[BCOLOR=transparent]Introduction to the world: In a Universe far far away...[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Bondyrill is an old world, home to a multitude of races and wonder. It was wrought from darkness in ages long past by benevolent Gods for their creations to flourish under their watchful eyes.
And flourish they did for many a year spreading over the worlds continents, Ancient, Elder and young each to their place.
While minor strife has been a constant among them since the beginning, now however the young races have found themselves in an encompassing war, a conflict that threatens to throw Bondyrill into chaos.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Plot: [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]A party of people narrowly escapes death in the conflict on the lower lands. Through events they are drawn into the politics of the conflict to find out the true reason for the war. [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Races: [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]The Races of Bondyrill all appeared in one of three different time periods, and are often called by their era. Ancient, elder and young.
The ancient ones are the Elves, Fae and Faeries. Powerful beings connected to the ether that live for centuries focusing on guarding the world that the gods have granted them.
The elder races are the Orcs and Dwarfs more connected to the physical land they hold incredible strength and cunning. Squabbling with each other constantly these races do their best to follow the ideals of the ancients.
And then there are the young ones. A mess pool of races scattered around in the lower lands. Uncunning, brash, ignorant and short lived. Barely tolerated by the older ones from the high lands. Dominant among the young races are the humans and the freefolk, the first conformative and the second a gathering of various demi-humans and beastmen.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Culture:[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Medieval, enriched by magic and the ingenuity of the races.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Locations:[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent](Will be added as the story goes along.)
Seamster town: A formerly peaceful town on the southern outskirts of the Mello forest. Now however it has been brutally included in the conflict between humans and freefolk. Just hours prior to the groups chance meeting the town was attacked by a raiding force of unknown origin and everyone was slaughtered.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Cities: [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Yahwahe, capital of the human Ecclisiarchy, its shining streets only dwarfed by the splendor of its spires piercing the sky.
Dowahades, resting beneath the highest of mountains, some say the dwarfes dug too deep, and none remembers the pathways in the hearth of the stone.
Shivanu, a mythical city located deep within the elves forest reaches, its view one of serenity and awe.
Ch’aska, A fortress city resting on the open plains prefered by the orks...
Malsumis, With the free spirits of the Fae there has never been an interest in having abodes and thus there is only one place that could truly be called their city. Resting whitin a large ancient forest there is a place briming with life and energy, an otherworldly sanctuary where the Fae converge.
Rothem, Twerhem and Flohem are the three biggest cities in the freefolk trade conglomerate. Each of them representative of its people. [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Magic, Because Deus ex Machina:[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Magic surrounds us, permeates us, allows us to interact with the fundamental forces of the world. Those few gifted that give their whole lives in the uncovering of its secrets revered as witches and wizards. Knowledgable about past, present and future they stand outside the restraints of society.
The surreal energies themselves allowing the guidence of practioners to make true their intentions, but only as far as their mind holds fast and their soul true.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Lower tinkerers in the arts restrained by the fickle nature of the powers they channel.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]---[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Rules:[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Apart from site-wide regulations there are a few things we would prefer you aim to adhere to.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Introducing the awesome GMs:[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Silvir
The friendly voice of reason:[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]While this neko might seem innocent and cuddly, within is a mind that will make you hate your past ideas for the unreasonable ramifications they believed were there.
Silvir is the one you talk to when you are in need of a simple view of what is missing and what should be altered to fit the setting.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Windstormugly[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]The stern observer:
Has a good way with words but most likely hides an insult among them, while writing out his plans and ideas into action. This thing is rather easily distracted by things.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Holds the overall best oversight of the story and is the one to look at for ideas and fun for the story. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Apart from site-wide regulations there are a few things we would prefer you aim to adhere to.[/BCOLOR]
- [BCOLOR=transparent][BCOLOR=transparent]The GMs have the last say in any situation. Do not push this.[/BCOLOR][/BCOLOR]
- [BCOLOR=transparent][BCOLOR=transparent]No unreasonable characters. This encompass those that do not fit the setting, any mary-sue, obvious fandom-characters and those with a Rambo-mentality. [/BCOLOR][/BCOLOR]
- [BCOLOR=transparent][BCOLOR=transparent]Read the posts of other RPers, especially IC.[/BCOLOR][/BCOLOR]
- [BCOLOR=transparent][BCOLOR=transparent]If anyone posts something belonging OOC IC, there will be one warning. If anyone double-post IC, there will be no warning.[/BCOLOR][/BCOLOR]
- [BCOLOR=transparent][BCOLOR=transparent]Adhere to the setting of the story IC, it is not harder than reading the OOC or asking the GMs. Note that this means we will be reading every post, and critizize them if need be.[/BCOLOR][/BCOLOR]
- [BCOLOR=transparent][BCOLOR=transparent]If you are unable to post due to IRL reasons, or if anyone calls on your attention, give a hoot that you are still alive.[/BCOLOR][/BCOLOR]
- [BCOLOR=transparent][BCOLOR=transparent]“Do Shit. Get Shit” If your character does something IC, it will have cause a reaction IC. Your character is not a special case.[/BCOLOR][/BCOLOR]

Age:
Gender:
Appearance:
[BCOLOR=transparent]Race: (Available races to play as consist of Humans, various demi-humans regarded as Freefolk, and possible halfbloods with the some of the other races. Those being, Fae, Elves, Dwarfs and Orcs.)
Race attribute: (races have different attributes that gives them an edge in different situations some see in the dark others have an amazing sense of smell.
Skills: (3 skills for combat and 3 for other things of your choice, unless you know your way around some magic, in which case you aren’t as versatile.)[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Magic: Magic is not easy and comes at a price and to balance things out we set a scale of 1 to 4. 1-2 and you are allowed 2 skills for combat above. 3-4 and you will only be allowed one skill not above intermediate this because magic takes time and effort to learn that you could put into martial arts. There is of course above this but then you get no combat skills as you have dedicated your self entirely to magic. So accordingly
1: you have shown to have an affinity to use magic and can light the camp fire and some other basic stuff without killing your self or harming others.
2: you can use magic to slightly boost your skills and people are not as wary of you using it.
3: you can now defend your self and even use a bit of offence if that is something you have learned.
4: you have dedicated much time and can without to much effort improve your way of life both in combat and otherwise as the lazy mage you are.[/BCOLOR]
