Demon's Broken Promise (IC)

Standing off to the side of her leader Lillian watched the meeting, a emotionless mask on her face. The meeting had started out as expected, with Caleb explaining what had happened with the Bloody Moon clan. At first Lillian didn't mind the clan hunting the remaining Black Cross members or previous members as they had been disbanded. Though when it came to the incident at the hospital Lillian let slight anger slip past her emotionless mask for a slight second. How dare they hurt innocent people like that. Not to mention people that, while being family to the pervious Black Cross members, had no connection to them other than that. The slaughter of innocent people was one thing Lillian would not sit idly by and let happen. Had she known about the impending attack she would have warned the people or at least stepped in Lanisters way.

But, Lillian stood silent as the meeting went on, keeping her emotions to herself. There was no point for her to interrupt or add any thought in, she was simply a second in command. Lillian had no place to speak, no reason. Instead Lillian watched the leaders speak to on another. It was interesting to see the mannerisms of the other leaders and to hear the tones in their voice change depending on the question or statement thrown their way. Caleb for example was obviously an emotional demon, which wasn't a bad thing but it wasn't entirely a good thing. A demon needs to be strong if they are to be in a leading position and not overly emotional like Caleb. Then again what did Lillian know about leading. She's never had experience in that area other than being in charge of her siblings. But that was her siblings, this would be people she barely knows.

Breaking from thought Lillian's eyes glowed slightly when she heard the second in command of Bloody Moon stepped in with her opinions. Who does she think she is condoning the slaughter of innocent people. It's unjust and wrong. Closing her eyes for a second Lillian listened to the conversation continue. She needed to stay in control of her anger. The incident was a subject Lillian had been hoping to avoid seeing as she's seen innocent people killed right in front of her. It's not a thing she takes lightly. She remembered blacking out when she heard the news, from what Avaddon had told her she almost managed to leave the city to hunt down Lanister. She wasn't sure what happened exactly just the general consensus.

The meeting continued and ended almost as soon as it started, with Caleb bringing up the election of the Neutral Zone Leader. Though she did agree with him in that they needed to switch subjects before they spend hours going back and forth over a subject that was done and over with. Not like there was much more to say on the incident. Of course that was until Nue had a little outburst, though, it didn't get far as Avaddon interrupted. Blinking Lillian chose to ignore the outburst and instead listen intently to Avaddon as he spoke on the Neutral Zone matter.

Azrael leaned his back against his chair, crossing his arms while listening attentively to everything the members of this meeting said. As he listened to Ahmya, which was kind of unexpected because Second-in-Commands only speak when their respective leaders ask for their opinions, the Jackal leader looked down at the table in front of him. He felt a wave of pulsating pain in his chest when she mentioned the death of Felicity. Even when she was the leader of the Bloody Moon clan, she was like Azrael's idol. She was a kind, and gentle leader with a deep understanding of everything and everyone around her, but was also strict when needed. Azrael was trying his best to follow her example, aspiring to be just like her, but honestly, he was still far from it. Her death was a hard hit for him, but he knew that it must've been worse for Lanister, and the Bloody Moon people.

Still, that doesn't give him the right to plan such a brutal attack against a hospital filled with innocent people. Felicity herself would've been disappointed and angered by such an atrocity. So, even when everyone didn't like it, Azrael kept thinking that Caleb's punishment on Lanister was the right thing to do. But then again, Felicity wouldn't have done that, though. At least that's what Azrael believes.

"This is why you will never be like her, Az," he thought, sighing deeply. "Putting aside his weird antics, Lanister was actually a good leader, though. He just got blinded by anger and his desire for revenge, I guess. And... I know exactly how that feels. Cutting his wings, and horns... That poor bastard didn't deserve that, actually."

Blinking with a stern expression, still lost in his thoughts, Azrael sighed. Now, he was regretting saying that what Caleb did was the right thing to do. As Fiazah said, a banishment was more than enough punishment, but what is done is done. Lanister had to be stopped, and Caleb just did what he thought was the right thing, in a desperate attempt to save the Bloody Moon clan. He didn't have any time for thinking clear or to plan meeting with the rest of the leaders. Caleb just saw the chance of stopping Lanister's madness, and he took it.

After Ahmya finished speaking and returned to her place behind Caleb, Azrael smiled faintly with a nod. He was glad she decided to speak as she made him think deeply about a lot of things, and he finally understood the importance of the Seconds-in-Command. He just hoped that the other leaders didn't get offended by her abrupt intrusion, though. Azrael was ready to jump in her defense, anyways.

Leaning closer to the table, Azrael was about to say something but was quickly interrupted by Alec, the idiot leading the Ravinca clan. Poor people, really. Being ruled by such an asshole must be depressing. Every day, Azrael sends his condolences to everyone living in the Ravnica in silence, of course. Taking a deep breath, Azrael once again leaned his back to his chair, crossing his arms tightly. Then, he moved his eyes to the direction where Alec was sitting once he mentioned his name.

When Alec said that he didn't care what he and Fiazah thought about him, a scoff escaped the Jackals leader's mouth. Grinning with amusement, Azrael kept staring at Alec, kind of surprised knowing that the bill he mentioned before was no other than just a request for workers from the Bloody Moon. The Jackals leader definitely didn't saw that coming. Which means that he didn't have any excuse to snap at the Ravinca leader. Clicking his tongue, Azrael rolled his eyes to his left.

"Whatever you say, idiot," Azrael mumbled so quietly that only his Second-in-Command could hear. It was more than clear that no matter what Alec did, good or bad, Azrael will simply still dislike him. And for his own sake he better just shut up and never interrupt him again if he doesn't want to end up a jackal's evening snack.

Minutes later, Caleb spoke again, this time suggesting that Ahmya should be the new leader of the Bloody Moon. Once again, he was caught off guard, so he widened his eyes while moving his head toward Caleb, gently rubbing the tip of his chin. Well, yes, Ahmya looks like the type of person that could be a good leader just by listening to the way she spoke before, but the truth was that she wasn't that known among the actual leaders. Caleb, on the other hand, was the Second-in-Command when Lanister was ruling the Bloody Moon, so, at least Azrael, knows of what Caleb is capable of.

"I have no problem at all of you officially becoming a leader, Caleb," Azrael finally said. "We all know that you can be a great leader, and a great leader if what the Bloody Moon needs the most at this moment, and, no offense, though," Azrael moved his head to look at Ahmya with an apologetic smile, "I don't know that much about Ahmya, so I can't give my vote for her to become a leader. Now that she's your Second-in-Command, or at least that's what it looks like, maybe we can finally know a little more about her. And, who knows, maybe she will be Bloody Moon's next leader in the future."

As Azrael was about to continue with his talking, he suddenly was startled by Nue slamming his hand on the table. That triggered Azrael's automatic defensive reflexes, so he quickly stood up from his chair, raising his right fist which burst into flames. Everything happened so fast that when he turned his head to glare at Nue, the Second was already completely pinned against a wall by no other than Avaddon. Nue overstepped his boundaries, so it was more than expected for Avaddon to step in and reprehend him in front of everyone.

Sighing with relief, Azrael lowered his arm right after the flames scattered out. Clearing his throat, he slowly sat back on his chair, cursing under his breath. After the short commotion finally ended and Nue returned to his place, Avaddon spoke again, this time mentioning something about the new leader of the Neutral Zone, which sadly, Azrael has no idea about. Blinking, kind of insulted, Azrael crossed his arms while staring at Avaddon.

"Huh? Why in the world I didn't-"

Azrael stopped talking after feeling the buzz of his phone in the pocket of his pants. Sighing, Azrael raised his left hand with his index finger lifted, signaling Avaddon to hold on for a moment while looked for his phone with his right hand. Finally taking out his phone, Azrael held it on his hand and looked down at its screen, reading a message about the seventh watchtower being attacked by Feral Demons. Frowning his eyes in disbelief, Azrael quickly stood up from his chair and quickly walked away from the table a few steps while dialing a number on his phone. As he put the phone over him hear, he waited for somebody to answer.

"Hey, what's going on at the Seventh Watchtower?" Azrael quickly asked once somebody answered his call. "I just received a weird message-"

"Sir, our watchtowers are been attacked by Ferals! We already lost communication with the Seventh Tower! We need you right here! We can't let the Feral cross the-"

As soon as the call was suddenly cut off, an explosion echoed at the distance, which could be seen from the big windows on the right side of the Meeting Room. Azrael quickly turned around to stare at the horizon where the main watchtowers from the Scarlet Jackals were located. A dark, and big tower of smoke could be seen.

Widening his eyes in shock, Azrael quickly looked at everyone in the room. "The Watchtowers of Safe Haven are been attacked by feral demons," he said and looked at Avaddon with a growl. "I guess the new Neutral Zone leader is doing SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB that a group of ferals managed to escape their territory. Just what I fucking needed!"

Without anything else to say, Azrael turned around and began to sprint out of the Meeting Room by kicking the door open. Once outside, he shifted into his Jackal form, and dashed down through the emergency stairs of the building, praying to the gods to arrive at his territory in time.

Ahmya gently fanned herself and surveyed the reactions of the leaders. Surprisingly, none grew annoyed at her sudden interruption. Or rather, if they did, they didn't voice it. She could only thank the parents who had sold her off centuries ago for the good genes they had left her with. While she didn't expect the leaders to harm her, a scolding wouldn't have been out of the question. She was lucky she was able to simply nod respectfully to those who did respond.

Unfortunately, the next second to speak up was not. Nue of the Ravinca clan suddenly slammed his hand on the table and grew enraged after the leader of Serpent's kiss spoke up. What prompted him to do so was a complete mystery to her. Either way, she was slightly taken aback at his behavior and was not at all surprised that someone decided to do something about it. Not a moment too soon nor too late, the man was pinned to the wall by ice, the source coming from Avaddon himself. Never would she had expected for this meeting to have turned so chaotic.

Out of the corner of her eyes, she also saw the Scarlet Jackal leader stand up and summon flames from his hands. The sight reminded her of Lanister from back then. The Imp lord too wielded flames. The warmth emitted from his flames were different, however. To her, Lanister's flames seemed remarkably gentle and tame even as the hospital burned to the ground. Her gaze fell to the ground as her mind reeled back to the past. Though the Imp Lord was large in size as far as demons came, the last time she saw him he had felt so small and helpless. Is he even still alive?

Caleb further brought her back to the past with the mention of Felicity. Her heart clenched uncomfortably every time he took her back to the day they lost her. It was a pain no one in the clan would be able to rid themselves of. She winced and directed her gaze to the ground as she tried to compose herself.

The opportunity to do so came as Caleb received a message. Leaning in when he showed her the screen, she quickly read it and nodded in understanding. The sudden return of a family once thought to be dead was truly surprising. Hearing the urgency in his tone, she leaned back into her prior position and shut her eyes to focus on other sets of eyes and peeked through them until she managed to find who she was looking for in a neat and tidy room. In the room were five trusted members that were currently enjoying some time to themselves. They sat around a table playing cards.

The blood in her veins quickened with the beating of her heart as she willed her butterflies into motion. Peeling themselves from the wall she had left them on, they rammed Themselves towards the table and splattered, drenching it with a bloody message written in code. Though the method was messy and more trouble than it was worth, the message was at least more or less untraceable. It briefly explained the situation as well as gave the five orders as to how to proceed. The five were to put the clan on high alert in case anything should happen. It wouldn't do if the family were to be overwhelmed in Bloody Moon's territory. The five were then to follow them to ensure their safety.

Once they finished reading the message, the blood slowly gathered in the center into another butterfly. This time, instead of sticking to a wall, it stuck to the chest of the member leading the team. Although Ahmya trusted these five members, this matter was much too important to leave to just those five. She was all too aware of how many would love to take the opportunity to get back at Bloody Moon for their actions long ago. How many weren't aware of the eldest daughter's engagement to their current leader?

Opening her eyes, one of her large pupils now glew a faint crimson. Although she could see everything happening before her with the eye that wasn't, she could not hear a word unless she wanted to, her attention partially on the team that was on their way to catch up to the Draca Family. She had returned to the meeting room just in time to see the Scarlet Jackal leader rush out of the room. Not completely aware of what was going on, she sent Caleb a puzzled look. She was only gone for but a moment, what on earth was happening?

X- Ash Wolves
Bohemia - Monastery

Sephtis' orders came over the comms, directing the Ash Wolves to their next steps. X smirked, licking his lips in excitement. So Lanister had finally shown up! This day was getting better already. Falling back into his shadow, X would vanish off the roof, reappearing out on the nearby dirt path that leads to the remains of the monastery. As he walked up the path, the sound of a gunshot echoed off into the distance. Ah, well at least that woman has been taken care of. Now we can focus on the real fun! Rounding the corner, X was greeted with the sight of a thick veil of dust and dirt.

"Well damn, Sephtis! You've already started? Couldn't wait two seconds for me to get down here!"
X's chained sickle swung back and forth hypnotically in his hands, as if waiting in starved anticipation. "Oh well. I guess there's no time to waste!" he exclaimed. Reaching down to the dirt, X grabbed a massive piece of monastery wall with his bionic arm, launching it forwards to where Lanister and Sephtis were fighting. As the projectile rocketed towards it's target, X would wait until it broke through the dirt cloud, immediately jumping out from its traveling shadow on the ground and into the fray. The element of surprise could be a powerful thing, and X's sickle was already swinging forwards as he came out of the wall's shadow, ready to take full advantage.

He wouldn't submit to punishment, huh? They'd have to do this the hard way, then. "Good. It wouldn't be terribly good punishment if you were willing to take it!" As the demon raised his club, Sephtis jumped towards him, allowing himself to go intangible once more and pass through the demon, wincing as he does so. As the shockwaves resulting from the club's explosive cleave passed by him, he twisted, flicking his blade on and slashing for Lanister's neck, undoing his ethereallity for just a moment right before the slash would connect, firing the laser on his drone at the demon's right knee at the same time. After flying another few meters, he cancelled the intangibility, rolling to his feet facing the demon... just in time for a chunk of the monastery to go sailing over his head.

Ducking, Septhis triggered his communicator, contacting the only possible culprit for the chunk of flying monastery. "X! Don't blindly fire into the dust cloud. You almost hit me!" Regardless of the near miss, that tome had seemed important to the demon. Had he been wrong? Lanister hadn't made any move to reclaim the tome. The book still looked like it could be quite useful, though. "New secondary objective. Grab the tome near Lanister."

The King-Draca children continued singing and walking along the road before they eventually pulled over to the side, while it would only before a moment, Madeleine wanted Kieran and Mimi to stretch their legs a little. The song never broke or lose its momentum. It continued until they reached the end. Madeleine jumped down from her horse, opening to the door to the carriage. The two youngest siblings climbed out. Kieran sighed happily, feeling the sound giving him a bit of new strength and Mimi just giggled as Kieran did a little gig. Before the older siblings could start up again, they heard someone clapping. Mimi jumped and hid behind Kieran as they watched someone approach them in a hood. Iscariot readied him as Madeleine gripped the hilt of her sword. Judas and Miralee stood defensively before watching as the hooded figure walked up to Kieran and Mimi.

He spoke with a familiar accent and tone the siblings had heard before so long ago. The newcomer hugged Mimi and Kieran before placing their hat on Mimi's head, probably because of Kieran's protruding horns on top of his head. The being was revealed to be a man with gold eyes and a Familiar worn smile. Both Kieran and Mimi hugged him, "Uncle cowboy!" Mimi cheered happily, "We missed you so much." Kieran said smiling as the man released them and proceeded to Iscariot, Judas, and Miralee. Iscariot couldn't help but smile as he and his siblings embraced his hug. The differences in height were very apparent, but the love for family was still strong. While they weren't related by blood, they still grew up around him. "I never thought I would miss your st-stupid cowboy lingo." Miralee said, trying her best to hold back tears. Judas bit his lip and buried his face into Aliado's cloak, "I just missed you in general, uncle." He sniffled, rubbing his eyes. Iscariot tilted his hat back slightly, looking at the man through his darkened glasses. He soon took them off, revealing soft baby blue eyes. The young man just smiled and crossed his arms. "It's good to see you too, old man. Good to see you didn't kick the bucket. I'm not sure how I would have felt if I found out you had died." He stated, a smirk forming on his lips.

vMffkcH.jpg
Despite the happiness he showed towards Aliado, the hatred was still very apparent in his eyes. His hatred for humans. Though, he was masking it, for the sake of his siblings. He placed his glasses back on, the smirk still apparent on his face, "Though, I see you didn't give up your 'frontier' days just yet." He teased, his eyes following the man as he made his way to the eldest sibling, Madeleine herself. The young demoness just smiled ear to ear before giving the biggest hug she could. It had been a long time since she had seen him. She was so happy to see him, she almost wanted to tackle him and never let go. Hearing his compliment caused Madeleine to blush a faint pink, a hand gently rested on her cheek before speaking up, "With how much you like complimenting, I am very surprised you don't have a girlfriend or wife yet. Then again, we were gone for more than three hundred years. Maybe you got lucky." She laughed, smiling still. pulling strands of her hair from her face.

However, once Aliado had mentioned Caleb, a faint gasp left her lips. So he was alive, but surely he would have forgotten all about her by now; again, it had been three hundred years. Madeleine felt the older male gently squeezing her hands. It wasn't painful, but it did get her out of Lala land. A faint sigh left her lips before she started walking, it had a slightly somber tone with a smile, "With how long it has been, I wouldn't be surprised if he forgot about me. I will just be happy to see that he is ok. Just what I am seeing of the Bloody Moon territory, something must have happened." She said, looking around with obvious hints of concern on her face. Deep down, she wanted to know if he was ok and was Mr. Lannister was ok too. Were other parts of the city liked this? What about the other leaders? Were Fiazah, Abaddon, Alec, and Azrael ok? There were so many questions whirling in her head. So much had happened, and she wanted to get to the bottom of this.

CyOoIqg.jpg
Iscariot shook his head, he knew his sister cared about Caleb greatly and vice versa. He doubted the little spider demon would forget about her with how much they hung out together. You don't just forget about someone like that, they were betrothed to each other. Once Aliado brought up going him, Madeleine and Iscariot were honestly surprised their home was still standing. They would have thought the Leaders would have torn down the manor and divide the servants among themselves. It would be nice to get home, it would be nice to get back into the old routine of things. But things were different now. Mimi held onto the hat as she and Kieran climbed back into the carriage. Iscariot closed the door before he and Miralee climbed into the coachman's seat. Judas hopped back onto his horse as Madeleine did the same.

Madeleine leaned back, thinking about home as she pulled her hood down, revealing her beautiful curved horns, olive skin, and some of her raven black hair. Her green hues looked around, watching Aliado's people surrounded the carriage protectively. A smile spread across her lips before speaking up, "As much as I would love to go home. I believe we have to make our way to the tower. At least, that is what I am to understand when it comes to returning. Though, I wouldn't mind if Miralee and the others were taken home." She said, gently pulling on the reins, making her horse walk forward, getting closer to the tower.

Iscariot looked up towards her, arching a brow as she spoke, "And what of me sister?" He asked curiously. Madeleine remained silent for a moment, her back towards him as she led the way, "For now, you will come with me. For support." "Like hell, we are going home by ourselves. We go home together or not at all!" Miralee huffed, puffing her cheeks in annoyance. Judas would nod his head. "I agree, we came all this way together, we need to go home together. So we stay with you and big brother Iscariot." He said proudly. Madeleine looked back for a moment, chuckling softly before looking forward. "Well, I guess it can't be helped. Hold your heads high then, show proud in your return." She said triumphantly. The siblings nodded their heads and did as told. The carriage creaked on as they drew closer and closer to the Neutral Zone. The
emblem showed proudly on the doors and the brooches of the horses.

Skype_Picture_2020_03_25T01_02_23_321Z.pngFiazah cocked a brow at Alec's statement. Suddenly he changed his tune, stating precisely what his bill would be. She didn't know Alec well, he was very new to his position, and while Fiazah was a kind person...She was partial to the previous leader. Alec was an unknown, and she had yet to see him prove if he would be a good leader. What she cared about most was taking care of the people, and she would make sure that would happen everywhere to her best ability. Not knowing the man's intentions, and his sudden change in tone and his annoyance, she felt as if he was saving face. It wasn't impressive, but at least his airs were benefitting Bloody Moon. She wouldn't fight him or question his motives, but she still didn't quite trust the Bird Demon.

What really took her for a loop was Nue lashing out. He slammed his fist down onto the table and then proceeded to yell at her. She furrowed her brows at him, her face twisting into one of hurt. She had never seen Nue so angry, let alone have such rage directed towards her. She pursed her lips, realizing that her words must have touched a nerve regarding Everen. She had always respected Everen, and when she died...She mourned the woman. She was a spitfire, a strong leader, and she knew how to get things done. Sure she was rough around the edges, but she was good at her job. Avadon stopped Nue, grabbing him and setting the boy straight before he completely went off. Avadon defended her, along with everyone else, and that seemed to silence Nue, for now.

Fiazah sighed, her shoulder drooping sadly.
"I apologize for the offense I have caused you, Nue. I wanted to save Everen, I really did, and I forever regret that there was nothing I could do to prevent...what happened. I still stand by what I said, however, and I would appreciate if you never speak to me in such a manner." Her tone was soft until the end when she warned the boy. "I understand I struck a nerve, but as a Leader, I will not tolerate such disrespect." Her eyes narrowed at Nue, trying to drive her point home. As angry and hurt as he was, how distraught he felt over Everen, he was a second in command and needed to know his place. She understood very well what the heat of passion could do to a man, but as officials, one had to learn to pull themselves together. Had Nue done that to a different leader, he might have received a far less gentle warning.

Fiazah sighed as she pressed her nails against the table, her stress kicking up a notch. Meetings were already tense and stressful, but this one proved to be rather dramatic. She would be glad when this was all finally over, she could mess with sweet Isaac at the office and relax with some good food. Avadon continued the discussion if wether Caleb should keep his position or not, but Fiazah had already said her piece. She allowed the others to state their opinion, and simply listened until she felt she had something worthwhile to say. Anything she needed addressed was discussed, until the topic was changed to a report from the Neutral Zone leader, Aliado.

In the middle of the discussion shifting, however, Azreal got a phone call. Fiazah's yellows eyes flitted over to him, looking at him with a tilted head. She listened, the man's tone and posture changing rapidly in response to whatever he was being told. When he hung up the phone, his rage seemed to only increase, the man exclaiming the feral attacks that were going down. Fiazah's eyes would widen, a deep sigh escaping her lips. It was one thing after another, wasn't it? Azreal quickly fled the building, Fiazah's eyes darting over to Isaac immediately afterward.

"We need to gather our men and make sure none get inside. I will not allow them to harm or infect my people."

"Caleb, you only desire what's best for your clan, right?" Alec asked as he crossed his arms. "If that's the case I say your the right choice as leader, despite the possible accusations. The fact that people will doubt you, and assume you did everything you did for a power grab should not get in the way of doing what's best for your people. Something my mentor reminds me of often is 'A clan is filled with individuals. None will think the same about you. Silence the naysayers by showing them you are the correct one to be the leader'. I am paraphrasing a little of course." Alec said and gave Caleb a smile.

As Fiazah spoke Alec was reminded of what lead to him becoming the clan leader and though he felt like her words were nice, though not fully true Alec didn't speak on his thoughts, there was no need to cause dissention between the clans. Like the other leaders, Alec was caught off guard when his mentor, and second in command lashed out. Alec turned his head staring at Nue quietly. He held too much respect for him to scold him in front of the other leaders. Though that seemed to be quickly taken care of by Avaddon. Alec turned to speak and tilted his head toward Nue when he excused himself. "I apologize for Nue, as you said Fiazah there was something in your statement that dredged up painful memories. However I will speak with him when we all go our separate ways." Alec said and looked at Avaddon. "I think it's best for now that he step away from the room and clear his head."

Alec looked over at Azreal as he heard the canine's phone ring. He didn't speak as he watched the man's body language. Alec could tell that whatever it was it had to have been urgent. There wasn't much that a meeting of the clan leaders could be interrupted for. When the explosion hit Alec raised an eyebrow and watched as Azreal rushed from the room. "Does anyone else agree that we can continue this meeting after we pacify the feral?" Alec said as he stood to follow after Azreal.

After the whole issue with Nue had passed only to end it with the Second-In-Command leaving the meeting room, Avaddon kept silent to hear what the other Leaders had to say about having someone who wasn't going to be a Leader but at least someone they could rely on to protect the Neutral Zone while the problem going on in Bloody Moon needed to be dealt with; which in turn meant that the five clans were going to need to spread their troops out thinly.

The first to respond about Caleb's last bit seemed to had been Azrael who was also at an agreement on having Caleb keeping his current position as the Leader supposedly due to how he could prove himself to be a great one and that being what Bloody Moon's clan needed at the moment, aside from that Azrael did bring a good point about how the woman; Ahmya wasn't that known among the current Leaders which was something that Avaddon did take into consideration but did not fully voice it.
While it wasn't a requirement that the Leaders knew fully who the person was, at the very least the Leaders would need to know something more about the elected person aside from what they 'could' do or 'would' do.

When the subject about the Leader or moreover a 'Mayor' of sorts that would be taking over the Neutral Zone came into light, the sight that Azrael gave Avaddon had the blue haired demon raise a brow at how he seemed almost offended at the beginning conversation before it was cut short by him raising his phone up to begin conversing with someone.

The single comment about one of the watchtowers had already brought enough concern as he kept his gaze onto Azrael the entire time even if Avaddon had already expected the worse if someone was so bold enough to call upon one of the Leaders during a meeting.
By the time the call had ended only to hear what was expected to be heard about one of the watchtowers were being attacked by feral demons, he didn't need to even turn to look towards the window and he could've already guessed what was going to be the sight.
Without so much as a response to Azrael's comment about the new 'Leader' of the Neutral Zone taking care of the feral infestation, he shook his head with a heavy sigh.

"This meeting is over. All of you, get to your respected territories. Send what help you can to the Scarlet Jackals territory of where the attack started." Even though he was a Leader like the rest of those in the room, having at least some direction to assist one another was also helpful whether the other Leaders wished to take the advice or not. "Lillian, contact Phantom Squad and go with them to the watchtower. Figure out how the feral got all the way to the outskirts. I will be heading straight to feral territory personally. Something isn't right." Giving the order to his Second-In-Command, he knew with just his Second-In-Command; Lillian could probably take care of the feral demons over by the watchtower without too much effort but yet he also knew that Phantom Squad was a special operations group that were trained both in infiltration as well as investigation.

After the order had been given, Avaddon stood from his seat just to approach the window that revealed the rest of the city along with the large tower of smoke rising in the distance. "Tsk.." Shaking his head, he'd place a palm onto the glass of the window before mere seconds passed as the glass shattered in an instant. Glancing down the side of the building, it was a several hundred story drop from the meeting room to the ground yet this was no time to be taking things easy and with the feral territory being nearby, if things were as bad as they seemed than Avaddon needed to reach there as quickly as possible. Taking a single step out of the window, he quickly descended from the meeting room.

It took mere minutes for Avaddon to finally reach the ground with a massive slam causing whatever water from the rain that landed on the ground to rise up into the air leaving a large circular portion of where he landed nearly dried out slightly. Standing straight without so much as a scratch let alone any difficulty, immediately pulling his hood over his head, Avaddon progressed his way towards the feral restricted zone fully aware of what dangers lurked ahead of him.

After leaving the meeting room with the door slamming behind him, the two guards who stood at the entrance to the room had gazed over in shock to see one of the Second-In-Commands leaving and even moreso leaving with such rage in his eyes. Not daring to question him, they let him pass but yet never looked away from his back as he walked towards the elevator.

It wasn't until Nue pressed the button on the elevator that would lead him down to the lobby did he turn around to face the twin guards who quickly directed their gaze elsewhere.

Taking several minutes to reach the lobby of Sanctum, by the time Nue had stepped out from the elevator he was still raging deep inside as he made his way towards one of the large couches that was away from any citizens. Helping himself to lay upon the cushions of the couch while he waited for his Leader to be finished with the meeting just so that the two of them could head back to Ravinca's territory, Nue simply closed his eyes to get some rest. "Damn that Avaddon." Cursing under his breath, he attempted to drift off to sleep.

His attempts at rest was soon interrupted by some commotion going on in the lobby as citizens of Haven were all gathering around the large televisions all throughout the room. Some people were gasping in horror while others were shaking in fear of what they saw, there were questions about their own safety in the Sanctum as well as how the Leaders and clans let this happen.
Finally the curiousity had gotten he better of him as Nue finally stood from the couch just to make his way over towards one of the television screens only to see the horrifying sight of one of the watchtowers in Scarlet Jackals' territory being on fire and the silhouettes of was no doubt feral demons.

"What?!" Cursing loudly, Nue quickly rushed his way out of the Sanctum lobby just to make his way towards where the attack had happened.

Lanister was lucky to avoid the large chunk of concrete launched at him, but this fight was going to go nowhere fast- One was bad enough, Lanister was certain he'd eventually fight Septhis off, but another coming up on the rear? A pincer attack would mean his death, and Lanister couldn't die yet- There was still too much to do. Though he was loathed to do it, he had to resort to the tactics he learned as a member of House Paimon- In combat against a foe equal strength, the most crucial part of any battle was deceiving your opponent with false information. Septhis, and his PAIN IN THE ASS friend, thankfully didn't know about his weakened state.

They still believed he was at full strength, and obviously were knowledgeable demon hunters, so he'd use that knowledge against them.

As the ash cleared from the concrete toss, throwing Lanister's initial plan in the dirt, Lanister would stand straight, before using his foot, he'd kick the Codex Gigas into the air and, using magic to amplify the strike, kicked it straight at Septhis. The goal was to knock him on his back and onto lower ground, but as he moved to take advantage, he felt the presence of a new attacker- he had no way to dodge that quickly from the attack, but he managed to use his left arm to take the brunt of the abuse. Once his attack subsided, Lanister reached over and GRIPPED onto the Monk-look-alikes throat. He wanted to do more, but those attacks by that fucking bionic arm hurt like hell, so Lanister merely lifted him into the air....and attempted to slam down with all the force a demon could muster.

Hopefully, it would be enough to knock the breath out of him.

Looking over towards Sephtis, he would grab Sephtis, before the male....would just feel his magical energy being dragged out of him. Lanister knew he'd break free easily enough, but it would allow Septhis to see- Lanister's wounds healing before his eyes. The Magical energy he stole was used to channel into his healing factor, along with what remained of his reserves, as Lanister stood over Septhis. "Arrogant Fool...I am a Noble Demon, An Imp Lord, did you really think this paltry force could challenge me?" Lanister said, before taking a step back as held up his arms.

Then?
Lanister burst into flames.

Admittedly, Lanister was iffy this would work, but he had to keep up appearances- It would give an explanation why burning down the monastery hadn't slow'd him down and would make sense as a 'True Form' (Never mind the fact he was just in the basement, hence why he was able to avoid the worst of this). "You believe there are limits to my strength....there are none. As Long as there is magic in the world, my strength is infinite. My life spans a millennia- Legions, from the Armies of Hell, to the Crusaders of Old, to the Black Cross, have risen to test me, and their deaths have nourished my power. Did you believe you could succeed where thousands greater than you have failed?!" His voice boomed like a thunderclap.

Placing his foot on the book, he pointed his bladed club to the distance, "I offer you one more chance....leave with your lives and that of your subordinates...or you will die." Lanister's bluff was now in play. He only hoped they took the bait.

~~~~
It appeared that Fate conspired to work against the meeting, just as they were making progress- The call to action when Azrael announced that Feral's had broken in had caused Caleb to stand, before looking at Ahmya. As bad as the situation was, this was a chance! He could prove to them he belonged here, his people and the people once in this room. As the others ran out, he'd speak up. "Ahmya, go and check on the Draca Family, tell them I will meet with them soon- Do whatever is necessary to ensure they get to their mansion Safely! I am going to go and personally help with this Feral Incident."
It was reckless and stupid, but Caleb's heart was in the right place.
Stepping out the same window as Avaddon, Caleb fell like a stone, before throwing out his arm- The Wires firmly attached to his wrists hooked onto the nearest object and, using the momentum gained from the fall, catapulted him in the direct of Scarlet Jackel's territory. He'd have to do this quite a few times before he reached there, but he was intent on giving out whatever help he could. He wasn't going to let anything threaten this city and its safety, NEVER again!
~~~

"The Tower? No-no-no, You lot need to Descansa y recupera- The trip here can't have been easy and what comes next will be hours long of paper work and headache. Once you lot go some good food and rest, then I will PERSONALLY escort you to the tower, okay?" He said, just putting Mimi on his shoulders. "You wait until I get in that kitchen- Make you all some Pozole and Chille Relleno, sound good? Or maybe you just wanna be spoiled by some Tacos?" Aliado still cooked in the style of his adopted home country, and was more than a good cook, he had the restaurants and businesses to prove it.

Being Old had its perks.

As they were walking though, hearing Madeline say that Caleb would forget about her, Aliado would roll her eyes. "Given by the fact the boy asks me every day if I've seen you, I'd say without a doubt Maddie, he is still head over heels for you. "Before they could even get more than two blocks, Aliado's phone would start going off. Placing it to his ear, his gaze went from annoyed, to shocked, before letting out a growl, clicking, he'd hand Mimi to Miralee before jumping off. "Sorry kids- Feral Outbreak in Scarlet Jackal Territory. Best I go offer those blue-bloods some support. Get home safe and wait for my signal, alright? We'll talk more later."

He'd give Mimi a kiss on the head before putting his hat back on giving her a wink, before walking in front of the carriage. Soon, he'd jump into the air, and....his body became that of a
spurt of black smoke, darting off in the direction of the Scarlet Jackal's territory. Despite his elder age, Aliado's power had not diminished one bit- he was still as formidable as he was a thousand years ago.

Least the Draca Family had someone like that watching over them.

Azrael Blackthorn
Location: Serpent's Kiss Territory → Scarlet Jackals Territory | Interactions: Caleb (@Andraus) | Mentions: Fiazzah

Finally exiting the Sky Reach Sanctum, Azrael ran all the way to the south of Haven, in his Jackal form, where the Serpent's Kiss territory was located. After all, the Seventh Watchtower was kind of part of the clan, alongside the Eight and Ninth Watchtowers. Each territory inside Haven had a gate from which any member from the Scarlet Jackals could pass through with ease.

As Azrael was heading to his destination, a trio of suspicious people was watching from the rooftop of a building near the Sky Reach Sanctum. They were wearing black-hooded robes, so most parts of their faces were hidden from everyone.

"Watching Azrael running with such a hurry tells me that you managed to test your new invention, mmh?" said the hooded person that was in the middle of the trio, a small grin visible from under his hood, his manly voice soft, and subtle. With a nod, the person at the right of the middle man moved its head to follow Azrael, another grin visible under the hood. "So far, so good, Master," she said with a playful girly voice. "I'm not gonna lie, I thought my portal device would be a complete fail. He, he! I'm so glad I was wrong because this invention will come really handy to our future plans."

The hooded figure at the left of the Master sighed deeply, obviously frustrated by something. "For crying out loud, can somebody explain to me what the fuck is going on here?" he demanded, and the female of the group laughed, mocking him.

"Oh, K, my sweet and stupid brother," she said while shaking her head. Then, she sighed. "Fine, I'll explain in simple words what I did, so your small brain can understand it."

Pissed, K turned his body to his left to stare at her sister, growling angrily, but his Master gently placed one of his hands on his shoulder. "Now, now, K. Now it's not the time to fight with your sister," he said with a calming voice. "And, L, can you please stop picking your brother? Remember that he may lack intelligence, but in strength, you won't last a minute against him."

L, the female of the trio, slowly placed her hands in front of her legs and bowed in an apologetic manner.

"Forgive me if I insulted you in any way, my dear brother," she said, and L simply clicked his tongue before crossing his arms, turning his body to his right. "O-Oi, you don't need to bow at me like that, you know?" K said, kind of embarrassed. "Maybe I overreacted, okay? Look, just explain what you did."

After standing straight, L held out her right hand, showing the Master her brother the palm of her hand. A second later, a hologram displaying the map of Haven popped out from a small chip embedded in the center of the palm. Smiling, she looked down at the map, alongside the others.

"This is the map of Haven. Right now, we're in the Neutral territory," she began to explain, pointing with her left index finger the area where the Neutral zone was located on the map. "Do you guys see that blinking red dot in the Feral Grounds? There's where I placed my invention. In simple words, it's a device capable of creating portals out of nowhere to transport anything from one place to another without been tracked. You just need to put in the exact coordinates of the place you want to open the portal, stand back, and let the device do its thing. I've been working on it for 25 years straight and after so many attempts, fails, and reworks, I can finally conclude that the portals device is a success."

K lightly scratched his right cheek with his index finger, still clueless about everything, so when he raised his hand to ask questions, the Master gently held the hand and lowered it. "She's not finished, K," he said with a smile, and K simply nodded.

"If I placed a device capable of creating portals to transport ANYTHING YOU WANT in the Feral Grounds, such a dangerous place, and we saw Azrael heading to the Serpent's Kiss at full speed after a sudden explosion, what do you think happened, K?" As L finished her talking with a question, K slowly turned his head to look at the direction where the Feral Grounds were located.

"You transported some ferals to the Serpent's Kiss through the portals device," he said with a surprised scoff. "Heh, I bet they didn't saw that coming. Damn, sis, you're evil." Giggling, L shrugged while the Master shook his head before turning his body to observe the smoke coming from the Seventh Watchtower.

"Mmh, something bad must've happened in that watchtower, though. If I remember correctly, I told I didn't want to create any trouble that could expose us to everyone, but you know, I'm actually enjoying this. Let's see how good these so-called "leaders" deal with this little surprise we sent them."

With evil grins, the suspicious trio turned their heads to look at the South, towards the Serpent's Kiss territory.

When Azrael finally reached the Serpent's Kiss territory, some members of the clan were already there waiting for him, alongside a few from the Scarlet Jackals. Stopping in front of them, Azrael shifted back to his normal form, his breathing heavy, and hot after running such a long distance as fast as he could without resting. He was obviously exhausted, but knowing there was no time to stop and rest, he proceeded to walk through, the members quickly following him.

"Any of you, debrief me what's going on, and the correct situation of the Serpent's Kiss," Azrael commanded, and one Serpent's nodded. "So far, our territory is safe and sound, sir Azrael. We have no idea how the hell, but all of a sudden, a group of like ten Ferals appeared from behind a house near the gate heading to the outskirts to the Scarlet Jackals territory. Thankfully, we heard the howls of the Jackals, alarming everyone about the ferals, so we manage to fight them. We killed half of the group, but the rest managed to cross the gate, and attacked the Seventh Watchtower."

When they reached what looked like a small district, Azrael stopped on his tracks to look around. He noticed that there were a few citizens from the Serpent's Kiss still shocked and scared by Ferals attack, followed by the explosion. The houses, shops, and practically everything were closed for the day, and until further notice. The good thing, however, was that everyone was safe and sound. Nodding, Azrael turned around to face everyone. "Good job everyone. I'm happy to hear that you guys joined forces and acted in time to prevent a tragedy. Now that I'm here, I'm gonna take care of the rest of the problem."

Azrael then moved his head to look at the members of his clans before pointing at them. "You guys are coming with me. I need you to back me up searching for those ferals. Under no circumstances, we can let those things escape this place. This is a search and destroy mission, okay? If any of those ferals cross the main walls of Haven, is game over."

"Yes, sir!" shouted the four Jackals members while saluting Azrael before running to their right, shifting into jackals to head toward the outskirt gate once Azrael commanded them to leave first. Then, the Jackals leader turned his head to look at the Serpent's members. "You guys stay here protecting the citizens. Your leader and Second in Command are on their way. As soon as I cross that gate, close it shut. Tell Fizzah to not let nobody in or out until I hunt down those Ferals."

As the Serpent's members nodded, Azrael turned around, and when he was about to leave, Caleb came down like a boulder and landed a few steps behind him. His loud landing had such a powerful force that Azrael felt the ground trembling. The Serpent's members were unlucky enough to startle, and one of them fell on his back after the trembling cough him off guard.

Raising his right eyebrow, Azrael slowly turned around to look at Caleb. He wanted to question him why he was here instead of going to his territory to make sure there weren't any ferals there. However, after remember the main subject of their meeting that unfortunately got interrupted, Azrael knew Caleb was here to lend him a helping hand to prove himself worthy of being the leader of the Bloody Moon. With a slight smile, Azrael lifted his right hand and gently rubbed it after feeling a slight tingle that came from Murasame. She was probably anxious and excited for Azrael to just pull out the katana and jump right into the "battlefield".

"I appreciate that you decided to help me, Caleb," Azrael said, looking down at his arm. "I can tell you that I can take care of this myself, but that would be a lie. Some ferals managed to escape through the outskirts gate of the Serpents. I'm about to go hunt with a small team, but I will welcome any extra help." Smirking, he lifted his sight and look at Caleb. Then, gestured him with a movement of his head to follow him. "Come with me. I'll tell you everything on our way to the Seventh Watchtower."

And with that, Azrael began to run through the Serpent's Kiss territory, passing by a few districts before reaching the outskirts gate. There, he found the group he sent before, waiting for him. However, Azrael decided to stop at the house from where the ferals supposedly came out. A family of four people where outside, in front of their house, with a group of officers from Haven's internal security. A husband was speaking with the officers, explaining to him how the ferals appeared out of nowhere while his wife was behind him, a couple of feet apart from him, kneeling on the ground while holding and watching over her two children. A trio of officers was at the right side of the house, examinating five feral corpses laying on the ground but already inside some kind of special black bags.

Azrael stood on his position for a moment, observing everything. He was trying to figure out how such a big group of feral crossed from the Neutral Zone to the Serpent's Kiss without nobody noticing. Something was about this whole situation was really off, and Azrael could feel it deep inside him. This definitely was no accident at all. Something or somebody was behind everything.

"Az-kun, my lovely Master, now is not the time to be worried by such trivial things," said Murasame, telepathically. Snapping out of his thoughts, Azrael sighed deeply, rubbing the back of his neck. "We're going to have more than enough time to investigate that mystery later, but right now, they need us in that Watchtower."

"Shit, you're right, Murasame," mumbled Azrael before gently slapping his face. "Sorry for losing my focus for a second over there." A second later, Azrael felt a warm embrace on his body, probably coming from Murasame. "You don't need to be sorry, my dear Master. I know how much you care about your clan and Haven... Sometimes too much, actually. Just take it easy and don't overwork yourself, mmh? You're not a machine."

Smiling, Azrael gently patted his right arm before turning around to look at Caleb, assuming he followed him. Then, he turned to his right, heading toward the outskirts gate. Once he reunited with his team, he exited the Serpent's Kiss territory. At the distance and just a couple of miles away from southern of Haven, three watchtowers, of eight-stories tall, were clearly visible. As mentioned before, some smoke was coming out from the Seventh tower, and movement from some members of the Scarlet Jackals were happening in front of the tower.

Chartreux

Scarlet Jackals Second in Command

Location:
Seventh Watchtower

Interactions:
Az | Caleb

The second in command of Scarlet Jackals known as Chartreux listened to the entire meeting, her white fluffy ears twitching now and then while her two fox tails swayed. Nothing interesting was going on except for the revelation of what happened to the leader of Bloody Moon. It surprised her that Caleb had the guts to brutally remove Lannister's horns and wings though just like her attention span, it was fleeting. One minute she was listening, the next she was busy looking at her claw-like nails. The topic at hand wasn't worth participating in. So what if there was a sudden change of leader? The clan is still standing albeit its in pieces.

The fox demon barely listened to the discussion until her master declared that the Scarlet Jackals are willing to help the needy people of the torn-up clan. In her opinion, it won't do the Scarlet Jackals any good if they keep helping. It was okay at first since it adds good value to their name though if this keeps up, the Bloody Moon might become a parasite. Till when will they ask for help? What assurance do they have that their good deeds will be repaid? With Caleb seated as their leader, no one really knows what will happen.

Chartreux already lost interest as she absentmindedly started fluffing her tail. It was a habit of hers whenever she becomes bored. Oh, how she wished she had brought her brush. She was then snapped out of her lonesome thoughts when Az muttered something under his breath. Thankful for her enhanced senses, Chartreux heard the insult directed to Ravinca's leader. A small giggle escaped her lips.

"Az..." she called sweetly to him, a mischievous glint evident on her cold blue eyes. She was planning on letting her leader fluff her tail for her; something they usually do in the confines of their room though since she was yearning for her tail to be brushed, she figured, why not? Azrael has a great technique when it comes to fluffing her tail.

Though before she can slink her white fox tail towards him, Az suddenly stood up which startled her. It seems her master was getting a bit jumpy from Nue. With quick reflexes, Chartreux quickly pulled out a bunch of talismans from her pocket. She was already prepared to throw it towards Nue when Avaddon reacted.

Chartreux thought that the drama was about to end but fate has other plans. Their watchtower was being attacked by ferals! Not wasting any time, the snow-white second in command leaped into action and shifted to her true form to follow her master into their territory.

When they arrived at the watchtower, they were quickly briefed of what happened. Apparently, no one knew how the ferals got in but at least half of them are dead.

Chartreux remained on Azazel's side until Caleb joined the party. just like the startled residents of Serpent's Kiss, the white fox let out a yelp. She was getting a little bit jumpy since there are still ferals on the loose! She shifted back to her form, her eyes icily glaring at Caleb. "No need to be flashy" she muttered under her breath, her arms folded across her chest. She didn't like that Caleb was around Az. She also didn't like how Az touched Caleb's shoulder. "Why are you even here? We don't need you-"

Hurt flashed before her eyes as her master accepted the help. Granted her master can not fight the ferals all alone but is help from Caleb really necessary? They can handle it just fine! What does Caleb have that she doesn't possess?! Is it because maybe the two leaders are in a secret relationship?! No. That's impossible! Az is not... gay! And they're not in a relationship! There's no way!

Yet, the seed of doubt planted on her heart already bloomed. Nevertheless, Chartreux was forced to make a rash decision. She decided to head to the tower on her own and defeat the ferals. That way, Caleb won't be needed and they'll have no reason to meet.

While Az and the group ran through the Serpent's territory, Chartreux slipped away. She found herself in a little alley and without wasting any moment, she pulled one blue talisman out of her kimono sleeves and placed it near to her lips. "Lead me to the nearest feral" she murmured breathlessly. The paper glowed and shined; soon getting restless between her fingers.

The paper flew out of her grasps and up in the air, spinning, and spinning until stopping like a compass. Chartreux's eyes never left the paper and as soon as it darted away, she followed suit.

Chartreux knew that what she was doing could lead to her death though she didn't care. She wanted to prove to her master that she can take care of the situation for him; and that they didn't need any help. She jumped from one roof to another until she arrived at the seventh tower. The smoke was getting thicker as time went on which made her lose the talisman as she went further inside the vicinity. Little did she knows that the paper was caught and ripped by a feral; and that the monster was just right behind her.

Chartreux didn't have enough time to react as a claw slashed her back, blood quickly seeping into her dress. Searing pain almost knocked her out of her senses though she fought it off. She needs to kill the monster fast! If she dilly-dallied, not only will she lose more blood but also, she will be eaten alive. She heard enough stories to know what ferals can do.

Though with one glance at the feral, the whole world stopped. Underneath the ugly and grotesque features was her friend from hell: Rion.

The last time she saw him was a century ago! They were childhood friends so how in the world did he become a feral?!

A snarl woke her from her senses as the feral started attacking her; her instinct kicking in. She threw one talisman at a time, enough to stun the monster though not enough to kill it. She was still apprehensive if not confused about what to do!

""Fuck this!" she screamed, throwing another talisman towards her friend before planning an escape. the explosion was stronger than the previous ones that it both sent them flying away from each other. gave her enough time to blindly walk away from the fight.

"I need to find-"

Chartreux stopped running when she bumped against a hard object."Shit. What now?!" Looking up, the white kitsune's scowl quickly faded only to be replaced by an embarrassed smile. "Oh, um. Hi! What brings you here?"

Lanister was proving to be far more challenging than Sephtis had expected. As he turned to face the imp lord, an alert flashed across his vision. One of the other members of the team who had been scouting the perimeter had just ceased living. He pulled the footage up in a corner of his vision, stunned to see that another former leader of Haven was here. Damn it. We don't have the numbers to deal with two of these- His thought was cut off as the tome struck him square in the stomach, sending him flying backwards and to the ground.

He looked up to see Lanister rushing him, only to be cut off by X. The man was grabbed by the throat, giving Sephtis a moment to think, which he took full advantage of, triggering his implant to full capacity. We definitely don't have the numbers to deal with both threats currently here. If I send the general order to flee, then we'll lose both of them. Considering that another of them is here, they might be working together. Wait. He wanted that tome. If I bug that, he should take it with him. Acting quickly on the thought, Sephtis pulled a micro-tracker from his pocket, sliding it into the pages of the tome and allowing it to adhere itself to a random page in the center before camouflaging itself. Hopefully that'd be enough.

As X was body-slammed to the ground, Sephtis leapt back to his feet, allowing the tome to fall to the ground once more. Using his implant to communicate non-verbally again, he sent out the order to retreat."Second hostile confirmed. Power level is equal or greater than the current target. All forces retreat. Abandon secondary objective. We'll be back another day."

No sooner than he'd finished sending the message, Lanister reached out towards him. Sephtis attempted to go ethereal, only for the hand to begin draining the energy he used to do so! Paralyzed by the flow of energy, Sephtis could do nothing but watch as the wounds inflicted to the imp lord so far began to quickly heal, before he released Sephtis, stepped back, and burst into fire.

Sephtis had already given the order to retreat. Perhaps this could even play into his hands. He had to struggle for a moment to prevent a smile from floating onto his face as the imp lord began threatening him. If he was so powerful, why hadn't he just killed them all the moment he appeared? But now wasn't the time to try this. Recalling his drone, Sephtis drew a picture of fear across his face, before turning and running as fast as he could, going ethereal in the process. Perhaps that would help sell it better and push the demon off-guard when they returned.

Location: Bloody Moon Territory: Serene Clinic Bunker | Interactions: Seph @kookyboy9 | Mentions: NPC

Within Bloody Moon's territory, close to the neutral zone, operated a small clinic. Unlike those under Serpent's kiss, this one was horribly run down and saw very few visitors. Only the poor, the illegal, and desperate ever ventured inside. It was an open secret that they cared for people from all walks of life yet it was still noted that their prices were quite high. This easily led to very few patients willing to take the risk. With business so slow, only two human nurses and a demonic receptionist were visibly present. The doctor? Nowhere to be seen.

If one were to ask to actually see the doctor, they would have to wait some time as the person in question was currently using the bunker deep beneath the morgue. Most people would think it strange if they were to hear about the existence of this bunker but when you realized they were situated very close to the border of the neutral zone, a bunker seemed like the only sane option.

What most people didn't realize, however, was that the bunker was more than just a safe place to get away when feral's snuck out of their territory. It extended into the beginning of a series of tunnels that ran deep under the city unnoticed and would continue to stretch further in the years to come. It was a work in progress. The seven tunnels were only thirty miles in but if they could reach the borders of Haven, it would become extremely convenient in the long run.

It wasn't easy to smuggle in everything needed to build it. The location itself was also obtained by luck alone. Out of all the territories in Haven, only Bloody Moon's seemed careless enough to allow them to pass by. With the other clans remaining in their own territory for the most part, so long as their operatives somehow made it inside Bloody Moon's territory, they were in the clear. The reason for this was a mystery to the doctor. The doctor in question being Ren of the Ash Wolves. She had only been in and out of Haven for a little over a year and cared very little for the situation outside.

No, the doctor focused only on her work. Currently, she sat upright in a chair. Her long white hair was currently held up in a tight bun, and she had a pair of reading spectacles on her small round face. Her large amber eyes currently focused on the sheet of paper before her, reading over the notes she had jotted down only moments before. Ren had been working on a poison that targeted the amygdala and was currently waiting for the results of the current sample.

Her gaze left the notes and fell onto a screen instead. On the other side of the screen was the "patient"; a large horned demon that went by the name of Bal. Bal was the local beggar with an addiction to hard drugs. He wasn't too bright yet very trusting when it came to Ren, his supplier. Currently, they were seated casually waiting around in case there were adverse effects to the vaccine she had injected him with. What he didn't know was that he was about to have something worse than just a cough and some hip pain. He had long become a test subject and the vaccine given to him was not a vaccine at all, but a poison that triggered the amygdala to react in a less than pleasant way.

Fifteen minutes had passed and the patient on the screen in front of her was remaining as still as they last were in the room she had left them. Five more minutes, she caught a finger twitch here, and subtle trembles there. This quickly escalated to them gripping the sheets and scrambling back on the bed, their eyes wide and full of an unreasonable amount of sheer terror. She waited a few more minutes, watching them scramble about for a while. Only after they hid under a blanket and blocked her view did she push a button to project a hologram of herself into the room.

"Bal? Are you doing alright in there?" Ren called out to the shivering mountain of a demon that had accidentally torn the blanket in two in his attempt to hide. Ren, of course, knew the effects they should be feeling yet nothing but deep concern for the demon's well being showed on her face. "You don't look too good. It looks like you're having a bad reaction to the vaccine. I can fix that."

"L-let me out let me out! I-I need to get out now!" The demon suddenly switched from flight to fight as he ran towards the metal door and slammed his fists on it, leaving dents. 'So he has super strength…' She noted and casually pushed another button. This one released the antidote into the room as a gas. It slowly filled the room as the man switched from punching the door with his fists, to slamming his head against it.

Ren blinked, surprised at his determination to leave. "You should probabl-" She was cut off by the sound of grunting as the demon got his horns stuck in the door. It was after he tried to free himself that the antidote finally started taking effect. "Why did I- Uh, can I get some help, Doc?" Ren ignored his attempts to free himself as she jotted down some more notes and pulled out her communicator. Taking only the important bits, she sent Sephtis a message that included a quick run down and the results along with the video as proof that the poison did work. While she wasn't sure he'd have any use for it, she still found great joy at sharing her accomplishments no matter how small.

Only after she sent the message did she turn off her communicator and get up to go help him. With a practiced tug, she slipped on her lab coat and made her way to the room.

The confusion that clouded Ahmya's gaze cleared away with but a glance out of the window. There was something going down in the direction of Serpent's Kiss' territory. One of the towers was under attack? Distracted, she temporarily lost butterfly sight and completely returned to the room she was presently in. By the looks of it, however, it seemed the meeting was over as she saw the Black Rose leader jump out of the window. Luck truly wasn't on their side today. Turning back to Caleb, she received her orders with a curt nod and was not one bit surprised he'd head over to the disaster zone personally. Although the situation was an unusual one, wasn't it just some ferals? Were all leaders about to get involved over something this random?

It wasn't her place to question Caleb or anyone else there and he had enough on his plate without her pestering him over the smallest of things. So she shrugged, bowed to those left in the room, and took her leave as well. However, unlike Caleb or Avaddon, who jumped out of the window like savage beasts, she left through the door and made her way to the elevators. Now that the meeting was over, she had no more distractions and refocused on her blood once more, linking with the butterfly on the Bloody Moon member that she had chosen before.

In the span of time that she was distracted, the member already had sights on the carriage and was following along behind it at a distance to avoid startling them. From a distance, she could see another person with them. The hugfest that ensued showed that they were at least familiar with one another, giving her some relief. Judging from the route they were on, it was hard to tell whether they were heading home or to Sky Reach Sanctum. If that was just the case, couldn't she just wait here? The thought of spending the extra energy made her cringe inwardly. She wanted nothing more than to just have a seat and perhaps a little tea but the tone in Caleb's voice made her reconsider the thought.

He let her get away with some mild misconduct but something as important as the Draca family wasn't something she would be able to ignore. Taking a deep breath, she buried the laziness that threatened to send her on a small detour and pulled out an oni mask from her sleeve. Tenderly running her fingers on the bloody moon mark the previous leader had personally printed on the forehead, she took a moment to relish the memory as she often did before placing the mask on her face, covering her delicate features with something a bit more dreadful.

With sudden haste, the second-in-command made her way out of the building and quickly sped in the direction of the carriage. Knowing the route better than most, she cut off the link to the butterfly and focused her sight only on what was before her. Since both were heading towards one another, it didn't take long to make it to the carriage. Her gaze flickered from one person to another, noticing that the random figure that was with them was no longer around. Though she found it strange, she didn't think much of it.

"Welcome back. Haven has missed you greatly. I am Ahmya, the Second of Bloody Moon. Caleb sent me to escort you home. Regrettably, it seems you came back at an odd time. He will have to come by later. He's been very busy taking care of… well, this." She nodded at the current state of Bloody Moon's territory. It was a small lie yet a truthful one. Ahmya assumed Caleb wouldn't want to worry them too much. If she were to tell them that he ran off to chase some ferals down, wouldn't his fiance just rush after him?

That wouldn't do.

"It's more paperwork than anything, I hope you don't mind waiting for him too much. A lot went down while you were away. I can get you up to date over a cup of tea if you like?" Gesturing towards the direction of their home Ahmya invited herself over casually and led the way, floating alongside Madeleine's horse. She then turned around and directed the members following behind the carriage to settle into a protective position; three in the back and two following on the sides, leaving the front to her.

Once that was done, she wiggled her left index finger, and made the butterfly she had used to watch the carriage unstick from the body it had stuck to. Although she had said nothing to Caleb when he left, she was a little worried he would do something stupid. If he hurt himself, this would at least help a bit. He only had to eat it and he would heal faster than he normally would. With a flick of her wrist, she sent the butterfly off in the direction of the watchtower the leaders seemed to be heading off to.

Continuing on his way towards the border where the Feral infested part of the city connected with the rest of the Neutral Zone, Avaddon pondered on what could've caused such an explosion not to mention how the Ferals had gotten all the way from the Neutral Zone to the Jackals' territory without any alarms sounding off or anyone seeing something. Ferals weren't exactly the smartest of demons since all they ever thought of was senseless killing and destruction, so it wasn't like they could've planned some kind of elaborate plan of some sorts to get that far out of the city.

Eventually reaching the sealed off district, the sight of barrier still being undisturbed only made him question the idea of how the Feral were able to escape even more. Glancing at the surrounding pillars that kept the barrier raised only to see that each one was still intact without so much as the slightest disturbance to them, Avaddon furrowed his brows just to approach the barrier before placing his palm upon the light blue object that wasthe barrier. Seconds passed as a large symbol of the Black Rose clan appeared before him just to begin lifting the barrier just large enough for a person to walk through. Stepping into the Feral territory, the barrier closed behind him and revealed the sight of what the zone actually looked like aside from the outside of the barrier where the area looked like just a giant open barren land of nothing. On the other side, it appeared to be another section of the city with buildings of what once was homes of citizens of Haven, old family run shops, businesses, etc. all of it was complete ruins and some even on the verge of collapse.

After entering, there was a mysterious silence that echoed throughout the streets that usually had the sounds of growling, hissing and roars of Ferals calling out to one another, fighting one another or even feeding upon one another. Yet, there was nothing just complete and utter silence. "Something isn't right..." Commenting under his breath, the male began to progress throughout the empty streets while hopping over debris of all sorts; his gaze shifting around in wonder as to where the Feral demons were.

Soon enough, he'd come to an abrupt halt just to hear the sounds of what seemed to had been rapid footsteps and the familiar sounds of roars off in the distance followed by the strange sounds of a machine of sorts. Questioning on what he had heard, Avaddon began to pick up his pace towards the sound of the footsteps and the machine-like noise he heard.

Eventually coming to a large circular clearing that appeared to had been a central gathering area for citizens in the past to open up small stands to sell goods that was now littered with corpses and skeletons in piles all around. In the center of the clearing was a portal of sorts where Ferals were examining the anomaly by staring at it before some even jumped through, other Ferals were either hunched over the piles of corpses feeding if not growling and hissing at one another. "What..? A portal? Here? Is that thing leading to--" Just as he questioned the possible thought of that being what lead to the Feral demons reaching the Jackals' territory, his attention was quickly caught off by the sight of a massive Feral stomping it's way into the clearing; it stood at a whopping 25ft while both it's arms were wrapped in chains while it dragged a pair of wrecking balls behind it.
"If that thing gets through the portal...and it leads where I think it does, I can't imagine the destruction it will cause..." Cursing under his breath, Avaddon stepped forward just to extend his right arm forward with an open palm as the water that once rained down around the clearing quickly began to turn to snow before eventually turning to spikes of ice falling from the sky. As with each spike that landed onto the ground only to shatter instantly; it took only seconds before the clearing was full of ice all around. Closing his palm to form a fist, the ice that littered the ground was quick to envelope around the giant Feral's legs to stop it from progressing forward as well as coating around the device that created the portal to attempt and cause it to malfunction and close the portal.

This was going to be troublesome and he knew it. Out numbered and definitely out sized.

Rushing through the streets where citizens had all left their homes by this point just to stare up at the pillar of smoke that rose from the Scarlet Jackal's territory, it was no surprise to Nue that he would've heard some people talking about how they were worried about their loved ones that lived in that part of the city and questioning how the Leaders and Seconds had let this happen. The closer he had gotten towards the pillar the more words he heard about people's concern as he clenched his fists at the idea that the citizens weren't aware that even the Leaders and Seconds weren't sure how this had all happened as well.

"Get inside your homes! Stay inside, keep your doors and windows locked!" Shouting as he continued to run forward with people gazing over to stare at Nue who ran passed them without doing what he had told them to do before returning their attention to the smoke pillar.

Knowing well enough that the people weren't going to listen to him due to their curiousity and concern for what was going on, Nue didn't exactly have the time to stop and command each family to go inside and stay there as well as making sure to patrol the area to make sure they stayed inside.
After a few minutes of running and reaching even into the Serpent's Kiss territory, he ended up coming across a large gathering of people who all stood together staring at the pillar of smoke in the distance. He didn't have time to tell everyone to move, so with that he jumped onto the nearest rooftop just to begin hopping from one after another to near the Seventh Watchtower.

"No more...No more death. Never again. I swear, I'll...kill them all!" As he continued hopping from one rooftop to the next, Nue's voice started to become distorted as his entire body began to emit flames that consumed around his body for mere seconds before finally fading to reveal his once snow white hair was now a deep orange and his usually crystal blue eyes had now turned into piercing crimson. He had manifested a large pair of black feathered wings behind him and the rebreathers that were on the sides of his mask had vanished to reveal a more slick yet jagged mask.

His once normal demonic speed had now doubled with his change of form as it made the time for him to reach the Seventh Watchtower much less.
By the time he had reached the tower, he perched himself onto a building rooftop just to glance down and examining the situation at hand. Jackal clan members were all over the place as some made their way into the tower to check on the situation as others guided civilians to safety while at the same time there were the local firefighters who were attempting to put out the flames from the exterior of the tower. So, it was bad but it didn't seem as bad as Nue thought it was going to be.

Letting himself shift back into his regular form with a sigh of relief that was quickly interrupted by the sound of an explosion nearby. Quickly he snapped his attention over towards a nearby rooftop that was now covered in smoke, Nue cursed under his breath just to rush his way over towards the explosion, as he searched the area for some sort of danger that could've caused the explosion the sudden bump behind him had the male turn around to prepare for battle only to come across what happened to had been Azrael's Second-In-Command. She looked as though she was attempting to escape something as she even questioned him what he was doing there.
"Um, Hey there Chartreux. I came to help out with the situation going on. You look like you're in a hurry, everything okay with you?"

At Fiazah's order, Isaac reopened his telepathic networks, informing his clones of the situation at hand. Lock it all down. Summon the frontline divisions immediately, as well as the emergency medical corps. Return all citizens to their homes and have all other forces on standby in the proper defensive positions. Make space in the hospitals as well. I don't see this ending well.

Finishing his commands, Isaac returned to Fiazah. "It has begun. The district has begun defensive motions, and the frontline force as well as the emergency medical corps are meeting us outside our headquarters. Daily operations have stopped, and citizens are being informed to return home. All other forces have gone into defensive lockdown." Lowing his voice, Isaac spoke quietly. "It would seem that some of our forces on the outer edge of the district have already encountered these ferals. I have dispatched a small crew to assist them, but they will likely need our assistance sooner than later." A sudden message came over Isaac's telepathic airways, and the lizardman replied in silence before turning back to the Serpent's Kiss leader.

"It would seem our forces have gathered and await your command. What shall it be?"

There were many things X didn't like. Children. Religion. Liars. Oh, and getting body slammed into the earth by an old demon he had expected to surprise. Gasping for breath, the former monk opened up his shadow gateway underneath him, slipping into the darkness and reappearing a safe distance away from the demon that had nearly buried him.

"Fuck me," he grumbled, massaging his throat. "I was just having a little fun! Can't a guy have a little fun without you taking everything so seriously? Geez." Picking up his chained morningstar that had fallen out of his hand during the battle, the young Wolf prepared to throw it out once more when the order to retreat came over the comms.

"Ugh! Damnit Sephtis! We're really running from this guy? THIS. OLD. GUY? Fuuuuuuuck!" The demon hunter's childlike annoyance was clear. "You're lucky bud! Real fuckin lucky!" X waved his sickle at the demon accusingly. "See if you do that shit twice! I'm gonna take your head! Just wait and see, old man!" X yelled a few more choice words of anger at Lanister before hopping back into his shadow and disappearing from the battlefield.

As the siblings gathered their items, Madeleine and Aliado continued with their conversations. Once Aliado stated there was going to be a lot of paperwork and headache, it would be a better idea to head home. He would even go ahead and cook food for them, afterward would he accompany Madeleine and Iscariot to the tower. Madeleine had given it some thought, it would make a lot more sense to do that, it had been a long day and she was whether tired. Mimi giggled softly as she was picked up, kicking her feet a bit as she got comfy on Aliado's shoulders. The elder demoness just sighed before looking towards the older male demon, "Alright, I guess that would make a bit of sense. We will all go home there. I would love to have some of your tacos again." She sighed with a smile on her face. Iscariot chuckled before speaking up, "Same here." He agreed as he gathered Kieran into his arms and helped him into the carriage.

The march home continued on from there. The conversations continued happily, Judas just listened in, same with Miralee. Iscariot guided the horses as Madeleine led the way. However, Aliado had brought up Caleb again, stating he had been asking for her every day. A faint gasp left her, her eyes flashing with a bit of shock. he never forgot about her? Even after all these years? He still wanted to be with her. A small smile spread across her lips, the thought dancing in her mind. She shook her head slightly before speaking up, "I'm honestly surprised, but I will admit I am happy to hear that he still remembered me." To walk was uneventful as they were getting closer to the end of the Bloody Moon Territory and the beginning of the Neutral Zone, the zone the King-Draxa Family had controlled for as long as anyone could remember.

As they continued onward, Aliado had to suddenly leave, talking about an attack, a feral attack. Did things really get that bad since they had left? Worried filled her as Mimi was handed to Miralee. When Aliado disappeared into smoke, Iscariot looked over towards Madeleine, waiting for her to say something. "Come on, we need to get home." "What?! They need us! It was our job to make sure the Ferals stayed in the Neutral Zones, this is our chance to show the leaders we are still about to do our jobs." Iscariot shouted. Mimi jumped in Miralee's arms as she carefully helped Mimi into the carriage through the front window. Madeleine looked towards Iscariot, her eyes flaring. "We are not in a position to help them. We have two youngest children who aren't able to fight and two others who aren't used to using their powers. Plus we are all tired from the journey. We must get home." She said, turning her head back as she started walking, "I have spoken." This ended the conversation.
vMffkcH.jpg

As they journeyed on, the appearance of a demon spooked the demonic horses, the reared up, weighing and huffed. Thankfully, they were calmed quickly, Madeleine sighed before looking towards the newcomer, she appeared to be a demon. She had introduced herself as Ahmya, Second-in-Command of Bloody Moon, and that Caleb had sent her to escort them home. Her smile spread a bit wider, thinking he could be coming, though she was told he had to take care of some business. She thought for a moment, thinking it had something to do with the feral attack Aliado wen to help with. "Th-Thank you, it feels good to be back. I sense Caleb's responsibilities have increased greatly." She said trying to hide her worry, it had been a long time since she had seen Caleb, what had he been up to? What was he now?

Eventually, they made it to the end of the territory, and into the Neutral Zone, Madeleine turned her head towards Ahmya and just smiled at her. She heard her say he would come by once he was done, after she had said he had to do some paperwork, a look of relief showed on her face. She was happy to hear that. Iscariot, still a bit miffed about not being able to help, took this time ti mess with Madeleine. "Congratulations, Miss Ahmya, you successfully got Madeleine to calm down." He smirked from under his hat. Madeleine puffed her cheeks, looking back to her brother before clearing her throat. "A-Anyway, thank you for telling me that. It's still quite surprising still." She said to the last bit quietly to herself. "As for tea time, that sounds wonderful. You would be the first guest since our return. I'm sorry for burdening you when you probably have other things you wish to do." She said with a soft smile, bowing her head in respect. Her horse huffed loudly, smoke shooting out its nostrils as they made their way to the King-Draca Manor.

Alec made his way to the roof as he contacted Nue. "Nue, I'm sure you're aware there is a situation. Ferals have somehow managed to escape the neutral zone. It's confirmed that they have attacked the watchtower in Serpent's Kiss territory. Alert the clan I want to know if any managed to get into Ravinca territory. I'm en route to the watchtower." He said as he stepped out onto the roof. he reached out to the ravens that he shared a bond with throughout Haven, connecting their sight to his one at a time. "Nue I want you to head toward the neutral zone, Avaddon may need assistance in his investigation of how these ferals escaped." He said as a large pair of dark feathered wings extended from his back. With a beat of his wings Alec took to the sky and flew toward the smoking watchtower.

Alec's focus was split between the different viewpoints from the ravens around the city and where he was going. He spent at most a couple seconds on what each of the fifteen birds he linked to currently was looking at. He was searching for anything that stood out as unusual or odd. After checking through each raven's sight one of the ones flying through the neutral zone landed on a power line near a roof with three hooded figures on it. The raven screeched into Alec's mind through their link. "HEY HEY THESE GUYS I'M LOOKIN AT THEY DON'T BELONG" It screeched into his mind. "Ugh....Charles you don't have to yell I can hear you just fine, where are you?" Alec asked. Once the bird gave him it's location Alec narrowed his eyes as he turned to head to the edge of the neutral zone. swooped down to land on the roof that the three were on. "Hello there, mind if I join you three to whatever costume party your heading to?"

At the mention of Caleb's responsibilities, Ahmya shook her head in dismay. With all he had to take care of, and his eagerness to impress, it would be a wonder if the spider ever slept. Does he even recall what sleep is? He had buried himself under a mountain of work. Her gaze swept over to Madeleine and took note of her youthful visage. One could only hope that the heiress retained as much of it as possible. With Caleb around to fill others with worries, even a demon would grow tired and grey.

At the sight of Escariot teasing his elder sister, Ahmya could not hold back her grin. The act reminded her of precious memories she had long buried. It was a heartwarming sight. "Is that so? I'm glad. Miss Madeleine, Bloody Moon leaves Caleb in your care." She bowed humbly in jest and casually led the way to the manor.

~εїз~

It didn't take long for them to reach the King Draca Manor. Along the way, a few others had come by to greet the Draca family or peacefully watched and made way for them to arrive at their destination with ease. It would be grand if all missions were so simple.

One look at the mansion and it's age would be noticed instantly. The building showed considerable signs that it had been around for some time but it was not unkempt. Ahmya noticed that the hedges were trimmed and neat, there was not a weed or imperfection in sight. It appeared that someone had held enough hope to keep it well maintained.

With a gesture, the bloody moon members sprang forward and surveyed not only the manor, but the area around. Only when given the all clear, did Ahmya turn back to the family with a gentle smile hidden away behind her mask. "This is it. Haven has waited many years for this moment. Welcome home. As someone well versed in the fine art of making tea, is there anything you would prefer to cherish this moment? I happen to have some gyokuro on me at the moment if you do not mind something on the sweet side?"

Solomon watched Septhis through the scope of his railgun, he watched him methodically, checking around the area and then almost like a magnet going back to him. This was his new leader, someone he'd have to take orders under, he wanted to be able to trust him. Though every few seconds Solomon's finger would drift to the trigger when Septhis would do something he deemed odd.

"Double agent or no double agent?" He whispered to himself, on top of a nearby hill.

Lying prone on his belly he couldn't help but be as hyper-focused as he was. After all, Solomon had been here for a few days, watching the church and waiting on the rest of the Ash wolves to arrive. He knew that they had found what they came for, but he had no notion of attacking a demon recklessly, and besides his main focus wasn't on the demon, it was on the group. Though Solomon had worked for the Ash wolves for a long time, well pretty much his whole life, he still didn't work with many groups. In most cases, he was alone as he much rather avoids meeting people, but it came a day where the lab told him this is what he was going to be doing, and not listening to rules was not something Solomon did.

Solomon hadn't revealed himself yet to the other Ash wolves, and he had no plans to until he understood who they were. He wrote down notes vigorously on every member, he had remembered their names completely and already assigned the face to the name, he would see how there was one lazy one that wouldn't fully look only pretend, or when he spotted one that seemed over-eager to kill, almost discharging their weapon at a small rabbit. He made notes on these people as if his life depended on it because it did. It wasn't long after Septhis kicking in the door that he saw the rest of the group begin to pour gasoline around the building, it seemed cruel to him to burn down the building, but probably justified, a church harboring a demon was probably one of the oddest things he could think of, it almost seemed symbolic of something, but nothing he cared about.

So he waited for the church to burn, it still wasn't time for him to reveal himself, but he was close to it, packing up his camp and slinging his railgun over his shoulder and his revolver on his hip he picked the rest of the camp up and began walking to the burning church, 15minutes later reaching it and throwing any traces that he was there in the flames and that was when he ran into one of the people he listed as a threat, they were incredibly incompetent and not someone Solomon would choose for the team.

"Hands up!" He shouted at Solomon, with his gun trained on him and Hendrix just stared at him for a moment. He cursed under his breath. A smile crept upon his face even though a wave of intense anger began to rise in him.

This piece of shit is really going to be the one to get in my way? Really? Trash like this doesn't deserve to live does it? No, not when it gets in my way. I could kill him. No one would know, I probably shouldn't kill him…., no I should kill him, if I don't he has an 85% chance of repeating his performance today. If he does that it could put me and everyone here at risk. Will I kill him? Yes yes, I'll kill him.

The way Solomon looked probably confused the man, an awkward smile, and eyes that sent daggers at him. He was tempted to shoot but instead, he began to make a call to Septhis, but before he could his call was cut off by another's. He heard him give the order to kill and he assumed Septhis would do the same with this guy.

"I'm sorry buddy, but you're gonna have-" He was interrupted by three gunshots in quick succession. Solomon had drawn his gun so fast and fired all three of the shots so quickly that it seemed as if he was dreaming.

"You were unlucky to perform at such a low level, if you were graded higher, you'd be worth more and I wouldn't have just killed you." A low baritone voice said as the agent hit the ground, the bullets had effortlessly gone through his body armor and he could feel the bleeding out.
Solomon looked on, watching as the soldier laid there dying. He moved over deliberately and pulled a knife from the man on the ground, the three shots were loud, but it sounded as if there were other happenings around, things that he wanted to get to. So he stood over the man, and slit his throat, the gunshots would take at least fifteen minutes, but a throat slit would be rather quickly, he pulled off the headset from the agent and listened on to all the commotion, about another intruder, and to hear Sephtis say he found the primary target.

"Great. Thank you for your sacrifice trash." He said as he disappeared back behind the tree belt and joined all the other foliage.
He moved close to the action and trained his rail gun back on Sephtis only to see the man they were looking for going back in forth, even with another member joining the fray. He couldn't make out what they were saying, but he could make out the disarray within the team, people asking where the leader was, sometimes mentioning his three shots, trying to get in contact with the other two agents who suddenly no longer spoke, and it wasn't long after a sound ass-whooping and a grand speech from a disgusting lowly demon that he heard the order to retreat.

"Yeah, I don't think this group can handle two of these pillocks since they can barely stand to one."
So Solomon followed orders, even though he wanted to take a shot at the demon that dared to boast in front of him. He felt the same as X, except he hadn't gotten beat up.
"I assure you demon when the times come, I'll put one of these slugs straight through your chest. " He said not loud enough to be heard, and he followed the Ash wolves into retreat.
