Building a House!

There is a large book in the kitchen pantry (No one knows why it's there) which gives advice about asking one out to tolo/prom.
 
In the dining room there's a small violin that plays itself.
 
There's also a piano in which a ghost plays beside the violin.
 
There is a massive meat grinder bolted to the kitchen counter to make homemade catfood out of pizza deliverers.
 
A four-story garage juts off the side of said kitchen.
