If you are looking at this thread for the first time, then, I strongly recommend you look at the information thread for the gist of what this RP is going to be about.
Doldrums is a RP that will be taking in a AU version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R, a survival horror game that everyone needs to go out and play. Essentially, you are a S.T.A.L.K.E.R , a famous anagram that is made up of the words, Scavenger, Tracker, Adventurer, Loner, Killer, Explorer, Robber. There are thousands of others of like you who live in the Zone.
This RP mainly takes place in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone or what is known as the Zone of Alienation, in Ukraine. It is a deadly place filled with looters, thieves, hostile people, mutants, anomalies and freakish conditions. And yet, it is your home.
The gist of the plot is that you are hired along with several other S.T.A.L.K.E.Rs to do a job by a mysterious benefactor. Probably involving artifacts and so forth. You don't know what the pay-out will be but your benefactor promised you a reward high enough to keep you stocked up on booze for a life-time.

Age: (I'll be putting the minimum age at about 18. It's unlikely that any child would live long within the Zone)

Physical Description: (A written description to create a image of your character's looks and appearances as vividly as possible)
Faction: ( Look in the information thread. Are you affiliated with any of the factions in the Zone? If you are not, put Loner)
Personality: (What type of disposition or traits does your character have?)
Background: (What's your character's history? Why did they decide to become a S.T.A.L.K.E.R?)
Skills: (You'd have to have some pretty top-notch skills to become a S.T.A.L.K.E.R or have the bite to back up your bark. What are your skills?)
Equipment and Weapons: (Optional. If you have a fetish for description porn, go ahead.)
