email notifications

is there any way to permanently tell iwaku to stop sending me email notifications for any reason? Unless it's an admin contacting me?

If you go into your personal preferences you can choose when and when not to recieve emails ^.^

Yep, there is, but the options for email notifications are a little scattered.

To toggle email notifications when receiving a new private conversation, go to your Contact Details menu and there are three check boxes below the email changing fields. The top one is to receive admin mailings, so leave that one alone if you want those, and the third checkbox is for email notifications for new conversations.

For notifications from watched threads and things, go to your Preferences and check below the Style and Time Zone selectors. There will be some secondary check boxes under the options to automatically set threads and characters and things on your watched list when you post them, so unchecking all of those should get rid of your other email notifications.
