I'm one of those old hags who can't stand an inbox full of PMs that have already been read. Is there a delete button or is "leave conversation" the equivalent of deleting? I don't want to leave some conversations though, if that's the only option. :|
 
Yes, you can only leave conversations. But you make it so that if they message you again you will be added back in instead of permanently removing yourself from the conversation.
