Background: She was sent to Dixie Clark when she was 10, and left in the class of 2011. It became a second home to her when her parents died in 2007. She was always teased because of her sensitivity to spirits.

Name: Grey Atkins
Age: 15
Personality: Feisty, hot tempered, and stubborn, but once you get past all of that and get on her good side, she's actually quite caring and funny.
Background: Her parents love her, but they wanted the best for her so they sent her off to the Dixie Clark School for girls when she was 7. Although Grey knew it was also partly due to the fact that they were both busy working almost 24/7 and didn't have time for her. She loved her parents either way, and wrote them on occasion. Over the years at the school, she had become pretty well known throughout campus because of her feisty and almost off-putting attitude. If there was ever an argument going on about a social justice issue, you could guarantee that Grey was the one who started it. This being said, she didn't have many friends and didn't really mind since she was so busy reading all the time or playing with her secret hamster that they weren't supposed to have on campus, but she help the cage hidden under her bed.
Relationship Status: Single - and rather glad of it because most romantic things disgust her. She's never dated anyone, kissed anyone, or even held anyone's hand.
Occupation: Although being a student takes up most of her time, she also works in the school's library. She spends almost all of her other free time in the library reading books.

Name: Martha Carlisle
Age: 16
Backstory: She lived on her family farm in Garland, Texas. When she was 8, the farm fell on hard times, and she was shipped to Dixie Clark to hopefully earn money for the farm. She thought it was odd at first, not used to an area like Dixie Clark, but found her way and made friends. When she was 10, she heard the terrible news that her dad had been arrested for drunk driving, and her mother was in a women's shelter. She knew that her dad had been drinking ever since the farm fell on hard times, and hurt her mother. The real shocker came on her 14th birthday, her dad had committed suicide in jail, and her grandparents died of heart attacks. Realizing that she had nowhere to go, she was given the option to live at the school until her mother took her home.
Personalty: She can be old fashioned in some areas, but she is friendly and funny.
Occupation: She works part time at a snack stop near the school know as The Snack Shack.

Name: Talia Stryker
Age: 18
Personality: Talia is an all around sweet girl. She believes there is good in anyone or atleast tries to. Her heart is big so she can easily get hurt or upset but that is easily subsided with her smile. She loves to make people smile and cry if by any means they are happy tears. Although she can easily be scared or hurt, she not a very tough person, physically.
Background: Talia was born into quite an abusive family, always bearing marks or her loved ones, not only that but she is also a quite special person. She is able to speak to and see spirits and at certains, they are able to speak through her. She spends her time taking photographs and playing Sudoku.
Relationship status: She is single because she is afraid.
Occupation: Aside from being a student, she just landed a job as a Photographer.

Personality: Very bubbly, funny, optimistic, as well as a hopeless romantic,
Backstory: She lived in Salem, Oregon for most of her life. They lost money and had to move after her 8th grade year. Her parents enrolled her in Dixie Clark instead of homeschooling since her parents where finding work.
Relationship Status: Single, but looking for a boyfriend.
Occupation: Besides a Student, she is a library assistant.

Name: Cassandra Sampson
Age: 15
Personalty: Very Bubbly and Cheerful
Bio: She grew up in a middle class family, when she entered a radio contest, she won a scholarship to Dixie Clark. She got along with many of her fellow students.
Relationship Status: Single
Occupation: Besides a Student, she is a comedian on a radio show known as Comedy Caverns.

Name: Katherine Emerson
Age: 16
Personalty: Very easy to get along with, and smart as well.
Bio: She entered the school when she was 14 in 1931. She did this because her father lost his job as a steel worker due to the Great Depression. She was short for her age, but that didn't stop her from making friends. One day, to boost her height, she glued heals to her boots to make her look older. She also brought her diary, a notebook, and pens that she received on her tenth birthday in 1927. She wrote in her diary about the school and the economic issues at the time. She also wrote about the wonderful events at the school such as field trips and tournaments in dodgeball and tennis. However, when on her Sweet 16 in 1933, she tripped on the stairs in high heels and died later in the school's hospital. Now her ghost roams the halls of Dixie Clark, where she relives the happiest moments of her life. She doesn't cause any harm, even though she was quite into pranks.

Occupation: Besides a student, she was a teacher assistant.
