Name: Vincent Daniel Bartell (goes by Vince, V, Vin, Vinny, Vincent; basically any butchering of his first name)

Personality: Vincent is, ironically enough, a lady killer. Cool, confident, and just goofy enough to be a teenage heart throb. It takes a little while for him to warm up to others. Around most he is rather aloof, but around those he knows well and trusts, he is a major comedian and a huge flirt. His flirtatious comments and offers have no real value however, because as soon as a girl reciprocates he becomes almost awkward and sheepish. He keeps a level head in most situations and is very protective of the Neemi twins. While he prefers time to think over situations and take the best course of action, he is very adept at making quick decisions. He often has trouble admitting he's wrong and coming to terms with his feelings. While having an arrogant pretense, Vincent is actual very self depreciating since his family has always demanded perfection from him.

He is terrible with fire arms of any kind, and personally detests them because they are loud and dangerous (to be honest he's actually pretty scared of them, not gonna lie). He gets car sick very easily if he's not driving. He was enrolled in the school to A. protect and serve both Logan and Lindsey and B. offer companionship to the twins. He is very powerful when it comes to lightning, but only ever uses his impressive powers in case of emergencies.
