Powers:

Even outside of her Transcendent State, she has reaction speed equal to a trained martial artist, Olympic Athlete agility and gymnastics, and strength of roughly four times human normal as a residual effect of her magic. It is also worth noting all of Rin's powers scale with her physical size. So in 8 inch size she's about as strong as a normal human at maximum, and at 35 feet she caps out at 360 tons in her strength, being many times her weight of 36,000 lbs at that size.

Magical Transformation -When Rin takes her Transcendent Form she gains the following powers. All are dependent on her having her wand with her to intiate the transformation:

  • Shrinking - Excellent (20): Down to 8 inches. Her Strength decreases proportionally, but she always has the strength of "ten warriors" of her size.
  • Growth - Incredible (40): Up to 35 feet. Her Strength and Endurance increase proportionally.
  • Holy Blast - Amazing (50): Energy Blasts of divine energy, dealing from Excellent to Amazing damage depending on if she combines powers to increase the effect.
  • Light Generation - Remarkable (30)
  • Armor of Light: Remarkable (30) Protection from Energy and Physical damage.
  • Telekinesis - Awesome (90)^: Ability to use her current Strength at range. ^Limited to her current strength.
  • Teleportation - Remarkable (30) : Only up to a few miles in length, and using this power uses a lot of calories so she's very hungry after only a few uses.
  • Emotion Kanji - Fantastic (45) : She can create Kanji that represent a certain emotion, and she can throw them at foes, causing them to feel that emotion.
  • Banishment - Fantastic (45): She can banish otherworldly creatures from a plane not native to them.

Rin has certain powers at a baseline, even when not transformed:

  • Emotional Vampire - Rin constantly (involuntarily)tastes emotions of anyone within about thirty yards of her, though she has extended this reach to encompass all of Tokyo once, but not without a horrible feedback that left her dazed for several minutes. She requires emotions as well as food to live - her self generated Kanji cannot satisfy her need. Rin currently can only draw passively, but it is hinted at in her Transcendent Guide that she has the ability to render a person catatonic or comatose by drawing all emotion from them. She identifies different emotions by distinctive taste, for example Lemon is mocking or teasing, and Burnt Popcorn is annoyance. It is possible that Rin's personal tastes in foods she likes and does not like reflects which emotion tastes like what. (Amazing) 50

Prehensile Tail - Remarkable (30): Squirrel Girl has a three-foot long, very bushy tail that she has an astonishing level of control over. She can perform the following power stunts:
-Blinding: She has used it to blind an opponent by wrapping it around his head after she'd leapt onto his back
-Other uses could be invented by a creative player.

Communication with Squirrels - Amazing (50): Squirrel Girl communicates with squirrels verbally instead of mentally, using an adorable squirrel language that sounds like "Chitty-Chik-Chlik!". She cannot actually command squirrels, but she can be very persuasive. An individual squirrel isn't much of a threat (though it makes a good spy) but in large groups they can be highly destructive. She would NEVER simply use her squirrel friends as "Suicide Troops" against an opponent, as they are just as important to her as her human friends. She must make a Yellow FEAT to convince them to do something really dangerous. They would gnaw through the brake lines of a car or swarm from tree to tree in an effort to distract an opponent, but unless she's in deadly peril they may balk at a command to attack. It seems possible that (with a Red FEAT roll) she could speak with other rodents as well. Though they might need to be bribed with some nuts.

-Gather a Horde of Squirrels: It will take 1-10 rounds to gather a horde. Due to the wide ranging populations of squirrels in planet Earth, she can summon a full Horde of them in any forest or urban park. Also, it would be well within a GM's prerogatives to have some of the squirrels do something unexpected or unasked for. Remember, they actually LIKE Squirrel Girl!

Unbeatability (Class 1000): Squirrel Girl has defeated some of the Marvel Universe’s heaviest hitters, including Thanos, Doctor Doom, and Galactus. This is emphatically canon, but is almost always portrayed off-panel, and played for laughs. Use this ability only:
-When Squirrel Girl is played by the GM as an NPC
-When a deus-ex-machina is needed
-When it’s funny

Squirrel Girl has developed a power stunt where she tells her squirrels to disable a target, and they specificly attack any small, unprotected areas of a device or person. If the squirrels can make a Red Fighting FEAT roll (she may spend Karma for this) then they've either disable a random ability/power, or inflicted such damage that all the abilities and powers have -1cs. Body Armor of Rm or greater strength is proof against this attack.

Squirrels are clever and inventive rodents found in every forest and urban park setting. An individual squirrel attacks on the Edged column, but cannot score Stun or Kill results. A horde of squirrels also make edged attacks, but they may score Stun and Kill results due to multiple attacks.

If the squirrels attack as a horde, an opponant must make a Psyche FEAT roll or lose -4cs from their Fighting, Agility, Reason, Intuition and Psyche. Having hordes of scratching, biting rodents scrambling over you will inspire a panic attack.

-Levitation: Am ability to imbue electromagnetic energy into metallic substances to levitate an object, such as his Static Saucer. In ability to imbue non-metallic objects with static electricity
-Static Cling: Am ability to adhere himself, others or objects to surfaces using static electricity

-Electromagnetic Displays: Rm ability to shoot into the sky in the forms of pictures and words using electromagnetic energy. With Rm ability, Static can make these into Electromagnetic Nets or Cages
