Is there a certain place I'm suppose to "turn in"/ post my character bio? Where would that be, if yes?

We do have a character gallery where you can put your characters up for showcase purposes, but to sign your character up for a roleplay you will have to find a roleplay you want to be in and then post your character in the OOC/Sign up thread.
Most GM's have their own character template that fits what they need/want to know about your character, so make sure to always use the template provided by the GM. If they haven't provided one, you can either ask what info they want on your character or post a character with the info you think will be needed and then wait and see if they ask you for more info.
In the jump in section and the one x one section, character bios are rarely a requirement, but you might stumble upon someone who wants it. In jump in roleplays, the character sheet is usually posted in the in character thread with your first intro post and in the one x one area it differs from case to case. Some post it in PM, some in the OOC thread they have discussed the rp in and others just post them in their first IC post together with their character's intro.
