The government's special paranormal investigation agency is up against a wall and in dire need of additional staff. They've been given permission by the highest power in the land to begin a draft. They're looking for a very particular type of person to add to their team, and they have the means to track them down. Perhaps your character is one of the lucky few to be selected.
