Short Bio:
It started with Gilgamesh.
That was Robin's introduction to the Multiverse. To the introduction of something greater than him and his universe. The people he met there and the things he found there were so fascinating. When it was all over and the Archdemon's form had been defeated, he was free. He wandered the Multiverse for a while, ending up in Shanghai, China.
While in China, he met Doctor Aaron White, formerly known as Arc, who befriended Robin and offered him a job working for the UN due to the information he had collected on his book from Gilgamesh on the Murder Games and the nature of the Multiverse.
Working for Aaron, Robin was able to continue the application of magic to technology, and enforce the study of the Murder Games and the Dark Presence, enhancing Aaron and the
Neo-Tokyo was the catalyst for Robin getting elected to the UN's Highest office. Robin was assigned to an office in Neo-Tokyo, and was told to clean it up. His management and control of the situation in reestablishing connections with the Corporations that controlled the city, as well as his studiousness and steadfastness in keeping control led the General Assembly to quickly fall behind and support him in his actions.
During the War of the Universe, Robin was established as head of the operation to capture former Secretary-General Kenjiro Yamadera. The operation was a success, and Yamadera was captured and sentenced to stand in front of the Multiversal Court of Justice for his crimes.
After the War of the Universe Incident, Robin was elected Secretary-General to the UN by the General Assembly. Up until that point, the leaders had been fairly corrupt. Robin went through, purging corrupt members and establishing newer, more liberal members including Akane Tsunemori, Ashelia B'Nargin Dalmasca, and Emmeryn. This caused a large power overturn within the UN as several members were forced out, some at the barrel of a gun. The older members slowly started jumping from Robin, due to the fact that they believe he's biased towards UNCED.
Robin is currently dealing with a bureaucratic rift between UNCED, or the United Nations Council for Earth's Defense, and the UN General Assembly. He's come under fire by the General Assembly for several radical moves in support of UNCED taking action. The Security Council backs Robin, as well as several members of the General Assembly, however, the rift is political and petty in its nature. The General Assembly has ousted his Deputy Secretary-General and assigned Ritsuko Akagi to keep Robin in check. Robin learned of the Coalitions' Civil War from several UNCED sources who monitor the Coalition.
He decided to take direct action within the UN and deal with the matter himself rather than let the General Assembly appoint their agents.
