For as long as any one single generation can remember, your island has been divided amongst the three kingdoms. The Kings all hold immense power- so much so, that legends say that entire legion have fallen to them. For this reason, the Kings can by tyrannical. You are tired of this madness, so you set out looking for some way to escape the island or take control.
The story is extremely open ended, and if interest is generated then it can expand from there.
