But something terrible is coming. Annan the Prosecutor, disgraced high executioner of House Olimak, has been visited by a stranger bearing dread prophecies. Now she seeks the means to exact her vengeance on the city of Zendis - and from there, who knows where her wrath might lead?
As fate would have it, this is where you come in; five rag-tag mercenaries, thieves, and exiles brought together by happenstance in pursuit of a valuable magical relic - the Fallen Star.
Will you be able to overcome your differences, and your own worst impulses, to save a city from utter devastation?
