My experience with MTG is playing a Goblin red/black shooting deck and curiosity of wanting to try Blue/Black milling deck.
Basically, I have no idea.

You could always just google a starting deck, and then look for those specific cards to start you off.

As far as creating decks go, I would go to either Wizards of the Coast Starcity games Channal Fireball and look at what others are playing. Get a feel for them, then build your own!
