What I Have Already ​

This RP will loosely follow the video game history, BUT is its own separate entity. Think of this as like the Halo Reach or ODST of Deus Ex. Roughly though between Human Revolution and The Fall.

Welcome to [City has no name right now]. The city will be the antecessor to the next step in human living. Those who live here have been chosen, screened, to take residence in the small prototype sector. What makes this sector so unique, is that it is the first city to be one hundred percent plugged in. You could argue its one of a kind. The roads are complete hardwired in for your electronic cars to never need a charging station. Running on completely solar energy that stores the energy from the buildings to the basic hard frame of the city streets. A city run on completely 100% green energy. A city where technology isn't just a luxurious way of life. It's the future.

2025 - Those without Augmentations greatly protest the building of the prototype city. Some claim its classicism. Some claim its a way to force the poor out.

2026- The "Rejects" an unkind nickname given to those without Augmentations vehemently oppose the city final construction. 5 construction workers are killed, 40 Rejects injured, only 2 in critical care, 1 death.

July 2026 - Due to the riots, security is set in place. Arise the I.B.C.C. [Investigations Bureau of Cyber Crime]

August 2026 - Begins the process of 900 people to live in the prototype city, due to political stress and the earlier attacks, 200 of the 900 are "Rejects" in order to appease the poor and show "fairness in community"

November 2026- City is officially been move in. Citizens are locked in to ensure the prototype testing city goes well.

December 2026- City tries to bring technological luxuries to even the poorest of the communities.

February 2027 - A small fight between a "Reject" and an Augmented break out. Fight is quickly handled by authorities. "Reject" arrested. Outcry rises.

April 2027- Protest violently oppose government authority arrest of "Reject". 3 Augments injured, 1 Reject injured. Authority came in time

June 2027- Judicial unrest. Reject continue to oppose government law.

November 2027- In order to assure the Reject citizens there is no unfair punishment. Rejects are given more benefits to help them better aid them in living circumstances.

Mid November 2027- Outcry from the Augmented claim benefits give too much to Reject citizens. Statement is made

"Those who oppose community and unity in the city, will be asked to leave immediately. We will open the city doors, and you will leave. This is a communities opportunity of peace. Leave your petty violence for the world out there."

December 2027 - Only 50 Augmented leave. An insurgent only convinces 80 Rejected to leave the gates.

Late December 2027 - City gates once again shut down. Citizens are once again locked within in its confines again

January 2028 - National Holiday is proposed. Prompt to bring community together.

April 2028 - Growing pains seemed to have slowed down. Community is beginning to forge. Perhaps there is hope for the project still.

July 2028 - Augmented Kills Rejected

Early July 2028- 2 weeks later Different Augmented Kills Rejected

Late July 2028- Different Augmented Kills another Rejected

June 2028- Rumors and outcry are beginning to resurface. Tensions are high. The citizens expect the government to react.

Early June 2028 - And the government reacts, sending I.B.C.C. agents to investigate the circumstances. Augmented claim they were not under their own control

August 2028- Hacker group dedicated, unknown location, whereabouts unknown

The RP Starts Here​

August 19th, 2028

You are an agent of the I.B.C.C. it appears a hacking group has been working in secret. Learning to hack into the cities mainframe and get around security. These hackers are dangerous, hacking into Augmented citizens and controlling them like living machines to kill neighbors. Specifically those without augments. Someone is trying to cause a war in our good city.

You have to uncover the secrets that lie embedded in the cities mainframe and route out these hackers.
