I want to create a role-play based around the cyber-renaissance in a dystopian future. The story will be set between 2029 and the 2050's, in a turbulent time when human enhancement was met with fear and suspicion. Many augmented people were forcibly relocated into segregated districts between augmented and non-augmented peoples. Family's were torn apart, friends became enemies and social classes became all too apparent in what was nothing short of an apartheid.
This will be based off the "Deus Ex" series of first-person action role-playing games, but will not directly follow the events in them. Characters may choose to be augmented or not--the discretion is yours but I will be placing limits. Since I will be including elements of the first two games, along with Human Revolution and Mankind respectfully, there will be mechanical and Nano-augmentation but there will be drawbacks to both.
Right now I am mainly seeing if there are a few who would be interested in something like this.
