I found out that my apartment does receive the city wifi, if I leave the apartment and sit outside. It's not a preferred method for Internet usage, but I was starting to get antsy. Therefore I don't care and if I have to sit in my car to play online, I will! But, I do plan on eventually getting my own Internet for the apartment eventually. Anyway, the point is - I'm back!
