Deserted Island

Killian's expression quickly became sour. "They aren't here. That witch took them with her damned curse!" he explained, though it really wasn't a good explanation.
He had been sailing the Jolly Roger by himself. She was a ship meant for a crew, not just one man. That was the whole reason he had ended up on a deserted island rather than Storybrooke.

Lily looked to him and frowned softly. "Forgive me, I did not know" she said softly looking to him, "Well..let's go explore I suppose if you're feeling up to it still," she said as she looked to him trying to change the subject from his crew seeing it had been a sensitive subject.

Killian began walking. True, it was a bitter matter. They were his crew, and they had been taken so easily from him. He was a fearless, strong pirate captain, wasn't he? How could that evil queen just snatch them up? He had to find them eventually, but they would just have to wait for now. He had more important things. And right now, those things were his own survival, and Lily's. She was apart of his mock crew now. Just like he had done for his crew before, he had to protect her now and lead her, even if she didn't want it.
"Hurry up. We're wasting daylight," he stated bluntly.

Lily stayed close behind him as he called for her to hurry herself she sighed, "I'm here," she said as she was now using the stick she had been using as a sword as a walking stick. She carried the empty bag as she looked around, noises in the forest had startled her.

Killian now carried his sword in his hand, ready to attack anything that jumped out at them. He wasn't being completely careful though. His head was anywhere but in the forest. Therefore, he was plowing through without tact, acting as if he were simply strutting across his ship's deck.

Lily was trying her hardest to follow him but it was getting harder the faster that he trudged on. "Hey..Killian, slow down!" she said as she continued trying to catch up. Suddenly there was a large growl coming from behind her as a large beast came from the shadows. It looked like a feline but she could not make it out. It was almost the size of a black bear as it stalked toward them. Then it jumped into the air and landed on top of Lily's chest sinking it's claws into her chest as she screamed in pain the stick had fallen just out of reach of her hand as she was trapped under the large beast. The creature licked it's lips but she threw a punch at it and hit it in the nose. It cringed but the claws only dug in deeper puncturing through her skin brushing against her rib bones and toward the organs in her body. "Killian!" she screamed her hands still trying to reach for the stick.

The pirate was snapped from his thoughts. He whipped around, his eyes immediately finding their way to Lily's attacker. He towards the thing, going straight for his brain, but it jerked up, causing him to fall on his ass. Just like Lily, he had ended up separated from his weapon. The creature moved on from Lily for the time being. It now loomed over him. One of it's legs found it's way to his sore leg causing him to let out a agonizing yell.

As it had gone from her to Killian she looked around seeing Killian's sword as she ran up behind it with a rush of adrenaline and plunged the sword into it's skull. Once she knew for sure it was dead she released the sword as it kept itself in the skull of the animal before she dropped to her knees gasping for air as she felt the warmth of her own blood spilling down her chest as she held tightly to her wound. She then suddenly looked to Killian, "Ki...Killian!" she gasped, "A..are you okay?!" she asked struggling to move herself toward him to try and see if he was alright or not.

Killian held his leg, cursing the thing at the same time. It hurt so much, after all, the creature had put all its weight on his leg. "I'm bloody fine!" He yelled a bit more violently than he had intended.

Lily heavily breathed as she crawled toward him trying not to scream with pain. Finally reaching him she pushed herself up on to her knees. She looked at his leg her eyes went to his in fear. " you're far from alright" she said panic in her voice. She then looked down to herself feeling a chill on her chest. Pulling down her shirt she saw the drop gash marks of the breast dropping with blood. They were now both badly injured... In the middle of the jungle

He sat up as best he could, holding himself up with his hand. Killian looked at the blood seeping through her shirt.
"You're the one with the problem," he said with an odd tone of calmness in his voice. "We have to get back to the ship before either of us bleed out. Can you make it?"
