For the uncursed, they are tricked inti being involved with things that are worse than a curse. To a house that is peaceful, it does not mean they do not want to help the cursed. Robbers, the maniacs, and whatnot have to be avoided, and the food&water source must be blessed, or they are tricked into becoming mentally handicapped or at a lesser scale, cursed. Mentally ill, they are like a mutant, crippled thoughts, and scarring themselves of a misery that can only escape by being an inanimate object, forever.
 
Both types must live up to the game that takes up to a few weeks and most wished they were cursed. King Resna blocked paths of solutions for the cursed, only because of his selfish desire of wanting a young maiden for bed, which has led him to be manipulated to a deal of Odep.
 
To make a deal with the gods your only escape is if you don't see them while you negotiate. Otherwise even when you know tricks by wording out anything can exchange an escape, they know right away. Every other path is blocked. To solve it, you must let the uncursed solve it for you. The book is for ease. It is a helpful tool and it was a book sent for the gods.
 
Yozdn is a book that heals their minds.

If you scar or make one mistake of being disrespectful to them, you are senseless, concious but unable to think. Then you are sent to prison with a collar that only allows you to work in the abyss forever. It is not hell, but is hell.

The cross effects of the curse are black veins and burning bacteria burning your flesh. Full effect is when you start to have a well developed black collar made up of bkack veins twisting towards the hotspot nasal central area of blood.

Personality: he is stoic, but polite, he was origionally from oregon, but he moved here at age 3, so he has some southern hospitality, and he has some of the short, cut off talk of oreganites, which also influences his personallity, he also autistic, so he cannot talk well, but when he can form words, he has a deep, dark bass voice, that one would expect from a grown male.
With or W/O Curse: W/O, but he has some problems of his own, little mini-curse, you could say...

Personality: Vayen is rather mature for his age, though all children in this land of the cursed have to be. Although he fears being cursed, he'll never show it, he's too brave for that and even though both of his parents are cursed he'll never buckle under when it comes to talking about it. He can be playful when his mind is taken off of the awful things the world has to offer and will often provide a childlike incentive on things, often bringing up moral. He's also childishly stubborn at times and an give soul piercing glares with those blue eyes of his. Stick by him and he will be an asset to bringing up moral and getting people through tough times, fight him and he'll be a stubborn, manipulative, argumentative brat. He's also very unorthodox at times and does incredibly strange things.
