There are very few roleplays and roleplayers that use child characters, for one main reason: they're difficult to pull off correctly. How can we write, as adults, what accurately happens in a child's mind? What makes them act, think, speak the way they do? What motives drive children? How can we write like a child without sounding childish?

Your challenge this week, is to write through the eyes of a young child, no older than nine years old. What are they thinking? How do they perceive the world? What do they say and do? Make them yours, but make them believable.
