely powerful, shown to cut through half a dozen cattle carcasses and a man in Predator 2 in quick succession without any effort. It also has a hand grip for use as a slashing melee weapon as well.

Plasmacaster - The Plasmacaster is a long range energy projector capable of guiding armor-penetrating plasma bolts at distant targets. Moreover, the weapon's bolts explode in a burst of plasma shrapnel that damages other enemies near the point of impact. By default, the weapon's attack range is greater than the Predator's visual range.

Netgun - A handheld device capable of firing a wire net with sufficient velocity to hurl and pin a target to a wall. The net also features a built-in tightening mechanism that will cause the net to retract and slice into the target once they are pinned.

Proximity Mines - The Predator has access to an array of proximity-activated mines, both using conventional explosives and cutting lasers.

"NO ONE can."

Biography
Jason Voorhees was born in the small town of Crystal Lake on June 13, 1946 to Elias and Pamela Voorhees. Jason was afflicted with severe facial deformities, hydrocephalic, an abnormally large heart and mental disability. Raising Jason on her own, Pamela kept her son isolated from the community, not letting him attend school and educating him in their home on the outskirts of Crystal Lake.

In the summer of 1957, Pamela, unable to get a babysitter for Jason, resorted to bringing him to Camp Crystal Lake where she worked as a cook.

While being bullied by the other campers, Jason attempted to escape from his tormentors, but the cruel children caught up to him on the dock and threw Jason into the lake where he drowned. The counselors were supposed to be watching the children, but instead were talking and having sex in the woods. Though Jason's body was never found, the camp closed as a result, but reopened the next summer. Then again, it was closed again when Pamela, mad with grief, murdered Barry and Claudette, the counselors she blamed for Jason's drowning. Then, Pamela was never suspected of the murders and all subsequent attempts to open the camp ended in failure, presumably due to sabotage on Pamela's part, resulting in the camp being nicknamed "Camp Blood" by the locals, who came to believe the area was cursed.
Then, Jason somehow returned to life after his 'death.' Though it's just as likely that Jason survived his drowning and fled into the woods after being shunned by his fellow man. Constructing and living in a crude shelter in the forest, seemingly waited for his mother to find him and managing to live in the woods surrounding Camp Crystal Lake for twenty-one long years. He lived off the land and whatever he could pilfer from the camp.During these years, Pamela never found out where he was nor did he ever see her again until her death.

In the summer of 1979, Steve Christy, the son of Camp Crystal Lake founders David and Louise Christy, tried to re-open the camp and hiring several teenagers from out of town to assist him. Enraged by Steve's actions, Pamela murdered him and almost all his employees with Alice Hardy surviving, the girl who cut Mrs. Voorhees' head off with a machete. After killing Pamela, Alice fell asleep or passed out in a canoe and was rescued by police. Then, she had a nightmare where a young, decayed Jason appeared out of the water and dragged her into the lake. When Alice told the police about Jason attacking her, they reassured her that they never found any evidence of a boy in the lake.

But they couldn't have been more wrong.

Having grown into a hulking mountain of a man, Jason started his own murderous rampage. Killing everyone who stepped foot into his camp ground until finally meeting his end at the hands of ten year old Tommy Jarvis. Laying underground and rotting away as a corpse for years, it was through Tommy's desire to know the killer who had haunted his dreams was finally dead and he'd cremate the body to make sure. But this would turn out to be a terrible idea. For as Tommy attempted to set Jason's body ablaze, a lightning bolt struck and brought the serial killer back to life!

Thus, Jason Voorhees has returned and is cutting his way through a new generation of victims who believe the legends to be just that. Normally being content to stay within the confines of his camp's grounds, Jason was made aware of something that seemed to be happening in the fine city of New York. A place Jason had heard great things about from his mother when he was still a child. The lights, glimmer, everything you could ever ask for. But Jason had no need for fame. He was already infamous. No, what interested the hulking brute was the sighting of what appeared to be another hockey masked killer!

Star Mummy had originally been pitched as a remake of Boris Karloff's classic take on The Mummy but with a twist! This time the mummy was actually a martian which in the context of the film made their mummies similar to how Ancient Egyptians made theirs-thus the film rolled on the crux of the whole 'aliens helped create human civilization' cliche. But one mummy in particular was re-animated due to a piece of Martian tech going haywire. The mummy rose and murdered those around it before heading off. It knew that if it stayed on this planet, it'd only be hunted down until it was properly laid to rest. Which is how it ended up on Earth. Wanting to try and fit in, the mummy stole a mechanic's coveralls and hockey mask and the rest is straight to DVD history.

But now that Jason was aware that someone else was apparently attempting to steal his purpose, he's leaving his camp grounds behind and making his way to the big apple. Did this man think he could punish more sinners and make Jason's mother happier with him? Him and anyone who stood in Jason's way would pay the price!

Powers and Abilities
  • Immortality - Even as a human, it is likely he possessed practical immortality as he survived fatal injuries that a human couldn't withstand. After his return as a zombie-like creature, Jason has become functionally immortal, which means he does not age. Injuries and illness that would have killed a normal human would eventually heal. He could survive and adapt to any environment, as shown when he managed to function in the vacuum of space (albeit after he was "upgraded" by the advanced medical nanobots of that era).
  • Resurrection - After being brought back by lightning, Jason is reanimated as a zombie-like entity and is more difficult to stop but should he be stopped, electricity as well as supernatural forces such as Tina Shepard and Freddy Krueger are capable of resurrecting him.
  • Healing factor - After being accidentally revived by Tommy, Jason now possesses a unique ability to regenerate any lost and damaged tissue at an accelerated rate. As a result, he can sustain bullet and knife wounds and be virtually unaffected. This ability allows him to recover from any fatal injuries. He has been incapacitated by being chained to the bottom of Crystal Lake or impaled through the head, but is almost always restored to "perfect" health, his constantly changing state of deformity can be attributed to his constant regeneration. Being undead, his body is not affected by existing detrimental contaminants. He has complete immunity to all kinds of poison, toxins, venom, viruses, bacteria, allergenics, parasites etc. However, he can still be sedated as proven when the possessed Freeburg was able to render him unconscious with two syringes, and at some point in the future Jason is kept imprisoned via a combination of restraints and some unknown sedative substance administered to him by an I.V.
  • Superhuman strength - Even as a human, Jason possessed above-average enhanced human strength, being able to crush a man's skull with his bare hands. After becoming a revenant, Jason's superhuman physical strength has become titanic, and immediately demonstrated his newfound power by punching right through Tommy's friend body and gouging his heart out. Jason is capable of sending his victim flying through the air. His feats of strength include going through concrete, decapitating someone with a simple punch, freeing himself when he was pinned by a fallen tree and can break humans in half as well as rip limbs from their bodies.
  • Superhuman durability - Jason possessed a notable toughness even as a human surviving fatal injuries, though he still limped and groaned in pain. After his resurrection, Jason became a juggernaut and his body became very durable and depending on his state of condition, no longer feels pain when he receives a variety of damages, blows, wounds or fatal injuries. In the sixth film, a shovel that hits his head was shattered to pieces upon hitting him.
  • Pain suppression - Jason as a human felt pain the same as others but had showed an exceptional amount of tolerance for it - in parts 3 and 4 he still grunts when being stabbed and slashed by Chris and Tommy. Jason withstood fatal injuries that would kill or cripple a normal person under normal circumstances such as being hanged, an axe to the head, a machete through the shoulder, and impaled through the head. As an undead, Jason no longer responds to pain and can generally function in situations where pain would disable a normal person. However, in Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday, Jason can be heard groaning in pain while being shot at by the FBI.
  • Intelligence - Jason is shown to be extremely crafty while possessing some tactical sense and strategic planning despite his hydrocephalic deformities. He lays traps for his victims as seen in Part 2, can be seen restraining victims to avoid detection, and he carefully arranges the bodies of his victims, occasionally using them as blockades or projectiles. His sense of direction is perfect, as he is always able to find to wherever he wants to go, usually his way back to Crystal Lake even from long distances. He can escape all manner of bonds. Every one of his kills is unique, and he always finds creative ways to get to his victims as well.
  • Enhanced speed - Jason can seemingly appear near his victims through means of walking, he can easily slip in and out of areas undetected. This is best seen in Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan when Jason kills Charles. He can make himself go unnoticed by his surroundings, allowing him to freely act without being noticed.
  • Weapons proficiency - Jason can use anything at his disposal as a weapon, he can create improvised weapons, and instantly use them effectively. He need only to pick up a weapon before he instantly becomes proficient in it.

Name: T-800 Model 101
Alias: The Terminator
Weight: 220 lbs
Height: 6'5

Bio
The Terminator is a cyborg assassin invented by Skynet. The purpose of these are to eliminate all threats to Skynet by being able to blend in with society because of its human-like appearance and take out its target when the time is right.

One Terminator in particular, specifically the "Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 Series 800 Terminator", was sent back in time to the year 1984 to kill a woman named Sarah Connor, the mother of John Connor who is the leader of the resistance that eventually takes down Skynet in the future. The Terminator was destroyed by Sarah when she and Kyle Reese, a man sent back in time to protect Sarah from the Terminator, were chased into a factory by it. When it was in the process of chocking Sarah to death she activated a machine's hydraulic press which crushed the Terminator and destroyed it, the only remnant being the arm it attempted to choke Sarah with.

Years later another T-800 model was reprogrammed by John Connor in the future to go back in time and protect his past self from the T-1000, a much stronger Terminator made of liquid metal. The T-1000 was destroyed when he fell into a vat of molten steel, but not at the cost of this T-800 being melted in the steel in order to stop judgement day once and for all.

The plan seemed to have worked until Skynet managed to change the past and alter reality with the "reality shards", shards scattered across the Earth after the merge that combined the two universes happened. Now yet another 1-800 has been reprogrammed by John Connor and sent back in time, but this time to collect and destroy/secure the reality shards before Skynet can get their hands on them.

"The film which you are about to see is an account of the tragedy which befell a group of five youths, in particular Sally Hardesty and her invalid brother, Franklin. It is all the more tragic in that they were young. But, had they lived very, very long lives, they could not have expected nor would they have wished to see as much of the mad and macabre as they were to see that day. For them an idyllic summer afternoon drive became a nightmare. The events of that day were to lead to the discovery of one of the most bizarre crimes in the annals of American history:"

Biography
Leatherface's real name is Thomas Brown Hewitt; his mother Sloane dies giving birth to him on August 7, 1939 at the Blair Meat Co., a slaughterhouse where she works, and her uncaring boss leaves the infant to die in a dumpster. Luda Mae Hewitt finds him and takes him home to raise him.

The Hewitts worked at the Blair Meat Co., but after losing their jobs they switched to kidnapping people, murdering them (often by chainsaw or shotgun) and butchering their flesh, as family member Charlie claims that he got the idea from eating human flesh in the Korean War after he became a prisoner of war. The prequel reveals that they do eat the meat of their victims; the remake only implies this.

in this continuity suffers from a facial disfigurement and a skin disease that caused severe deformities and tumors to his face. Due to this disfigurement, his muteness and mental retardation (carried over from the first series), other children bullied the boy. He wore a small leather mask to cover up his deformity, and worked at the same meat factory where he was born, for the same boss as his mother - the same man who had left him for dead. He also had a tendency toward self-mutilation, and a doctor diagnosed him as suffering from a type of neurodegeneration at age 12.

After health inspectors shut the factory down, Hewitt's boss and a reluctant co-worker ordered him to leave. When Hewitt didn't, the boss and the co-worker bullied him, calling him a "retard" and a "dumb animal". Acting on a long-burning rage, Hewitt killed his boss with a sledgehammer. He later discovered the chainsaw he used as a weapon after searching the now abandoned factory. When Winston Hoyt, the local sheriff, tried to apprehend him, Thomas' uncle, Charlie Hewitt came to his aid and killed the sheriff with his own gun. Charlie later assumed the sheriff's identity.

Hewitt later made masks of human skin by slicing off the faces of his victims.

Although Leatherface's family still manipulate him in this interpretation, they do show themselves somewhat more caring for him and less abusive than in the original film. Before killing the sheriff, his uncle Charlie even defends him by saying, "He's not retarded, he's misunderstood." The cruelty he suffers at the hands of his peers, in part, inspires his murderous behavior, however it's his uncle, Charlie who encourages his anti-social behavior and impulses.

Powers and Abilities

Leatherface is shown to be strong enough to be able to sprint with his chainsaw in hand/chase after a truck and manages to get close enough to smash the truck's windshield with one swing of the chainsaw. He can also keep on going even after having his arm chopped off with a meat cleaver and survives for days on end until he's found by police. He's also smart enough to be able to flip up a thick wooden table for cover as a grenade thrown by a vengeful officer went off. Leaving Leatherface's family mortally wounded but leaving him relatively intact.

BIO

Adrian Chin was a NYC Chinatown resident, the eldest of four siblings who helped their grandfather run his restaurant. By day, he'd work to put his siblings through school and put food on the table and by night, he spent his time in street fighting tournaments to put aside a fund for their college education. This proved to be useful, when the Purple Dragons came to shake down their restaurant and the moment they pulled a gun on his grandfather, he responded with near lethal force and kicked them out the door. After repelling the next three attempts and retribution, Adrian would be defeated when Hun- The leader of the Purple Dragon Gang himself came. Expecting his family to pay the price, Adrian was surprised when Hun after beating him up, offered him a position in the gang. Outlining a career that could be his, honing the skills he had, his family would be well cared for and the shop would be off limits from then on. Adrian accepted, seeing no other recourse.

He rose quickly through the ranks, earning the right to train as a Foot Clan Genin, the lowest ranking soldier of the Clan but a hefty step above gang member. The money was rolling in, his family was protected by the Foot Clan and Adrian found something to believe in. There was a feeling of belonging, a hefty sense of personal power that in a world of costumed heroes who never so much as glanced down to the little people, was intoxicating.

And now, in the aftermath of the attack on Harlem and the appearance of the Hunter who failed to kill him, he has gained the personal attention of the Master himself. The only survivor, marked forever by the scars left behind by that unusual weapon. Anyone would have been scarred for life or terrified. But to Adrian, the scars and the subsequent name he has gained from his fellow genin is a solid reminder. What doesn't kill you?

Will regret it heavily, when he plunges the knife into its back.

For the honor of the Foot Clan.

Equipment and skills.

Adrian is a ninja, with equips himself depending on the nature of his work. If he's on the clock, he dresses in the full, Foot Clan Genin loadout which includes the body armor and sword, though Genin are allowed to use variant weapons if they show some skill. Outside of this, he keeps a hidden knife in his sleeve and among the clan, specializes in knife and shuriken throwing, as these tools can be hidden and applied to near anything. For more up-close techniques, he uses a Kodachi short sword, about sixty centimeters in length, combining it with the Dakentaijutsu(pressure point) and Taihenjutsu(movement/escape) martial art subset of traditional Ninpo-taijutsu.

The only other standout in his equipment, are a pair of taser 'gloves' which he uses to devastating and hidden effect, homemade by himself and easily incorporated into his civilian garb.

In terms of education, while having never gone to college, Adrian reads extensively in an attempt to assist his siblings, in order to help them escape from the pull of Chinatown and the ghetto/gangland influence of NYC. This has fed into a tinkering hobby, both to save on expenses for fixing up the family restaurant as well as the know-how that allowed him to create the gloves in the first place.

Trivia

He's the eldest of four children. One brother, two sisters. Ages ranging from 20, 15 and 10.

Before he discovered street fighting, as a teen, Adrian had a reputation as a street dancer and it was difficult to restrain his head bobbing entirely when investigating with his fellow genin at the Paradise.

He fought the Turtles at one point alongside his fellow Genin, but his experience on the streets extends to mostly rival gangs, the Savate and the occasional metahuman. The one with the stick chucked him off a roof.

He landed in a dumpster though, so that was alright. : |

Enjoy this unfitting music.

========[BACKSTORY]========
The blood in my veins can be traced back to the first prostitutes the Rourkes brought into Basin City for his workers to use after a long day. Old Town was the only home I knew, and the only one I needed when the ladies established themselves as the owners of those streets. Momma was nothing special by her own admission. But the man I called Daddy still came back to see us. Sometimes I'd go with him to the shop he owned to learn the ins and outs of an engine. I loved it even if Momma didn't like me coming back with grease behind my ears.

I was eight and waiting for him to take me out for my birthday the day he didn't come back. I walked the bad streets of Basin City to his shop only to find it a husk filled with black ask and car shells. The mob had hit him, and there'd be no justice for a girl's broken heart. I stopped counting my birthdays after that, so I don't know when I took up walking the streets to make my living. I might not have been a woman yet. I didn't care and neither did the scum to come into Old Town.

The years between then and my next hallmark were a blur of sweat and cigarrettes. One night, I got into a car with a john who looked no more suspicious than any others. I ducked my head to get to business, and then it was lights out.

I woke up strapped to a table naked. I saw through a window that men in coats and surgical masks were talking to each other in another room. I saw dials turned and needles prepped. I struggled until the straps cut into my skin but it didn't do any good. When they injected me and started to operate, I thought that was it. I'd see Daddy again. That almost made me happy.

But I woke up again. And they injected and operated again. I didn't think to count how many times this repeated. Each time I felt less pain when I woke up and they had to up the dosage to keep operating. Once I woke up, looked into the next room through the window, and who did I see but Senator Rourke. Looking at me like I had laid a golden egg. He talked to the coats, and left after giving them all vigorous handshakes. I watched them celebrate and the rage welled up within me. One of my straps finally gave and I took the chance.

In my rage I killed them all, using their bodies to destroy the equipment they had used to record everything done to me. I ripped doors off the hinges and took gunshots. But I kept running until I was finally out and free. I made it to Old Town and Momma couldn't stop crying. She was sure I was dead and blamed herself.

From that day on, I became an enforcer for Old Town. I broke bones and snapped men like twigs when they didn't take our rules seriously. Between Miho and I, Old Town became untouchable. I didn't need to take johns anymore, but for the right price I brought men to the brink of death to make them feel alive. I came to be called 'Wyld Wendy' for my ability to drink and fight with the best without falling down, and how my eyes go red when I cut loose.

Rourke tried to get me back without inciting a gang war that could hurt his own business. He cut his losses after his sixth assassin washed up on the shore. Maybe he salvaged something and got other eggheads to get close. But not close enough. I was the only one of my kind in Basin City.

It was some time after Marv got the chair that I slipped into this other world. Both the Cardinal and his brother Senator Rourke were gone and Basin City wasn't in chaos. Yet. The players were probably at a loss for what to do with those big pillars gone letting the sun shine on the dank old city. I was feeling so damn good, I went for a swim in that filthy water. I went deep into the depths. Did I expect to find some treasure? Maybe.

When I came up for air, I looked to the shore and didn't see my city. Coming ashore, I was honestly aghast at what I saw. It wasn't the filth or the callous nature of the people I met, I had only known worse of both. Or even really the people flying overhead.

I was the only white one around. The other ones didn't seem too thrilled of that fact either. It was hard finding work when the only color to you is your red eyes, but I managed. This isn't my world, but it still has a need for someone willing to break bones for cheap and freaks who want a real wild ride.

  • You know who The Batman is.

  • Batman, though considered a "superhero," had no metahuman abilities. He was, however, at the peak of human physical and mental conditioning, having extensively studied the sciences, technology, martial arts, detection and many other disciplines under masters of their respective fields.

Batman was a master of stealth and infiltration (all the more remarkable given that he stands 6'2" and weighs 210 lbs), and often revealed himself to his enemies when they least suspected him to. This also allowed him to just disappear from allies in mid-sentence, a habit that frequently annoyed the likes of Commissioner Gordon ("One of these days I'm gonna nail his feet to the ground") and Harvey Bullock ("I wonder how the Commish puts up with that").

Batman was capable of incredible feats of agility. During the Second Apokolyptian invasion, Darkseid commented that no one had ever been able to avoid his Omega Beams before. His strength was also exceptional; He is capable of throwing Superman, and even Kalibak several meters away, as well as giving Darkseid a fairly good fight before being subdued. Temporarily youthened for about a week in his older years, his physical mass was all the more apparent when compared to the slim teenager Terry McGinnis.

With his martial arts prowess, occasionally augmented by technology, Batman was usually more than a match for any foe he encountered, human or otherwise. For instance, when Batman first met Superman, the vigilante suddenly threw the powerful alien across a room to Superman's complete astonishment at the attack's sheer audacity.

Batman's mental discipline and determination were as equally strong a weapon as his physical prowess. On at least two occasions, Batman overcame the temptation to abandon the real world and live in a fantasy world with his "ideal" life, in order to save the day. On another occasion, Batman out-willed the mind control of Doctor Destiny, who had simultaneously overpowered the minds of nearly the entire Justice League, despite having not slept for three nights in a row.

Batman is also a master of intimidation and psychological manipulation, specifically with the criminally minded. Usually he relies on his burly appearance, coupled with the dark appearance of his costume (the main reason why he chose the bat as his symbol and mask), and a certain degree of ruthlessness to intimidate criminals into spilling their guts to him, something his peers in the superhero community, like Superman and Flash, usually find themselves unable to do so, despite their greater physical might. But this ability could also be used more subtly: With a few choice words, Batman once manipulated the nearly mindless Solomon Grundy into fighting his then-teammate, the super-genius Ultra-Humanite; tricked Cheetah into taking sympathy with him; and later swayed the Ultra-Humanite to his side by offering to sponsor an opera performance program which the Humanite cherished.

Perhaps Batman's greatest ability was his intelligence. He was one of the foremost detectives on Earth (Ra's al Ghul always addressed him as "Detective"), possessing one of the sharpest analytical minds of all time. Batman is highly skilled in multiple fields of science, as well as speaking several foreign languages. As a member of the Justice League, he contributed much of the technology that kept it going, including the Watchtower and Javelins. In addition to his fighting abilities, his contributions to the team as a scientist, a detective and a strategist have proved invaluable time and again.

  • (thanks to the DOOM wiki for all this handy information! ^^)

The Doom Marine (also known by the Demons of Hell as the Doom Slayer or Hell Walker) is the main protagonist and playable character in Doom (2016).

In the 2016 reboot of Doom, rather than the character being a direct representation of the player, the Doom Marine is described as an ancient and mystical warrior called the "Doom Slayer" or "Hell Walker" who was either banished to Hell or chose to stay there (possibly a reference to Doom 64's ending).

During the continuation of his genocide of hell's forces, he was ambushed and captured by Hell's forces from an elaborate capture plan orchestrated by demon priests and sealed in a tomb with a mark served as a warning for all demon that he must never be allowed to wake from his tomb. He was later retrieved by the UAC where he was "held captive" and studied, until Hell invades Mars, which allows him to escape. He then arms himself with a pistol, suits up in his Praetor Suit and begins to fight the hordes of hell.

RIP AND SHRED!! MORE GUTS! BIGGER GUNS!

  • Superhuman Abilities: The Doom Marine possesses powerful superhuman abilities, which are all used when the Marine is fighting against Hell's Legions. His superhuman Strength means he can rip, tear, and crush Demons and Cyborgs with relative ease, which the Doom Marine uses to take down even the most powerful of Hell's minions. His Endurance, Stamina and Durability gives The Marine the ability to take large amounts of damage without stopping (Though he can still die from natural causes such as high falls, and isn't able to survive death hits when his health is at zero). The Doom Marine is also extremely fast, mobile and agile, allowing him to traverse and maneuver around the environment and battle arenas whilst also battling Demons and dodging attacks. The Doom Marines greatest superhuman feats are shown when he kills the towering Cyberdemon by tearing out its Argent accumulator and then using its horn to decapitate it after it revived, defeating the highly durable Hell Guard by killing the parasitic controllers inside of them (Used first Hell Guards own weapon to stab through its armor and kill the parasite from within, punched through second Hell Guards armor plating and squished its parasite, and killed the third Hell Guard by ripping off its armor before tearing the parasite in half), and taking down the powerful Spider Mastermind.

Argent Energy Absorption: The Doom Marine can absorb Argent Energy via his Praetor Suit, which reroutes it throughout the suits subsystems and into his body. This allows him to increase either his Health, Armor or Ammo to maximum levels.
Rune Absorption and Usage: Through some unknown means, the Doom Marine is able to use mystic runes that he gains upon completing trials. Once a trial is complete, the Marine can then equip a rune to gain new abilities.

Master Combatant and Weapon Mastery: The Doom Marine is capable of utilizing any weapon or firearm in his possession with master handling. He can use all firearms he comes across with great effect, while also upgrading and modifying his arsenal. He is also capable of carrying a vast amount of weapons, carrying up to 12 weapons including special weapons and grenades. When performing a glory kill, the Doom Marine uses a unique fighting style that allows him to quickly, but brutally, rip and tear demons apart.

Intelligence: The Marine is surprisingly intelligent despite his violent ways.
Though it is only told by demonic recordings, the Doom Marine had managed to kill Hell's greatest Champion 'The Titan', indicating how powerful he is and how he became the most feared being to Hell's Legions.

Name: Bigby Wolf
Alias: The Big Bad Wolf
Age: Unknown
Height: 6'4
Weight: 235 lbs
Bio:
Centuries ago in the Homelands, Bigby was born, part of a litter of seven cubs to Winter Wolf after being courted by the powerful North Wind, inheriting several of his father's abilities. He remained at her side for two seasons but - due to his father's temperament - he was drawn back towards his castle, leaving Winter heartbroken.
As the runt of the litter, Bigby was often teased by his brothers, however Winter was particularly fond of him whom she personally loved and cared for greatly. When his mother died tragically, his brothers left in search of their father and Bigby remained behind to protect her corpse from scavengers. Unfortunately, he proved unable to defend her due to his small size.

Fueled by her loss, Bigby personally swore vengeance, vowing to eat something bigger as each day passed starting from small insects to humans until he became large and strong enough to confront his father. Seven times he journeyed to Wind's castle to kill him, and seven times was he proved no match for the elemental might of his father. Accepting defeat, Bigby shoved aside his futile attempts to avenge his mother and burying his hatred and grief, he later became renowned as 'The Big Bad Wolf' of legend.
Colin stated that Bigby 'ate a lot of people back in his day'. He antagonized the three little pigs and terrorized Little Red Riding Hood, attempting to devour her but was stopped by the Woodsman who cut him open and filled him up with stones. The two came to form a bitter, centuries old rivalry.

In the days leading up to the Exodus, Bigby hunted armies of men and goblins in the Black Forest, making it his personal mission to destroy corrupted invading forces and their camps, devour their night watchmen and destroy their supply trains. One day, while tearing through their ranks, he discovered a woman with white skin as fresh as snow and hair as black as coal. Upon approaching her, Bigby destroyed her shackles and chains, freeing her from captivity. Big by had great amusement in the women as she was not as terrified of the wolf as the other captives, enough the take a sword to defend herself if the wolf were to attack. Bigby then ran off to continue attacking the Adversary.

After fleeing the Homelands, Bigby spent many years wandering Europe which was mainly an area called the Black Forest. He was later tracked down by Snow White and Feathertop, whom personally promised him safe-guarded passage into the new community. Bigby agreed and Snow White cut him with a lycanthropy stained knife, granting him the ability to change into human form at will.

Bigby later became employed as Fabletown's Sheriff under King Cole's administration due to his incredible detective skills and fighting prowess. But - due to his dark past and actions - several Fables were hesitant to trust him, thus banning him from ever setting foot in the Farm.

Powers and Abilities:
  • Transformation - Bigby has four different forms he morphs into. His standard human form (which is due to lycanthropy and not a glamour), his half-werewolf form (where his eyes turn yellow and claws develop), his werewolf form (where he becomes taller, all-black and buffer) and his full-wolf form, where he becomes a larger-than-elephant form of the original Big Bad Wolf. Each episode shows him transform to some degree, though he only becomes the original Big Bad Wolf during his rematch with Bloody Mary. See below for more details.
  • Near-Immortality - Being a very-well talked about Fable, Bigby is nearly-immortal and has a very high resistance to pain. This is most well showcased at the end of A Crooked Mile, when he is shot over 40 times (judging by the amount of blasts heard) by the Tweedles and is left hardly incapacitated by the shots. This shows that he is invulnerable to bullets. He also endures many physical pain throughout the game that leave him hardly fazed. Bigby's immune system is constantly showcased by how he smokes dozens of cheap cigarettes everyday and is not affected negatively by them at all.
  • Agility - Both as a human and a werewolf, Bigby (during the chase scenes in Faith and Cry Wolf) is largely fast (able to keep up with Georgie Porgie's car in the latter case) and capable of jumping large distances over rooftops. His ability to keep up also shows he has high stamina. His speed may also be attributed to an ability to see things in slow-motion at times as. This is shown at the end of "Faith" when he had to chose who to stop between Tweedle Dee and Woodsman, he would have in reality only had a split second to decide but seemed to perceive the situation for approximate ten seconds (though this might have been for the benefit of the player).
  • Strength - Shown in every episode, Bigby is highly muscular physically; this primarily comes through his claws, which are his weapon of choice. Of the four people Bigby directly can kill, only Bloody Mary was not killed by his claws (she was crushed by the teeth of his full Wolf form).
  • Self-Repair - Only showcased in the opening to In Sheeps Clothing, when he re-inserts his arm's fractured bone back into place (though he must cringe as he does it).
  • Fast Regeneration - Bigby can regenerate any wounds that come across him. (At one time he was shot on the arm, it healed quickly.)

  • Born to serve the life sentence of his father, Bane's childhood and early adult life are spent behind the walls of Peña Duro, an infamous prison located in Santa Prisca. Though imprisoned, his natural abilities allow him to develop extraordinary skills within the prison's walls. He reads as many books as he can get his hands on, builds up his body in the prison's gymnasium, and learns to fight in the merciless school of prison life. Despite his circumstances, he appears to have found teachers of various sorts during his incarceration, ranging from hardened convicts to an elderly Jesuit priest, under whose tutelage he apparently receives a classical education. Bane murders this priest upon his return to Santa Prisca years later. However, he commits his first murder at the age of eight, stabbing a criminal who wanted to use him to gain information about the prison.

During his years in prison, Bane carries a teddy bear he calls Osito (Spanish for "little bear"), whom he considers his only friend. It is revealed that Osito has a hole in his back to hold a knife that Bane uses against anyone who bullies him (this is spoofed in Italian superhero parody Rat-Man by Leo Ortolani where the titular bumbling and goofy superhero has constant and heated discussions with a stuffed teddy called Piccettino, whose voice only he can hear).

Bane ultimately establishes himself as the "king" of Peña Duro prison. The prison's controllers take note and, eventually, force him to become a test subject for a mysterious drug known as Venom, which had killed all other subjects. It nearly kills him at first, but he survives and finds its effects enhance his physical strength, although he needs to take it every 12 hours (via a system of cables pumped directly into his brain) or he would suffer debilitating side-effects.
Years later, Bane escapes Peña Duro, along with several accomplices (his friends Trogg, Zombie and Bird, all of whom are named after 1960s rock bands: The Troggs, The Zombies, and The Byrds, and were designed to mimic three of Doc Savage's assistants Monk, Ham, and Renny). His ambition turns to destroying Batman, whom he had heard tales of while serving his sentence. He is fascinated with Gotham City, as, like the prison, it is a place where fear rules: in this case, fear of Batman. Bane is convinced that the demonic bat that haunted his dreams since childhood is a representation of the Batman.

Aware that a direct assault on Batman would be foolish, Bane destroys the walls of Arkham Asylum, allowing its deranged inmates (including the Joker, Two-Face, the Scarecrow, the Riddler, Poison Ivy, the Mad Hatter, The Ventriloquist, Firefly, The Cavalier and Victor Zsasz, as well as minor villain Film Freak, who Bane almost killed for spying on him afterward) to escape into Gotham City, where Batman spends three months rounding them up. Running himself to exhaustion, Batman returns to Wayne Manor, where Bane awaits him. He fights Batman in the Batcave, defeats him, and delivers the coup de grâce: he breaks Batman's back and leaves him paraplegic, thereby having been the only man to have "Broken the Bat".

  • Venom Usage: He utilizes the super-steroid known as Venom to enhance his own physical attributes to superhuman levels, namely his strength, durability, speed, and endurance.
    • Superhuman Strength: The primary effect of the Venom drug is that it enhances his strength to low superhuman levels depending on how much is injected into him. At the maximum healthy amount he can inject into himself, he is able to lift around 3-4 tons. He is ultimately capable of exceeding this limit and be able to lift over 4 tons, though not without momentarily losing his sanity.
    • Enhanced Speed/Reflexes: His speed and reflexes are also enhanced with Venom, making him able to run, move, and react beyond the limits of the finest human athlete.
    • Superhuman Endurance/Stamina/Durability: With the use of Venom, his stamina and endurance is greatly enhanced. His durability is heightened sufficiently to shrug off most blunt force trauma, yet he is not completely bulletproof. He can withstand blows from most superhumans, withstand falls from great heights, and possibly more.
    • Superhuman Healing: He can also use Venom as a type of medicine that can heal him from most injury, poison, wound, infection, and disease.

Genius-Level Intellect: He possesses a genius-level intellect and is one of Batman's most intelligent foes.
    • Eidetic Memory: He has an eidetic memory, which borders on almost total recall. This enables him to memorize virtually anything.
    • Polymath: He is exceptionally knowledgeable in various subjects including various Sciences, History, Geology, Medicine, and several others.
    • Polylingual: He is able to speak fluent Spanish, German, French, Russian, Mandarin, English, Urdu, Farsi, and Latin.

Escapologist: He is surpassed only by Batman, Nightwing, and Mister Miracle in the art of escape and infiltration.

Hand to Hand Combatant: He is a formidable hand to hand combatant, able to hold his own against Batman and Ra's Al Ghul. He is not only a master, but has created several fighting styles. Bane's fighting ability combined with his peak strength and endurance make him a highly formidable and dangerous opponent for any non-meta and many metahuman foes.

Expert Strategist: He is highly devious and a highly gifted strategist and tactician.

Peak of Human Physical Condition: Even without Venom, his strength and physique is at its peak and is slightly superior to the likes of Batman or other athletes.
    • Physical Strength: Even without Venom, Bane is shown to still be stronger than Batman, able to lift/press approximately 1,500 lbs. Without Venom, Bane has proven capable of breaking Killer Croc's bones and standing toe-to-toe with other superhumans. He has also performed feats such as snapping steel cables that were used to shackle him, and denting and deforming an iron gate after punching it off of its hinges.
    • Speed: Despite his heavily muscled appearance, Bane is shown to be a surprisingly fast runner, as he's been shown to be able to keep up with the more slender member of the Secret Six with ease.
    • Durability: Even without the Venom drug, Bane has proven to be phenomenally durable. Examples include shrugging off bullets to the shoulder and other areas, and withstanding the torture of having numerous bricks thrown at all areas of his body.

  • With the genetic element accomplished, Amanda thought of making Terry's decision to become Batman (or at least a crimefigher) complete by having the same thing done to Terry's parents as it was done to Bruce's. After Terry and his parents left the theater on an evening of watching The Grey Ghost Strikes, Amanda had the Phantasm go after Terry's parents and kill them, thus sparking the same type of trauma that inspired Bruce Wayne to become Batman. However, as the Phantasm tried to accomplish this task, she ended up refusing to go along with the plan and allowed the McGinnises to continue on unaware of what might have happened. Amanda argued with her hired assassin about her failure, but she ended up realizing that the Phantasm was right: that though the Batman was obsessive in nature and that he would do anything to achieve his goals, he would never resort to murder. Amanda ended up honoring all that the original Batman stood for and allowed the Phantasm to simply walk away.

By his own admission, Terry was once a "bad kid." A member of a street gang run by youthful racketeer Charlie "Big Time" Bigelow, Terry had his fair share of run-ins with the GCPD while in his early teens, even serving a three-month stint in juvenile hall. Years after Batman was last seen, he found himself on the run from another street gang named the Jokerz, who had modeled themselves after the deceased Clown Prince of Crime. Terry fled onto the grounds of Wayne Manor, where an aged Bruce Wayne assisted him in defeating the Jokerz. The strain of the fight placed substantial stress on Bruce's heart and he collapsed. Terry helped Bruce into the mansion and in the process, stumbled upon the entrance to the Batcave.

Bruce kicked Terry out, but when the boy showed up later, saying that his father, Warren McGinnis, had been murdered and that Derek Powers — who had assumed leadership of a merged Wayne-Powers — was responsible, he softened his demeanor. Despite Terry's insistence, Bruce, still shaken from the ordeal of having relied on a gun for self-defense, maintained that he had given up the cowl.

As soon as Bruce's back was turned, Terry took matters into his own hands and stole the latest incarnation of the Batsuit. Bruce admonished him through the suit's communicator (their mentor-pupil banter would become a staple of subsequent Batman Beyond episodes), but Terry was adamant on confronting Powers. Powers had ordered Warren McGinnis' death after the latter discovered Powers' plan to mass-produce biological weapons.

The high-tech Batsuit turned Terry into a powerhouse; he disrupted Powers' covert operation, laying a beating on the security personnel, only to have Bruce shut the Batsuit down midway at the touch of a button. Terry pleaded with Bruce for a chance to prove himself and persuaded Bruce to reactivate the Batsuit and let him carry on as Batman for the time being. Bruce's decision resulted in the moratorium of Powers' operation; at the end, Powers, who had been exposed to his own hazardous chemicals, experienced the onset of his mutation into Blight.

Convinced that there was still a need for a Batman, Bruce hired Terry as his personal assistant and began secretly training the teenager for his new role as Batman.

McGinnis and Wayne would continue to develop a working relationship with Wayne tutoring and advising McGinnis as the Batman from his reactivated Batcave. It was Wayne who largely still doing the mental detective work while McGinnis did most of the actual battles in the enhanced armored suit. Wayne at times would become incapacitated due to his advanced age or prevented from directly helping Terry for other reasons. This would lead McGinnis to depending on his long time technically savvy friend Maxine Gibson as his detective partner. "Max" who would puzzle out McGinnis being the new Batman and Wayne as the former Batman would join McGinnis as his active partner. Max was originally thrilled by her discovery and even for a time fancied herself to become the next active crime fighting member of the reconstituted Batman Family. However both the elder Wayne and Police Commissioner Barbara Gordon largely tried to prevent that, knowing fully the dangers of active costumed crime-fighting. But it was not until Max directly experienced first hand the intricate and explicit dangers that McGinnis was willing to endure as the new Batman where she was almost killed by the silent assassin Curaré did Max curb her childish enthusiasm about running around as a costumed crime-fighter. However this made Max merely more cautious and more determined not to let her friend go out alone as Batman as shown in later episodes. It was unrevealed if Max ever became the next Batgirl or an active costumed sidekick to McGinnis, though it was suggested that she did.

When the Joker made his mysterious reappearance in Gotham City, Bruce wanted Terry to give back the Batman costume, fearing for the young man's life as he did for his former partner Tim Drake (the second Robin), who was kidnapped by the Joker and was forced into a "makeover" into the Joker's "adopted son" nicknamed J.J. However, Terry discovered that the Joker had implanted a microchip onto Timothy Drake that caused him to physically transform between his older self as Drake and an exact copy of the Joker. During a fight between himself as Batman and the new Joker, Terry used the Joker's electrical joy buzzer to destroy the implanted microchip, thus restoring Drake to normal. Drake saw in McGinnis a person that Bruce Wayne had found worthy to bear the mantle of Batman.
  •

    • Batsuit: State-of-the-art Batsuit which automatically conforms to his size. The Batsuit features new gadgets such as glider wings, "thrusters" on the boots and even a cloaking device.
      • Enhanced strength by a factor of ten[2], ultimately allowing him to lift up to 1700 lbs.
      • Minimal reduction (or increase) in flexibility.
      • Forearm spikes can extend out.
      • Enhanced visual assistance that allows him to see in the dark (visual from the Batsuit can be fed back to the main computer in the Batcave; it can also receive visual from the main computer, allowing for superior tactical planning). The visor can also serve as digital binoculars and an infra-red filter as well as a scanner.
      • Personal communicator allows Terry to keep in constant contact with Bruce at the Batcave.
      • Enhanced ballistic protection.
      • Significantly resistant to heat, electricity, water, and vibrations, but only slightly resistant to radiation.
      • Built-in rebreather for underwater combat/exploration.
      • Dispensable Batarangs with a range of auxiliary functions, such as producing electric shocks. However, there is a limit to the amount of Batarangs the Batsuit can dispense; Batman has run out on at least one occasion.
      • Disk can be fired from the top of the wrist.
      • Electrical discharges throughout the suit that can be activated by pushing the button on the belt.
      • Wrist-mounted laser capable of melting metal and stunning his opponents.
      • Grappling guns built into the forearms.
      • Flashbang grenades.
      • Smoke pellets.
      • Flexicuffs.
      • A lock decipher.
      • Launchable tracers.
      • Retractale Tweezers.
      • A frequency scanner to pick up hot spots.
      • A retractable PIN or password decipherer in the form of a key on the right index finger.
      • Retractable wings under the arms to glide on.
      • Rocket boots enabling limited flight.
      • Electromagnetic pads in the soles of the boots enabling him to cling to walls and ceilings.
      • Sensitive touch microphone on index and middle fingers that permits eavesdropping through solid surfaces.
      • Sensors that work as a polygraph.
      • Drug identifier, utilized by dipping fingers into the substance.
      • Built-in cloaking device that enables almost complete camouflage. It allows camouflage extending into the visible light and infrared frequencies of the electromagnetic spectrum. A countermeasure used by Commissioner Barbara Gordon to this in one incident where she was hunting Batman down was through tracking him using an ultraviolet light to illuminate him.
      • Retractable claws which can be used to slice or facilitate climbing.
      • Can uplink with the Batmobile for remote piloting.
      • A remote kill function that can externally deactivate the suit from the Batcave.
      • The belt buckle also serves as a buzz saw to get out of a room quickly or to cut through denser material.

Psionics-ability to sense and read minds to a degree that she doesn't appear to notice if someone is physically invisible or not
Teleportation- herself and others with herself to different locations, which is taxing her more than her other abilities.
Chronokinesis-move even through time and even bring passengers, also she appears to be immune to chronological manipulation due to her heritage
Levitation-How she flies it takes like all her powers much focus and concentration. It's just she's done it so often thought isn't as much as it use to be.
Magic- seemingly perform magical spells. Her basic spells involve healing, electricity control, fire Control- it's also kind of an inherited thing but she still has breathing issues when surrounded by it and can get burned.

Bio:

Daughter of Arella and the demon Trigon. She was born not of earth like her mother but in a piece of earth that a woman named Azar moved to be away from it's original world. Raven grew up on a place known as Azreath. The people of Azreath raised her including the creator of that world Azar. Her mother wasn't allowed to help raise her but Raven was taught of her and knew who her mother was. Once she learned of her father and the prophecy to destroy Earth she seeked out to go there and change fate.

Raven didn't expect to make friend when she arrived. Once she got to Earth she did however. Her friends were the Teen Titans which as time goes on grows more and more. At first she doesn't open up and share who she really is just lives there. Helps when crime is about and hopes maybe by doing good it would make up for what she was destined to do. No one expected what really happened.

Trigon did use her as the portal and he did attack earth. He also did attack Azreath. The first occasion Raven and her friends pushed him back into a prison so he couldn't attack earth again. The Prison was on Azreath and years passed where Raven ended up setting him free against her on free will.

When she released him he attacked Earth and left her to destroy Azreath her first home. The Titans, Nightwing, Beastboy, Cyborg, first Kid Flash, Wondergirl, and others came together to help her. No one wanted to admit what had to be done but Raven wanted it. Starfire shot an energy beam at Raven while she was distracted almost killing her friends minds. Her mother turned as Raven fell Azreath and Earth was saved.Raven was dead.

Few years later the Titans had moved on Beastboy like another Titan still moaned over loss and blamed himself. Until he saw a glimpse of Raven in the park after recruiting the newest team of Titans. No one really believed him.

Raven had been brought back by the church of St. Sebastian. They were a group similar to what her mother had joined that worshiped Trigon. Deathstroke and Ravanger had a assassin list with Raven's head being big money. Beastboy, Robin, Wondergirl, and Superboy went to save her. Starfire came later and eventually Beastboy managed to talk her back at being with the team instead of running for the rest of her reborn life. She died at 25 and came back as once more a teenager of 18. Beastboy supposedly hadn't really aged just became the second youngest original Titan.

Raven is once more a hero of Jump City that sometimes helps in other areas. Such as Dakota, Gothman, Azreath, and Tamerain.

Character Name: Mac
Actual Name: Macauley Jeanpaul Beveman

Age: 37

**Personality:

I got a school boy heart, a novelist eye
Stout sailor's legs and a license to fly
I came with nomad feet and some wandering toes
That walk up my long board and hang off the nose

I suppose
The need to focus never arose
So something like a Swiss army knife
That's my life
Frankenstein had nothing on this body of mine
The villagers still flockin' to see, to see me
Breaking free, breaking free

Cause I got a school boy heart, a novelist eye
Stout sailor's legs and a license to fly
I got a bartender's ear and beachcomber's style
Piratical nerve and a Vaudevillian style

I suspect I died in some cosmic shipwreck
With all hands spread all over the deck
What the heck
Then some kind of obscene and unscrupulous mind
Began to pick up what he could find
Added ice, shook me twice, rolled the dice

Now I got a school boy heart, a novelist eye
A sailor's legs and a license to fly
I got a native tongue from way down south
It sits in the cheek of my gulf coastal mouth

I got a school boy heart, a novelist eye
Stout sailor's legs and a license to fly
I came with nomad feet and some wandering toes
That glide up my longboard and hang off the nose

**Powers:

Empathetic connection- Not actually his power, but the connection he has with Starr because of her power. Starr and Mac can feel each others presence, location, and emotions from many miles apart.

** Skills

Musician
Actor
Sailor
Private pilot
Aspiring writer

**Background:

Born the grandson of a sailor and the son of a banker, Macauley Jeanpaul Beveman suffered from what his family called "over sensitivity". The bottom line was that he could not adapt to his father's ways or preferred paths for Mac's life. He never cared to deal with numbers, he was too free-spirited for military work, too lazy for hard work, and too interested in the human condition to be bothered to think about anything else much. He was more like his grandfather, and would spend all the time he could listening to the tales of the sea.

In his teenage years, Mac found music a great outlet. This, and to a certain extent acting and writing were the only things that came easy. After his grandfather's death, not being an achiever put a distance between him and the rest of his family. He turned to alcohol and even illegal drugs during the late teenage years, though it never brought him much trouble worse than a barfight after the one time he tried to rob a gas station.

He played the bar circuit throughout the southern united states and sometimes got acting work in Miami, where he lived with his cousin for a while. He had a life of just getting by, living from gig to gig. One day suddenly he came into a large amount of money. Though there was an investigation concerning Mac as a possible drug dealer, the charges never stuck and the money did. His life didn't change much with that money, as he didn't know what else to do with it other than pursue his acting and music.

In time, he played the slightly larger scenes of Gatlinburg, Branson, music festivals and the like.

Full success would come to him in the form of a tv deal. The TV deal brought his name before the public, leading to exposure and financial success for his music career as well. Financial success was not something he was well-equipped to deal with, as his attempts to live a more conventional life as a celebrity resulted in two divorces.

Television made his life comfortable, but was never creatively satisfying. It was draining. His two marriages and their romances were inspirations for his music, but so were his divorces. Contiuing to age throughout this part of his career, he became partly frustrated and partly poetic about his life as a sensitive outsider. Music became harder to write, inspiritation more rare. It was starting to feel old, starting to weary him. Mac needed something new in his life.

He was on his way to becoming a falling star until the night he saw a falling Star.

BIO

Almost every hero has a defining moment, that lays out the script for what kind of hero they'll be for years to come. For some heroes, its when they get their powers. Their mutant gene activates or they get some cosmic magical radiation or whatever in their blood, and they immediately decide to go out and do some good. Other heroes get their defining moment when they make the decision to use their powers for good. Something (usually terrible) happens that makes them realize they need to use their powers for good instead of evil. And there's others who know what they're going to be before they even have the means to do it, born into some superhero dynasty or saved by someone else and vowing to do the same for others if they can.

I'm not any of those cases.

I wasn't defined when I got these powers. Hell, I barely remember how I got them, just that it happened in an accident and I needed to be fostered after it happened. The lady who took me in was kind of a bitch and only did it to get publicity for her starlet daughter, but that daughter was Trish Walker who's still my best friend to this day so I count that whole experience as a net positive in the end.

I wasn't defined when I decided to be a hero the first time either. Trish kept pushing me to use my powers to do something instead of existing, and deep down I think I really wanted to anyways. So with the sort of nervous excitement that usually only comes for highschoolers going to their first prom, I set out on the streets to try the whole hero thing out. Thats when I found kilgrave. And for a long time, that was my defining moment. He was a narcissistic, incredibly powerful mind controlling psychopath, and I was his puppet for weeks. Eventually, he had me kill someone, and when he did something inside me finally snapped. I still don't fully understand how, but I walked away even when he was yelling at me not to. In fact, he was so mad he didn't even notice the bus that ran him down. For a while I thought that was the end, both of my do-gooder days and of kilgrave. I drank. A lot. Gave up the hero biz to do private investigation instead, lots of nasty divorces and the other sort of slop that people hire other people to spy for. Cut out most of the important people in my life, which depressingly enough really just amounted to Trish. And I probably would have stayed in that shit-spiral until it killed me.

That ended when Kilgrave came back. Somehow getting hit with a bus wasn't enough to keep that cockroach down, and he was dead set on making my life hell in revenge, and he wanted me to come back to him by choice too. I didn't (because no shit), and after a nasty month that ended with too many bodies and even more screwed up lives, I finally got the bastard's neck in my hands. He won't be hurting anyone again (except all those people in that one story arc but jj doesn't know that yet). And while I still get the sad and nasty divorce cases at Alias investigations, people come to me for other help too. I don't wear some goofy tights or costume, and I wouldn't go so far as to call myself a hero... but my defining moment's finally changed. I think I can finally do some good.

Powers and Equipment

Super strength: Jessica is able to casually lift a car up off the ground with one hand, and can also jump really freaking high.

Durability: While not quite bulletproof, JJ can take hits and wounds much better than the average person, especially blunt force.

Mental resistance: Her battles with KIlgrave have left her with complete immunities to his pheremone based mind control, and also given her a healthy resistance to telepathy in general

investigative talent: Jessica is an experienced private investigator, able to follow leads, interrogate suspects, and reach clever solutions to difficult tasks
