I have had this idea for a few weeks!
You are invited to attend an elite school, the Elgen Academy in Pasadena, because, of your "abilities". There are thirteen surviving children from experiments that was performed on them without their parents or there own knowledge with the experimental machine called an M.E.I as an infant and recieved amazing electrical powers that did not revel itself till they are 16. They are referred to as "Glows" because they all give off a faint glow. The Elgen Academy is actually just a ruse created by the designer of the magnetic imaging technology, Dr. C. James Hatch, unfortunately you do not know this. You believe you are coming here to learn how to get rid of this burden.
