A free-roam Neo-Victorian RP set in a resource rich planet. It is the center of trade across a galaxy wide neo-Victorian empire. Expect technology similar to Victorian times, only futuristic. Treasure Planet should be used as a cross reference for my idea of the technology present (http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/Treasure_Planet) . I will create a OOC/character sheet later, I'd just like to see what people think of this before I do so.
