"It doesn't have to end like this!"

"This was the only way it was ever going to end!"

On this day, the multiverse shook.

Nothing would ever be the same again.

zrTZRl6.png

The Coalition.

A major peace-keeping organization of the multiverse that works to fight the Murder Games phenomena throughout. Throughout the organization's lifespan, they have made many allies, such as the United Universes, the Multiverse Emergency Unit, the Brotherhood of Steel, and so on, but that's not to say there hasn't been rocky trust and animosity brewing from even within. Ever since as early as the Multiverse Hotel Incident (The Grand Hotel), a failure to report the events to the United Nations, which oversees the Coalition's activity, had sparked a suspicion of the Coalition from them, and ever since the Gravity Falls Incident (Welcome to the Falls), this strained relationship has surged into the Coalition itself as well, animosity brewing between the leaders. Suspicion of a possible mole within the organization hasn't made it any easier to trust others either.

In the midst of all this, Ilona, daughter of the late Queen Elsa of Arendelle and King Solaire of Astora, two then-survivors of the earliest recorded Murder Game, arrives at the Coalition Headquarters and by request, lives under their care, having been contacted by the leaders to watch over her, as visions from the high-ranking member Cosmo, visions that have been appearing as early as the Shibuya Incident (The Reapers' Game) and the Gilgamesh Incident (System Breakdown), had been plaguing the psychic pooch for some time. Though they had all been vague in nature, there was one common theme all these visions shared.

Death. Destruction. Despair.

You see, because she had been conceived by two people who had been in one of the early Murder Games, and by extension, endured the power of the Arch Demon, she had inherited some of his destructive power as well. Power so unstable that, according to Cosmo, could potentially become even more destructive than the Arch Demon himself ever was. Power that not even Ilona herself could control.

It was on this day that started out routine enough that everything changed. Whether you were a Coalition member reporting to HQ to deliver some mission reports, or a representative of the United Nations stopping by base with the intent to oversee the Coalition's activities, it was this day that shadowy forces that had been operating beneath the Coalition's notice would make their move and strike at this moment where the organization was at its most vulnerable.

And so begins the flash point of the Coalition, and the end of its false peace.

Nothing would ever be the same again.

1. Naturally, all of Iwaku's rules apply here.

2. Please be respectful towards everyone, including myself and @Atomyk, as the main two GMs, and our lovely helpers / co-GMs, @Klutzy Ninja Kitty and @Jeremi!

3. If you're a newcomer, welcome! Though the Murder Series is a mass fandom roleplay with its own original lore that's been built up and up for a while, don't let all that intimidate you. Though it might require quite a bit of reading to grasp the full situation of the premise, previous knowledge of the Murder Series or any of the past events isn't totally required. That being said, as a fairly tight-knit community, we suggest and encourage you to join our Murder Group to keep up with updates and meet the community. Also see our Discord server!

4. No OOC talk in the IC, please. Take it to the group or Discord. By extension, OOC drama isn't permitted anywhere either. If you have a problem with someone, take it to PMs and settle it in a civil manner.

5. This should be a given, but no godmodding / metagaming! If you don't have a clear idea on what those are, see this post here.

6. Players of all posting levels are welcome here. That being said, please at least put something whenever you make a post. We'd like as little IC posts being nothing but image spam or so as possible.

7. Due to the intended speed of the game, it is practically a requirement to seek out other users to be your "posting partners" so that you have some people you can stick with. Using the tagging system is absolutely required. This is actually very important. It's fine (and encouraged) to only keep up with a few characters / players for the majority of the game, as that is far easier than trying to keep tabs on everyone. Summaries and important GM posts will be made prominent.

8. Please post once a chapter. Chapters will generally last from a few days to a week in length, though that time will likely increase as the RP goes on. Not doing so will result in your character possibly being removed from the game. At the very least, PM me or the co-GMs if anything comes up and I'll do my best to keep you around.

9. Might be a bit cliche to add, but most importantly, have fun!

Yz1yO1v.png

Unlike traditional Murder Games, we'll be shaking things up quite a bit. We'll be implementing a "faction" mechanic, and there will be no specific roles, like Traitors (and by extension, no afterlife system as well). In fact, we won't even have regular character death every chapter like usual events! In that sense, in-universe, you could say that this isn't even a Murder Game. Just a big incident. That said, with an absence of mandatory character death, every mid-chapter update (for possibly every two chapters instead of every chapter), instead of debating on who the Traitor is, here, you'll be arguing and voting over something else.

The group will be split into two factions, determined by what you pick; the Naegi Faction (led by Makoto Naegi and Cosmo the Spacedog), also known as the Regulation side, who believes Ilona to be a dangerous threat to the multiverse that needs to be put into check and under surveillance because of her unstable destructive power, and the Kirigiri Faction (led by Kyoko Kirigiri and Kieran), otherwise called the Prerogative side, who believes that despite her potential for danger, Ilona deserves to live her life as a normal human, free of the scrutiny of the eyes watching over her, known eyes and not. The debates with every other mid-chapter update will entail giving out arguments for why your side is in the right.

As for the voting, rather than voting for Traitors, you'll be voting for which side you believe in by the end of the debate, with the majority vote being a tally for which side wins each chapter. For example, if you're on the Prerogative side and you decide that the arguments presented by the Regulation side has convinced you to join their side, you'd say so in a vote format, like "X person has decided that the Regulation side has the better argument this time." The ending may be affected by which side has more "wins" in the end.

As such, as one can assume, the event will be far more story-driven and determinant than previous events, so you better pay close attention to what's goin' on! Of course, the game will have its fair share of action scenes as well.

NgUgq1v.png

We're gonna be a little more strict about which character you can play as in Civil War compared to other events as well.

For one, since the incident is based almost entirely within the Coalition's affairs, your character has to be a Coalition member with some exceptions that you'd have to run by myself and Atomyk first (these exceptions in question including being a reserve member / independent ally, visiting member of the multiversal United Nations, the Future Foundation, Brotherhood of Steel, the Multiverse Emergency Unit, etc. For info regarding those organizations, see the Wikia for more info). This means that if you have a character you've already played that is established to be a part of the Coalition or have otherwise worked with them in the past, you're pretty much encouraged to play that character, though it's fine if you choose to play a character that has never been featured in the series before, as they will just be treated as a pre-existing member of the Coalition.

And because your characters will generally be from an organization that is considered a force of good, this should probably go without saying, but your character has to generally... not be evil as well to be accepted. At least, not openly known to be greatly evil / diabolical. To clarify, you can play someone like say, Wario, who is generally greedy / mean, but not a general threat to human life, or even Dexter or Light Yagami since they can plausibly pass as decent people (though these are just examples and... I would think very hard on it if you did intend to play them, lol).

On another note, we will allow playing duos, though naturally with some limitations. Most notably, not only do they have to be from the same canon (the main exception being if they're connected through the Murder Series), but they have to be characters who would, in-character, work together. For example, it's perfectly fine to play Batman and Robin together, but not Cloud and Sephiroth. OCs are also free game if you'd rather play those instead.

I'll also just ask that you uh, don't do a character who would mostly just be around for shitposts.

zfOt88Q.png

Do put some thought into the character sheet, template given below. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask!

Appearance: Self-explanatory. Just a picture is fine.

Name: What is your character's name? Do they generally go by an alias / nickname?

Age: Chronologically, how old is your character?

Canon: What does your character originate from? If your character is an OC, just say "OC" or "Murder Series," depending on where they come from of course. If your character is an OC specifically from an established canon, put the name of the canon and "OC" next to it.

Organization: What organization is your character part of? You can choose between the Coalition, the United Nations, the Multiverse Emergency Unit, Future Foundation, Brotherhood of Steel, or be an independent ally of the Coalition. If you generally don't know what these other organizations mean, just put Coalition as default.

Powers / Abilities / Equipment: What is your character capable of, and if they have notable items they carry around, like weapons, is there anything special about them? While we'll be lenient with what to nerf and what not to, naturally, you know the drill. In any case, even just a Wiki link is fine.

Personality: What does your character act like, typically? Again, just a Wiki link is acceptable.

Short Bio: What is your character's backstory in a nutshell? And how did they come to be involved with the Coalition or otherwise become aware of the happenings in the multiverse? Do please put some thought into this, since unlike previous Murder events, your character has to be aware of the situation at hand after all.

Other Info: Optional. Just basically any extra info you feel is necessary that the GMs should know about.

Powers / Abilities / Equipment
Just a regular human being with a penchant for being optimistic.

Personality
Makoto is a passive individual, sometimes seen as very ordinary. He can be jumpy and pushed around by others at times, though Makoto possesses a knack for being a charismatic speaker when the situation demands it. He is also very polite and forgiving, often seen as a kind and supportive friend. Though he can be naive, Makoto is an optimist and believes in hope for the future.

Though others sometimes describe Makoto as a natural leader, he doesn't feel the same about himself. His position as a leader has been mostly thrust upon him without his input, leaving Makoto feeling vulnerable. Every misstep and mistake he makes as a leader delivers a harsh blow to Makoto's psyche, putting cracks in his hopeful nature. At this point in time, Makoto is desperate to do what is best for everyone.

Bio
Makoto was selected to attend Hope's Peak Academy through winning a random lottery. Hope's Peak granted him the title of “Ultimate Lucky Student”, a title given to one randomly-chosen student once a year.

After a year attending the academy, a tragedy occurred that plunged the world into chaos and despair. Makoto and the rest of his class agreed to seal themselves inside the school building to protect themselves from the destruction outside. As it turned out, "Ultimate Despair", the group responsible for causing the tragedy in the first place, were in Makoto's midst.

Stripped of their memories of the past two years, Makoto and his class were forced into participating in the School Life of Mutual Killing incident by a bear named Monokuma, who was being controlled by the despair-obsessed Junko Enoshima. With his classmates' solid support around him, Makoto managed to defeat Junko, and the survivors were free to leave the school. With that, Makoto, with the six survivors who survived the incident, joined the Future Foundation.

Since then, the Future Foundation has gone on to discover the greater multiverse, its mission objective changing to eliminating despair across all universes. The group created a partnership with other multiversal groups to create the Coalition, placing its 14th division leader as one of the people to lead this group. This individual, Kyoko Kirigiri, unfortunately went MIA during a mission, leaving Makoto to take her spot as the 14th division's head and as one of the Coalition's leaders.

Makoto has sought to do what is right, though he has faced multiple decisions that put cracks in his unwavering resolve. Makoto has become afraid of failure and will do what he must for what he believes is the greater good.

Other Info
Makoto is one of the co-leader's of the Coalition and thus has a high level of authority within the organization, though the same can not be said for the other organizations, who view Makoto as less-than up to the task.

Shiki Tohno

The short version is he'll fuckin' put you in the ground.

Personality

Shiki Tohno

Short Bio

Born to a clan of demon hunters and subsequently adopted into the Tohno family, Shiki had been gifted (or cursed, depending on how you'd rather perceive it) with the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, a phenomena that allows him to "see" death in the form of lines and points all over everything, organisms and inanimate objects alike that, when traced with anything, are instantly destroyed, though he makes do with glasses called "Mystic Eye Killers" given to him by a certain, mysterious magician.

During his second year of high school, after being kicked out and re-adopted into the Tohno family with the death of the household head, Shiki's life made a turn for the strangest, having lived a quiet, comfortable life with a branch family called the Arima before. After one fateful day, one fateful encounter, his life would change forever when he would encounter the likes of Arcueid Brunestud, a powerful, but good-natured vampire, as well as others like Executor Ciel of the Holy Church, and in the process, he would learn of the secrets that the Tohno possessed, as well as the latent demon blood that resided within the family and the secret pasts that they'd kept from Shiki, all the while he had to aid Arcueid and Ciel in fighting off bloodthirsty vampires that would plague the city, one of whom would manage to infect and turn Shiki's then-new girlfriend, Satsuki Yumizuka, whom he was forced to kill with his Mystic Eyes when her bloodlust had gotten the better of her.

Though he would eventually manage to cleanse the city of the evil vampires, the event of killing his girlfriend had traumatized him deeply, and from then on, Shiki's life took even more bizarre twists and turns that would ultimately put him on the path of redemption and healing over the course of the Murder Games, having become a participant of the very first one, where he would once again love and lose, and discover more about himself as a person. After a year of more bizarre adventures bestowed upon him by the mysterious Murder Game phenomena, he would set out on a path of self-discovery (chronicled in the side-story, The Life of Shiki Tohno), in which he would end up within the Coalition Headquarters after certain circumstances, where he has remained until now, sensing that he has one last fight ahead of him before he can return home.

Other Info

He is listed as a "Progenitor," whatever that means, right?

Shiki is also haunted by a split persona known as Nanaya, which was the original personality that he was born with before things happened. He tends to go apeshit when he's overtaken by that persona.

Huntress-in-training

Powers / Abilities / Equipment
First and foremost, there is her weapon, Myrtenaster - a Multi-Action Dust Rapier. The rapier has a revolving chamber inside the guard, which has six slots in total, each of which contains a vial of Dust. The revolving chamber is constantly stocked with red, cyan, violet, white, yellow, and blue Dust.

Weiss utilizes the Dust in combat, either in raw form or in conjunction with her semblance to create various effects that suit the situation. When not using Myrtenaster as a dust supplier, Weiss utilizes her speed to dodge attacks and her sword to deliver damage through quick thrusts that leave little room for counters. Like many Huntresses, Weiss's aura was unlocked, providing her body with a shield powered by her soul. When this shield is up, she can't be wounded, though she still experiences the pain of being stricken.

One of Weiss' most notable abilities is her Semblance, which allows her to create Glyphs that can be used in a variety of ways: create a slippery platform to skate on at high speed, generate midair platforms to manipulate her trajectory in the air and perform limited time dilation, to name a few. Weiss' glyphs have appeared in a variety of colors depending on what dust she combines with. So far, blue, black, white, and red normal glyphs have been shown, as well as a yellow "haste" glyph with a clock design.

Weiss clearly possesses the ability to combine Dust with her semblance, in order to direct the movement and manifestation of it, demonstrated in "Players and Pieces", where she does this to create a curved wall of ice between Ruby and the Death Stalker's stinger.

But with power comes weakness. One of Weiss's largest ones being a seemingly small endurance, backed up by her exhaustion after a retreat from a Beowolf, as well as her inability to take heavy hits on many occasions.

Personality
Well, the simplest way to phrase it is that this female is 'Weiss cold'. Initially, she has a cold and proud exterior, attempting to be(and acting as though) she were the perfect girl. Headstrong and somewhat irritable, she was described by her VA as 'Nice, but can also be a bit bitchy'. However, she slowly warms up, showing care for her team and friends in her own way.

Short Bio
Weiss Schnee (placeholder)

This Weiss was taken from before the events of Vol. 3, but after the end of Vol. 2. She is from the same universe as the Coalition's Ruby Rose, who she found out about the organization from. After hearing about the situation and that Ruby and Yang had become involved with it, she naturally joined as well. When she discovered what Ruby was departing for, she refused to let her go alone, and with Blake and Yang currently out of commission, she left with Ruby, Zwei and... Just for backup, her sister.

Canon
The Murder Series / OC

Organization

Powers/Abilities/Equipment
Sword skills: After years of practicing with a blade (and having been inspired by good 'ol Minato), Ilona has become well versed with using a blade.

Teleportation: Ilona has the ability to teleport, which she has also gained more control over after years of practice. She can teleport herself at will and often uses this ability to dodge attacks or quickly move behind an enemy. She can also teleport objects to or away from herself. Of course, this power will be nerfed/controlled so she doesn't get out of hand with it. ;)

Lightning Miracles: Due to being a member of the Warrior of Sunlight covenant, like her father, she has the power to use lightning based skills such as lightning spears that are long-ranged attacks.

Personality
Ilona has a very bright, cheery, and energetic personality by nature. Growing up has mellowed her out a little bit, but her calmer behavior is mostly due to her own self-control and wishing to act like a more mature young woman such as her mother was. She has a heart of gold like both of her parents before her, and wishes to aid her comrades as best she can. She especially cares for those who feel alone and struggle with any inner turmoil, as she felt this way growing up when she couldn't control her power.

Short Bio
She is the daughter of Queen Elsa of Arendelle and Solaire of Astora who met during Murder I: The Ties That Bind. Ilona is the second child of the couple, their first having died due to a miscarriage at the beginning of Murder III: Silent Hill. From a young age she had the bright personality of her father and the grace of her mother, yet also began to show signs of having an ability neither of her parents possessed: teleportation.

Unable to control this power, Ilona would find herself teleported to random locations throughout the multiverse and was often unable to return home. She spent most of her childhood like this, unable to live the easy life of a princess, but instead the life of a survivor constantly struggling to adapt to every new world she was thrust into.

As an young adult, Ilona now has better control over her ability, but still struggles with it when she is afraid or scared. Deep down, she fears she will entirely lose control of her power and end up lost forever. Eventually, she finds herself brought under the care of the Coalition.

strengths/abilities
He is a rather ordinary man, just with a heart of gold. His experiences in the Coalition have allowed him to be quite fit. His phone happens to have the Multiverse Unlimited Calling Plan, making him an asset when it comes to communication. Agile and stealthy - his strength is clearly his ability to collect intel.

personality
Zen is generally a nice guy who comes off as a narcissist. He's vain, and likes to comment about his appearance to anyone who can listen. He is a fisher for compliments, and wants to hear that he is good-looking. However, even though Zen is a narcissist he wants to recognize him for his acting skills and who he is as a person, not only his looks. Women tend to be his weakness, and he has a tendency to flirt. Yet he also doesn't care for women who only acknowledge him solely on what he looks like. At times, the actor can be serious and mature, with a noticeable dislike for big corporate members and people in society who are rich and 'born with a silver spoon in their mouth'. What he is most grateful of are people who cheer him on to do what he wants. Zen has a deeply caring personality, frequently giving other characters advice or worrying about their health and well-being and ignoring his own problems.

biography
Zen is a the youngest son of his family, living with his parents and an older brother aspiring to be a lawyer. Unlike his family and to his parent's dismay, he took an interest in the performing arts. Due to his mother's belief that it was an unsuccessful path to take, she forbade him from pursuing his dream and verbally abused him in order to get her points across. He found comfort in taking to his older brother, who said very different things than his mother. He encouraged Zen to pursue his dream because it was his own, and that he did not have to listen to his mother. As an explanation, he told the impressional boy that their mother was only shielding them from the manipulative environment of an actor in the future.

However, he soon discovered that his brother had never been on his side. Overhearing a conversation, he realized that his brother had merely comforted him in order to swindle the money Zen would earn in the future out of him, and live a successful life himself. Realizing that there was no love for him in his own home, he ran away in his middle school years to live his own life and continue his dreams without interruption.

In order to help others achieve their dreams, no matter how far away they were, he joined the Coalition - while balancing his career.

Powers / Abilities / Equipment:
Gunslinger: James learned how to use a gun from york, who knew that in time, he might need the skill to defend himself.
Magical Attunement: Growing up with a witch and a psychic, James has become very close with magic, and can sense its presence.

Short Bio: He got found in a cupboard during the same game Ilona was born in, and was raised by Raven and York for a while. And while James was prominently raised by Raven, York made a conscious effort to be there for his adopted son also. James never really met Ilona, but he feels an odd kinship with her, sharing a birthday with her, and possibly the same dark secret.

Other Info: Bacon is pretty legit.

    Dyne (command)

Trance is induced by powerful emotions, but it is also usually caused by taking enough hits in battle. Zidane's Trance give him the ability to use Dyne abilities, which are attacks that uses energy for a massive attack, with some that has elemental properties.

    Personality:

    Zidane Tribal

Zidane is a bit of a skirt-chaser. Despite accusations that all he ever thinks about is girls, Zidane can be serious when the situation calls for it. He advises the party on several aspects of life and is overall laid-back and casual in his actions and speech. Though he is confident in his abilities, Zidane harbors insecurities about his past and concealed loneliness. While usually cheerful, Zidane sometimes gets depressed, lonely, and questions why he should exist. Though he values friendship he tries to keep his problems to himself and fight them alone. Zidane develops feelings for Garnet and acts like an older brother to Vivi. Towards other party members, even Steiner and Amarant who dislike him, Zidane is generally friendly.

    Short Bio:

    http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Zidane_Tribal

Zidane is a Genome, a race created using dead souls by inserting them in the form of Mist into vessels, who was the replacement Angel of Death for Kuja. One day, Kuja brought Zidane to Gaia and left him there. Zidane eventually gets "adopted" by Baku, with his memories unclear.

12 years later, the Tantulus group receives a mission to kidnap Princess Garnet, and Zidane escorts her to Lindblum, along with Vivi, and reluctantly, Steiner, after the Tantulus Ship crashes, and Zidane and the group goes through a series of ordeals.

In the end of Final Fantasy IX, Zidane tries to save Kuja, before Kuja's "time limit" expires, and Zidane apparentally gets impaled by a bunch of thorned vines. On Garnet's 17th birthday (approx. 1 year later), during a play of "I want to be your canary", the actor of Marcus was revealed to be Zidane, and Garnet, who missed Zidane alot, reunites with him.

    Other Info:

Zidane has a thing for the ladies.

Zidane, with nothing to do after the battle with Kuja, eventually hears about the Coalition while traveling around Gaia with Bibi. Zidane, knowing that other worlds are at risk, decides to help out the Coalition with their problems.

Bibi's Trance gives him the ability to use Double Black Magic, which, as the name says, allows him to cast two Black Magic skills in a rapid fashion.

    Personality:

Like all the Black Mages, Bibi is clumsy and shy. Though this black mage acts more in a cutesy way.

    Short Bio:

Vivi was a prototype of the black mages used as weapons for Alexandria. After finding out the factory in Dali, Vivi begins to question his existance, and after meeting with No. 288, Vivi learns the concept of "death" and finds out he has more than a year to live, but not alot. Vivi eventually gains courage and accepts who he is.

In the end of Final Fantasy IX, Vivi eventually "expires", but not before having "5 children". Bibi is one of the "children".

    Other Info:

Bibi has a short lifespan, similar to the other black mages. Bibi was brought along with Zidane to the Coalition as Zidane's partner.

"I don't care what you say! We WILL stop them, and I WILL stop you! BET ON THAT!"

Name:
Ruby Rose

Age:
15

Canon:
RWBY

Organization:
Coalition (Strike Team)

Powers / Abilities / Equipment:
- Aura; Like any other human in Remnant, she has an aura which protects her from most damage, but depletes as a result... Once her aura is depleted, she is vulnerable to damage, but, given time, her aura will regenerate once more.

- Semblance of Speed; Due to her training as a huntress, she is able to manifest her aura into something much more potent... In the form of her semblance; speed. Often leaving petals behind from her flowing red cape, Ruby is able to use her semblance to dash at unnatural speeds, and with enough concentration and power... She is even capable of greating an incredible gust of wind, with enough force to instantly win a food fight for her, though she has only ever used this once (in said food fight) so far.

- Natural Leader; When the situation is right, Ruby is able to lead others with a surprising effectiveness, allowing her to lead her team to success in a battle against a Nevermore, and perhaps even accomplish greater feats later on.

- Combat Skill/Experience; With the help of her Uncle, Qrow, Ruby has honed her skills both in combat, and aura to the extent that she found herself capable of wielding the Crescent Rose, her own custom made Scythe, that also doubles as a sniper rifle.

- Silver Eyes; A unique trait that Ozpin has pointed out just before he decided to let her enter his academy, two years early... It is unknown what Ruby's silver eyes are capable as of yet, as Ruby has yet to discover, or use their potential.

- Crescent Rose; Ruby's custom made Sniper Scythe that she created herself during her time in Signal Academy. This is also Ruby's primary weapon, which she keeps loaded with a variety of dust rounds, which she will use in various ways in combat. Primarily, she uses standard dust rounds, that deal some considerably damage to her foes, and can even be used to slow down her descent from high places, or propell her from one spot to another... As Ruby will often use it's extreme recoil to help her move from one place to another in a short amount of time... Sometimes even using her semblance to help her with this.
Yc5MAX8.jpg
- Coalition Communicator; Ever since befriending Jennifer after the events of Murder Game IV, she has always carried around a coalition communicator to keep in touch with her friends from other dimensions. However, she keeps the true nature of this device secret from most of those in Beacon, at least those who are not also part of the coalition too, painting it over in order to pass it off as some trinket she carries with her.

- Scroll; This device functions as a multi-use device, allowing her to access the networks across Remnant to communicate with others, call up her locker with a special combination, and much much more. It sees most of it's use during Ruby's time in her own world, as these devices, while not uncommon, are valuable assets in most people's daily lives where she comes from.

- Emergency Cookie jar; If all else fails, have a cookie! At least, that's Ruby's line of thinking most of the time, which was why she has a small jar of chocolate chip cookies clipped to her toolbelt along with ammunition for her crescent rose, her scroll, and her coalition communicator. (She also has her wallet hidden in one of her "girl pockets").

Personality:
Ruby Rose

Short Bio:

Ruby Rose's involvement in the coalition began with Murder Game IV, when she was caught up in the middle of one... Though she was executed early on, it turned out to work out in her favor, as she ended up befriending Jennifer in the process, eventually becoming a member of the coalition soon after, and earning her place on Cosmo's Strike Team and has befriended multiple people in the Coalition, including Wanda Maximoff. However, it is uncertain what her exact stance in the situation is... Just that she will fight for what she believes is right.

Powers / Abilities / Equipment: What is your character capable of, and if they have notable items they carry around, like weapons, is there anything special about them? While we'll be lenient with what to nerf and what not to, naturally, you know the drill. In any case, even just a Wiki link is fine.

- Combat Gear (AKA; The Zwei Cannon); An heavy artillery suit that Ruby has somehow condensed into a somewhat bulky briefcase. This set of weapons includes; an mini artillery cannon that can be compacted into a decent sized cylinder Twin Auto Cannons, a miniature hwacha style rocket launcher, and dual Zwei-sized machine guns. (The downside is that she didn't bring alot of ammo, so this combat gear is only able to be utilized in battle to it's fullest about... 5 times give or take)

- Dog sense; Heightened sense of smell and vision.

- Implied tool usage?; Apparantly it was implied by Yang that Zwei could use can openers, at least to open cans of dog food.

- Potential Aura? (Durability); Zwei is apparantly capable of surviving getting lit on fire, and is durable enough to smash through an Atlesian Paladin-290 when lit on fire and launched by Professor Oobleck, and headbutting a Grimm right after. Though it is unknown exactly what extent his aura, or durability is.
(Nuclear cannon was just Ruby over exaggerating >.> it just fires HE dust rounds, auto fuel injection not included either)

Name: Agent Lucifer Matthias Anghelscu.

'Executor of an alternate Burial Agency long ago. Lightbringer. Man in Black. The Helsing of the M.E.U. Legacy of Drakul.'

Age: 32

Canon: Hidden World/Murder series OC

Organization: Coalition/M.E.U.

Powers / Abilities / Equipment

Lucifer is an artificially created Damphir, created by the magic of the Scholomance and conceived by a gypsy witch.
His powers have grown the more he used them, and now extends to the following. He can transform into a swarm of rats and bats as well as a great wolf. He can walk through walls and all surfaces may as well be a straight path. His strength has been recorded to a five ton limit, possibly more in desperate circumstances. His speed has been clocked to fifty miles per hour in short sprints, with a thirty mph speed for more sedate runs. Reaction time has been quick enough to be on bullet timer levels, deflecting automatic fire with Black Keys from his person.

His night vision allows him to see in the dark, which manifests in sensing ambient heat. Other bodily abilities extend to regeneration, healing injuries proportionate to his blood pool. He secretes an aphrodisiac venom from his saliva, which in type has borne remarkable chemical resemblance to Red Court venom.

Finally, he's displayed some skill in more mystical abilities related to his bloodline. Control of Fog and Storms, command of vermin-class animals, monsters and wolves. Along with a hypnotism style ability related to eye contact, strong enough to work on the weak-minded or exhausted.

In terms of skills, this is where the longtime Hunter shines most.

He's proven himself to be multilingual, blending into many worlds for his missions. He has a knowledge and practice of multiversal paranormal threats alongside the Multiversal Emergency Unit as well as other monsters and foes. Within the Torch, he's taken on Baijiquan Martial Arts as an additional to his Black Key mastery. He's most well known however for being one of the primary practitioners of Hirazuki-styled sword fighting in the Torch.

This ties into his basic mindset as a Renaissance Man. There is no such thing as an entirely useless skill in his mind. Coupled with his pathological need to keep busy, this manifests into a number of various little hobbies. His greatest asset in the M.E.U. as its agent is his mind, slanted towards investigation missions and hunts.

His usual equipment consists of thirty black keys as used by the Burial Agency. Saint Guillotine, the name of the sword he crafted, using black key techniques as a whole. One Glock 19 or a Smith and Wesson, depending on the nature of the monster he hunts and specialized ammo for both. Items generally carried with him are his silver crucifix and his military scriptures. Other items are used according to need. To counteract sunlight, he wears the Shroud of Job: Patron Saint of Long-sufferers which allows him to walk by day.

Weakness: Weaknesses include an aversion to running water and a downgrade of physical abilities in sunlight. Destroying the heart and decapitation are likewise permanent ways to kill him off. Thanks to his great faith though as a Christian, holy places and faith-based magic no longer have power to harm him.

Personality: His personality is that of a jaded, if still tender individual who had taken most of what life had to throw at him. Courteous and polite, Princess Midna commented on how charming he was in person while his partner acknowledged how he "makes it look so easy" when it came to saying the right thing to comfort others. He has a dry sense of humor and isn't above making the occasional pop cultural reference. When it comes to children, he's furiously protective.

Short Bio: It can be found here.

In a more immediate sense, upon returning to the Torch he discovers the current state of the Coalition. When he meets the subject causing all this discord, he makes his choice. With his own memories of how the Burial Agency of his dimension treated him, how could he treat a true innocent in the same manner? And so he throws his support to the Kirigiri Faction. A self-fulfilling prophecy is all too easy to create. He's determined not to let that happen to Ilona.

Other Info: He suffers from P.T.S.D., due to his constant habit of throwing himself into conflicts head on as well as his survivors guilt. He's spent so much time in war, he's almost forgotten what its like to be at peace. Much less what it entails.

Name: Saber Alter.

Age: One standard month.

Canon: Murder Series/Nasuverse

Organization: The Coalition. Though her grudging loyalty is centered on Lucifer himself, who shes pledged herself to for now.

Powers / Abilities / Equipment:

As a lesser magical construct, Saber Alter in terms of what she is registers closer to a Homonculus then to a Servant. Nevertheless, she retains the skills and base personality of the person she was copied after, if not the abilities in full. Her strength and agility are still many times that of an olympian-athlete human. Utilizing a skill similar to 'Prana Burst' she can charge her body and release it to enable herself to be much faster then normal. In terms of strength, she's been measured to be a seven ton class fighter.

Instead of magic, she uses 'Despair' and gains power from dark energy. Consequently, fighting on hallowed ground and the like is a way to weaken her and reduce her. On evil, unhallowed ground she derives power from her surroundings and can fight much better.

Her armor is a Despair construct and when wishing to increase her speed, she can dispel it and absorb the energy to fight for a more sustainable time.

Darkness is as clear to her as day would be to us. She cannot heal as a servant can, nor does she have a spirit form as they do. She does have the power to derive energy from alternate sources though. Lesser spirits, blood and tantric energy for example. She will not 'disperse' from lack of Despair however, unlike servants who run out of Prana. Mostly, she gets irritable.

Unlike the true Saber who wields air, Saber Alter wields hellfire.

Her main weapon is her sword. The False Excalibur.

Though it resembles the sword, it has a far different origin. The blade was forged by the demon Vulgrin. Using the tooth of a Leviathan from the River Styx and a memory of Avalon, the faerie paradise he created a blade that while not Excalibur, reflects well the duality of Heaven and Hell.

It is a sword constantly made for battle, forever creating a black miasma of despair. With the view of a paradise forever denied to the wielder, it enhances the users Despair so long as they feel it. It can also be used to channel Despair itself as a ranged weapon, reflected in black waves of corrosive energies. Its strongest attack, reflecting the Holy Kings most powerful strike.

There is a sheath, but if it has any powers she has yet to determine. Its certainly not a shield, that much is clear.

Personality: Dour and grumpy, Saber Alter was bred for only one purpose and she knows it. Despite her knowledge of her origins however, something always held her back. Distant memories that while not hers, nevertheless makes her feel strongly enough to disrupt her performance.

Still, despite her hate and her rages... Lucifer has never been anything but patient and kind to her. It confuses her mightily. Her sense of honor, for whatever reason is strong. She'd sooner shatter then let it be shattered.

Short Bio: Saber Alter is not an actual servant at all, but rather a very good facsimile created by the Order from Despair; the black essence that powers most of their dark arts. Her memories are false, harvested from the Sabers of prior games as well as the knowledge of Camelot that exists in the multiverse.

Created as an experimental weapon, she was sent into her first field test with the Shareholders Suicide Squad and performed poorly to the point she was abandoned. Lucifer then challenged her to a fight, seeing something within her beyond a dark creation. If he won, she would serve him. If he lost, she would kill him. He won and currently, she serves him like a rather twisted maid-slash-bodyguard.

Other Info:

The sheath is a potent source of Despair and like the armor, was meant to be a method to charge her, though she can do so at a more leisure pace via proximity alone. If gifted to a person, it has the potential to corrupt them with its presence. Effect wise, think Horocrux from the Harry Potter series.

The key to being affected by it, is to accept it as a gift from her. Its also the key to her enslavement. If she shatters it, under the right circumstances...She gains the power to become her own person, though she'll be cut off from using Despair at all.

Her greatest desire is to be her own person.

Her greatest fear is to be entirely alone.

Her favorite food is everything, but especially burgers.

You still need to explain how they came to join the Coalition and / or what they'd be doing at headquarters by the prologue of the event, but otherwise it seems fine in the meantime.
