Noirysibeth, the deity of elements, has created a fledgling world called "NovumTerra", this place is filled with creatures known as "Elemi". Elemi are bestial embodiments of one of the thirteen elements that are present in the universe; Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Lightning, Ice, Poison, Energy, Weather, Plant, Light, Darkness, and the most powerful, Celestial. They have many forms and can evolve when they have reached a certain level of experience.Your character has been given life on NovumTerra by the goddess and she has assigned you a starter Elemi that represents the elementally aligned personalities your characters have. Fire aligned characters are Adventurous, Volatile, and Flamboyant. Water aligned characters are Calm, Abrasive, and Generous.
Earth aligned characters are Hardworking, Whimsical, and Cynical. Air aligned characters are Airy, Charismatic, and Perfectionists. Lightning aligned characters are Friendly, Loquacious, and Enigmatic. Ice aligned characters are Cruel, Vindictive, and Self-Reliant. Poison aligned characters are Venomous, Perceptive, and Alert. Energy aligned characters are Energetic, Passionate, and Insecure.
Weather aligned characters are Zany, High-spirited, and Venturesome. While Plant aligned characters are Artful, Helpful, and Moody. Light aligned characters are Religious, Peaceful, and Caring. Darkness aligned characters are Pompous, Unlovable, and Monstrous. Finally the last element in the universe is Celestial, these aligned characters are Amusing, Innovative, and Gallant. These personality traits dictate which Elemi you will receive from the goddess, Noirysibeth.
The first event in the Elemi Chronicles: NovumTerra will be about the characters first awakening on the world. It will also be about how the goddess assigns them starter Elemi to guide them through their eternal life. She has requested that your character help build up the new earth that she had made, with the help of the many other Elemi's that are inhabitants of this world. It is your character's duty to expand NovumTerra and evolve your Elemi's in the process. Your character's Elemi's have three moves they know permanently.
With Elemental Knowledge and Ability Points you can teach your Elemi new moves by exchanging collected Elementa Orbs that were gained through various tasks. These moves will help your characters create an expansive utopia on NovumTerra for Noirysibeth, the Elemental Goddess that brought this universe to life. Not all Elemi's will want to join you in aiding Noirysibeth expand upon the world. Those Elemi who are resistant will need to be battled first before you can have them in your team. If you impress the Elemi enough with your battling skills, they will want to befriend you and stay alongside your character through their journey and expansion of the Earth. If two characters have a dispute, they can also battle it out with their Elemi's in a safer way than hurting themselves.
