"Fine, the sooner we get out of of the sooner I can warm my older brothers about our werehouse being cornered by zombies" Julie said she was litteraly okay with any plan as long as she was going to be able to warn her brothers and come out alive

"Wonderful," Anjelica murmured, pointing to the bottles of rubbing alcohol. "We're gonna need a couple of those and a few pieces of cloth if you can find any." She then turned away to gather the other materials she needed. Empty glass bottles, matches and lighters. Swinging her bag over her shoulder, she pushed one of the ladders under the manhole and began to climb. She pushed open the lid and began hacking away at the ceiling with her sword, trying her hardest not to fall off of the ladder. "This way," she whispered, climbing out into the open once the hole was made

Julie did as she was told then quickly followed Anjelica to the man hole

Ari groaned.

Everything was moving too fast or too slow. She was lifted. Carried. Set. Ouch.

Her shoulder hurt. It was probably dislocated. Her breath rattled in her lungs, bright hot white spots spearing her vision. Shit, she must have broken a rib when she fell on her arm when they opened the door. Shit, that hurt. Her tongue felt fat and fuzzy in her mouth.

A girl. Something about the color blue? Who cared about the color navy. It didnt matter. Everything was black and white now. She groaned again. Her throat hurt. Fuck, why did everything hurt? Christ, were they trying to kill her? Was she already dead? No, if she were dead it wouldnt hurt so damn much.

Something warm and smooth was pressed into her hand. It was a tube. A tube? Why did she need a tube? It hurts. No, there was something in the tube. Water? Water. It was water. God, she was thirsty. Ari tipped the bottle back and allowed the warm water to spill down her scarred throat. It was probably poisoned. Why would they kill her? Probably because she almost got them all killed.

She tried to focus her eyes, but everything was spinning too fast. Crap, why did her head hurt? She didnt remember hitting her head. Through the haze she saw another girl. A woman? Probably. Her stomach was stolen. Damn, how much did she eat? No. Pregnant. She was pregnant. It must be a horrible feeling, knowing you need to bring a new life to a dying world.

Through the fog in her head, Ari realized. What if it wasnt just the city that was dying? What if they were trying to escape this Hell, only to enter another? What if the entire world was burning? The thought made her head hurt more.

She polished off the water in the bottle and sighed. She shouldnt have drank it all. The pregnant woman may have needed it.

Ari went to speak, but a black wave of sleep washed her away.

Whatever the girl was thinking, Jessica was on the opposite end of the spectrum. As a member of the US Navy Nurse Corps, she felt obligated to help the wounded. Noticing the girl black out, Jessica could only hope that she didn't succumb to her injuries. Even though she wasn't away, she was breathing and still had a pulse. As much as she didn't want to, Jessica gently and carefully removed the girl's shirt and whatever gear she had on, just a safety precaution so she doesn't bring harm to her or Kassandra. The question was how did she manage to sustain so many injuries? Examining the girls torso, on the spot, Jessica didn't notice any signs of internal bleeding. As she examined the girl's ribs, they weren't broken, but bruised, she just needed painkillers and some rest. The Recovery shouldn't take any longer then a few days if not two weeks. Jessica now had more responsibilities; two fellow survivors, one that is injured and exhausted, the other is late into her pregnancy. The girl's shoulder injury didn't seem as severe as Jessica had initially feared and just snapped it back into place. No doubt it'd wake her up.

While Jessica treated their guest, Kassandra was reading her pregnancy guide while occasionally rubbing her belly, but otherwise just held it.

As she climbed onto the roof, Anjelica surveyed the area. There weren't as many Dead as she thought there would be, but they were still there. If her plan worked, they would be able to get away. "Do you have the bottles?" Anj asked, turning back to Julie as she climbed out. "Were making bombs. It'll make a bang, but it will be enough of a distraction for us to get away."

At that exact moment, a single gunshot and sounds of fighting could be heard on the ground below. If they were to look closer, they would see two identical looking teens, one holding a crossbow while the other held a katana and fighting off multiple infected. The male looked to be protecting the female as she reached the door and tried to get it open as quickly as she could.

Charlotte leaned against the side of a nearby building, her sides on fire after her escape from the horde of infected from earlier. It was getting dark; she'll have to find shelter soon ore else. She was out of ammo too, meaning her knife was all she had to defend herself. Taking a few more minutes to catch her breath, Charlotte continued on her way.

She turned a corner to see down the street were two people around her age fighting off the infected. One of them, a girl, was trying to get inside the building next to them while her male companion was fending them off. Charlotte ran towards them, but skid to a halt before getting to close. It wouldn't really help them by jumping right in, especially since she only had her knife. She looked around, spotting an abandoned car. She pulled out her gun and started banging on the body frame.

"Hey! Hey! Over here!" she called, attracting a good number of them to her. Charlotte turned back, running and literally flying into a firescape, climbing the ladder as fast as she could, her foot kicking one infected in the face. She stabbed another one in the head, its body tumbling down and knocking down other infected as they tried to climb up. It gave her enough time to pull the ladder out of their reach. She fell back, panting heavily before turning to the two. She hoped her distraction was enough to buy them some time.

As Anjelica readied one of the bottles, she noticed the twins below her. This... This was certainly not her day. Swearing profoundly, she walked to the edge and glanced down, "Yo, you won't be able to get int. Here, grab my hand," she murmured, getting on her belly and reaching down. Then she heard it. Banging. Someone seemed to be helping and Anj couldn't help but stare as the girl climbed the fire escape, barely managing to get out with her life. She shook her head. Why did she care about such people? Oh, right, because she had to be born human. "Oh will you hurry up?" Anjelica growled, stretching lower.

Ari was floating on a black cloud of sleep before something violently ripped her from the sweet serenity.

FUCK! WHAT THE HELL?!

Ari screamed so loud her lungs burned. Her shoulder, god damnit, the girl probably popped it back into place. Fuck, that hurt. God, why? Why did it need to hurt so much?

Her side burned from where she fell, and her head throbbed as if something was pounding on all sides of her skull. She turned her head to look at the girl. She looked tough, not somebody you would want on your bad side. Her eyes swiveled to the girl in the rocking chair. Damn, she wished she would stop rocking. The squeak of the wood was like nails against her ears, making her head hurt even worse.

Ari went to sit up and found she was naked. She didnt think this could get any worse.

"First, you pop my shoulder back into place, second, you take my clothes off?" She didnt mean to sound hostile, but the words were a flood of sound that she didnt quite understand. Her voice didnt sound like her own. With a sigh, she dropped her head in her hands and rubbed her eyes. Christ, her eyes were throbbing.

Now, for the million dollar question.
"Who are you?"

When the girl started screaming, both Jessica and Kassandra were startled. The Navy Sailor backed away. Guess the Shoulder was dislocated for a little while, wasn't it?

Kassandra on the other hand, dropped her book and looked over at the girl, holding her belly as well. She took a deep breath before standing up because sitting down for too long in a chair like that was bound to start hurting her back. And even stopped the Rocking chair because it was starting to annoy her as well. She held her back as she watched the girl sit up. Why did Jessica take her clothes off? Probably to have better examinations on the Injuries. Jessica did know what she was doing when handling the ultrasound earlier. But then again, being pregnant and being wounded were totally different things.

Seeing that the girl was a little agitated that she took her clothes off, Jessica had to provide a viable explanation. "Well, be thankful I let you keep your Bra and Undergarments. I just needed to get a better look at your Injuries to make sure nothing was too serious. Anyway, you should be fine. Just don't overexert yourself, rest a little bit. And your welcome for popping your shoulder back into place."

"My name's Jessica by the way, US Navy. I'm part of the Nurse Corps." She introduced herself, trying to be nice since they didn't need to turn on each other. Teamwork was what they needed.

"And I'm Kassandra. I'm a Cosmetologist and well...We're in my Apartment, but please make yourself at home." Kassandra smiled before interlocking her hands together underneath her belly and began holding it. After all, this was the most comfortable way of holding the swollen belly to get some of the strain off of her back.

Thunder flashed as the Rain got a bit heavier. It was even beating against the windows.

Both twins saw the girl waving a few of the infected away, and it was then that they managed to get inside the building. Quickly, they blocked the door and made their way up to the roof of the building, where they found that same person with another companion. "Hey, thanks for that!" said the boy, waving a bit as he sheathed the katana he was holding.

"Thanks my ass," Anjelica growled quietly, half hoping that they heard. Shaking her head, she passed a couple of the make-shift bombs to the others. "Lets set these bastards on fire," she smiled, lighting a match. "When the cloth is lit, throw it at them and take cover. It should kill some and distract the rest enough to get off of this building and find somewhere safe, she murmured, stretching a bit so that she didn't hurt herself when she jumped off.

Ari listened while she looked around for her gear. There wasnt much they could do. If anything she could make a run for it, but how far would she actually get? She was broken and bruised, and more than likely to collapse on the side of the road and become Infected Chow.

She studied the Navy carefully. She would probably be an issue if it came down to it. The pregnant woman? Not so much.

Ari nodded as the girl named Kassandra finished. Make herself at home? Damn, these people were too nice. She could be faking it, and easily take them out. But no, they saved her from death, no way she would harm these people.

She stood and instantly regretted it. Fuck, that hurt. She clutched her gut as pain wracked her stomach. She was more in pain than she thought, but nothing she couldnt handle. She stood up straight and played it off. Picking up her gear, starting to strap on its components.

"Thanks for the shoulder, by the way. Must have banged it up pretty hard." She shrugged and winced inwardly. Damn, she was hurting all over. Her bones were sore and felt heavy, and her chest felt tight. Christ.

"Thanks for ah... Back there, also. If you hadnt opened up, I'd have been a gonner. The name's Ariadne, but everybody calls..." She puased and bit her tongue, clipping her belt into place.

"Everybody called me Ari."

"Okay, give me one" Julie said reffering to the bottles come on

Meanwhile
Steve and his younger brother were separated when they went for the daily care package and left they're youngest sister Julie in the werehouse he had to go get her he couldn't leave his baby sister alone to much time while he was out looking for his little brother when he got there he found zombies in the entrance so he went to the back window which was wide open he got in anyway, but Julie was not in sight "Julie! Jules!" He yelled she must have left. Now Steve had to look for his little brother and sister he looked for his gun but it was gone too Julie must have taken it for defense, but it was okay he knew how tu defend himself unarmed seven agianst armed enemies. Then he went off to look for his younger brother and sister

"Nice to meet you Ari." Jessica smiled, wanting to show good faith. After all, its not like her to abandon another in trouble. Especially in a time like this, where everyone needed to work together. If anything, if more Survivors show up, they can set up base at the Apartment Building, maybe even clear out rooms where the Infected have made a home. There was bound to be some of them in the building. However, now was not the time to be worrying about that. "Well, if we're gonna survive while waiting for the Military to arrive, we're gonna have to work together." Jessica turned to the rather large window, which showed the storm, which seemed to be getting worse by the minute. Hopefully whoever else was out there were doing okay and staying indoors. Hopefully the storm clears up by daylight. This should keep the Infected from roaming freely in the Streets.

"Yes, it would be nice to have another set of hands." Kassandra agreed. Getting tired from standing for a little too long, she sat down on a chair across from the Rocking Chair while gently caressing her belly. "So what do you say, Ari? Would you like to stick around?"

They heard her alright, and both frowned at that. Damn, what was wrong with this chick? "Wait, is this even safe?" the girl asked, biting her lip as she looked over the edge a bit. "what if the fire spreads and we get trapped?"

"Then you can take cover, wait for me to leave and come up with something on your own," Anjelica murmured, giving one of the made up bottles to Julie. "You can't progress anywhere without taking a risk." After that, Anj lit the end of the cloth on her own. The fire spread quickly to engulf the cloth, making the girl smile. This, was going to be fun. Throwing the bottle, Anjelica ducked for cover, waiting for it to explode.

The raven haired girl with the sword on her back made her way through the forest that was near a warehouse, that she could barely see off in the distance with. Her German Shepard/Wolf mixture of a dog who she had named Rayzor followed along beside her, the two made an amazing team. He was her warning, if any dead were to come from behind he'd be the first to know and would give her more time to react to the situation. As she came to the gate that led to the warehouse she seen two teens fighting through the dead or what she liked to call 'The Walkers' and another girl on a roof. Britani felt the need to help the people for some reason, which was not something she normally did, so she pulled her knife out of her pocket banging it on the fence calling the walkers to come to her. "Hey! Over here you blood thirsty fiends!" She yelled running along the fence her knife clinking against the metal, Rayzor also chipped in by barking. She hoped that she would draw away the majority of the walkers so the people get away or do whatever it is they were trying to do.

The two followed her lead, taking cover just as the explosion was heard and consumed multiple infected in flames. "Alright, now's our chance!" said the guy.
