Custom Spoilers..?

In advance, I apologize if this thread has already been made. I'm just so confused and yeah.

So there are these spoilers that I see that people can make with custom titles and stuff and then they say (Open) next to the title. I just don't know how to make them.

Change ( to [ When making the code

If you put a = in the first spoiler part, you can get a title.

(spoiler=title here) Text (/spoiler)
