- mainly filled with japanese culture
- crowded
- large cities with just as large slum areas
- the main city is called Kintsugi
- super high-tech
- cyborgs are extremely popular on segawa
- lots of experiments happen on this planet
- no alien species on this planet, but theyve created robots and ai's for almost anything
- supplies a lot of high tech weapons to other planets, especially during war periods
- slums are attacked often by the enemy
- government doesn't care much about the slum areas of the cities
- they often use injured people as experiments for cyborg materials

- Iccarrians are mainly humans with some Egalians, the birdperson race, mixed in
- no main city, just a bunch of small towns
- calla is from a village called Blanc
- Blanc is hidden among the mountains

- right above the knee is amputated on both legs
- has cyborg legs as a replacement
- metal is pure black, slightly glowy in some areas
- waterproof
- glows red, usually
- he can detach them, but usually doesnt
- his whole leg is practically mechanical, since the top half connects to the cyborg part
- hasnt had "real" legs since he was eleven
- he lost his legs in an accident. his family house was blown up by the people theyre at war with, leading to his legs being blown off
- his parents survived the attack
- trains extremely hard
- will kick your ass, literally
- skilled in close combat fighting
- but still knows how to shoot a gun
- he was technically an experiment by the government after the attack
- since he was so injured it was easy to test cyborg parts on him
- the rest of his body is human
- cyborg parts dont enhance strength in anyway, other than his legs being metal and that shit hits pretty hard
- had a younger sister that died in the attack
- has a hatred for the people (or thing) that killed his sister and took his legs - isnt afraid of killing people or anyone for that matter
- if he wasn't in the military academy, he'd prob have a few bounties on his head
- has killed people prior to being in the academy
- is only in the academy due to an offer from the government
- was caught killing a man who broke into his parents home
- it was either prison for life or join the academy and work for the gov for the rest of his life
- he obviously had a revenge goal, killing the thing/person that killed his sister and took his legs, so he joined the academyand almost his own life
