IDS (Inter-Dimensional Space) - The infinite multiverse that is made up of every possible reality called Unique Dimensional Possibility or just Dimension for short.

Post Dimensional Society (PDS) - A wast economical and political union of countries that developed ways to travel throughout

Untied Corporation (UC) - The most influential and powerful corporation of the PDS and a military superpower. Its owner and founder is the mysterious and powerful Traveler.

Aleurian Kingdom (ALEK) - A country which has been the home of UC from its infancy thanks to strong ties between the royal family and UC's owner.

Freak - A Freak is a person that has non-magical abilities that one's race should not have. Most Freaks have a single ability, although there are four known cases of a Freak with two abilities.

Boarding School of Freaks (BSoF) - First started as a school dedicated to training Freaks, but as mages and others adapted to be able to fight Freaks on equal ground the school opened its doors to anyone that could pass a combat test. BSoF was the first school for Freaks as well as the first such school to adapt to the new abilities of mages and others.
The special thing about BSoF is the ranking system - every student has a rank that can be gained by battles with other students. At certain time intervals, usually end of each semester a certain amount of students bellow a certain rank would automatically fail the year and promptly sent back home.
As the amount of people with skills to enter BSoF rose the free space in the dorms of the school decreased and a new campus was erected near Itasia.

Summary of Info: A school for all sorts of people with powers, skills or abilities that can be used in combat and with a ranking system based on battles in a science fantasy multiverse setting.

Name: The name of the character.
Surname: The surname/family name of the character.
Race: The race/species of the character. A race creation sheet can be found on the OOC thread. If you plan using a race for an existing setting like Sayans for Dragon Ball or Mutants from the Fallout universe then put a link to an appropriate Wiki page.

Psychological Profile: The personality of the character. His goals, values, moral grounds and so on.
Study Program: Make up a school program which the character will be studying. Again posting in the OOC or PMing me are both an option. Also some examples: Inter-Dimensional Physics, Theoretical Magic of IDS, Spaceship Design, Xenobiology.

Combat Data
Non-magic skills: Skills that don't use magic, like martial arts, marksmanship and so on. You can "borrow" those from fiction, but link to an appropriate Wiki article.
Magic skills: Skills based on magic, including spells. Again if borrowing from works of fiction link to Wiki article.
Freak/Racial Ability(s): The abilities that ones has as a Freak or due to being a member of a certain race. For example that would be transformation abilities of demons or the telepathic abilities of the Vulcans from Star Trek. Give a explanation and limits for this abilities.
Weapons: Any weapons that the character uses often or that are his signature/favorite ones.
Other equipment: Any other equipment that the character might commonly use like nanobot-manipulation equipment or body armor.

Magic skills: Invisibility, shadow teleportation, creating katana's and throwing stars
Oh yeah this also needs more details, primary limitations (AKA how strong they are). For example for invisibility - how long can she become invisible and is she invisible only to human eyes, the whole EM specter or even for magic? For crating stuff - which material are those made of? Are they created with some enchantment or with something special?

Well I primary need the range of her current abilities and which are those abilities. No need to post all those links if she can't use them right now. Also you are still missing her history and personality.

I will get her history up i was putting all that in because you said you wanted a description of the power so there one is and all the links are because i got that off wiki powers and i thought i alreaby put her personality in.

Previous School and Study Program: Dar'Asu Military Academy, 40 year combined program
Background Information: Ahs'aira was born as the third daughter of the Ume'yna family, whose current head, Ahs'aira's father, is the second most powerful person in the Ablin Stratocracy as Commander of Fleets. Unlike the rest of the families with long ties with military Ume'yna family don't close their women into the safest place possible, but send them out into the world after a long military training. Naturally that meant that Ahs'aira also followed that path and after reaching 30 years of age was enrolled in the elite Dar'Asu Military Academy. Through she displayed average to above average results in most fields she showed an extreme proficiency in marksmanship and gunnery, regularly winning competitions with other military schools. Finally during her tenth year at the Academy Albin made contact with the IDS. At first little changed as the military decided what course to follow. In the end Albin became a UC Protectorate, but in a privileged position that the country attained thanks to a certain event. So life for Ahs 'aira stayed the same except for the influx of PDS culture and knowledge that she and every other Albin had to deal with. But a year before she finished school her Freak ability manifested itself and set her on a path for enrolling BSoF...
Psychological Profile: Pragmatic and cold, with rare displays of any emotion at all. Due to training methods at Dar'Asu some traces of psychological trauma and PTSD (regular dozes of Tevaris and visits to psychologist). Likes weapons and military. Has little things that she hates, primary being mouses and similar creatures. Has no favorite food but likes sweets as they were rarely available in Dar'Asu. Dislikes eating military rations but will put up with them if necessary.

Freak/Racial Ability(s):
Freak Ability "Cursed Veil of Misfortune", A Rank Misfortune Manipulation
Allows introduction of negative randomness AKA Misfortune, Failure or Fail in an area of up to 52.6 meters (at current level). A rank allows interference with anything from magic to living beings but can't be used to kill sapient creatures.
The ability manifests as many thin transparent strips of concentrated misfortune usually in dark violet or black color. The strips form a "shell" around Ahs'aira while also being able to instantly connect to a target and load it with misfortune.
The ability can cause a variety of effects, from weapons falling apart to physical exhaustion, but can only cause negative effects. Also the strength depends on the starting positive or negative randomness of the target AKA Luck. The higher the positive randomness of a target the less effective the attack. Distance also decreases the power, with the power falling by 10% for each 5 meters of distance. Currently the ability exerts a power of 242.1 negative randomness at bellow half a meter of distance. Note: Average positive randomness of a normal human is around 30. For BSoF students it is around 100.
Weapons:
Type 2412 Absolute AABW - An assault rifle built by UC for use by mercenaries. It fires 8x15 mm bullets at 750 m/s using electromagnetic propulsion like railguns and is capable of penetrating most medium and all light body armor as long as loaded with the latest bullet models. Most versions have a 30 rounds magazine with 50 or 100 rounds box magazines also existing.


Mark 41032 Patriot PDW - A rapid-fire 6x10 mm Personal Defense Weapon from Colt. Just like Absolute uses electromagnetic propulsion to lunch bullets at around 700 m/s. It can have a 50 or 60 rounds magazine and will penetrate almost any light body armor and the weaker parts of almost any medium body armor.





Berreta D402 - A modernized Berreta D400. Fires 7x14 mm rounds at 1000 m/s. One of the most powerful weapon (in terms of size/power ratio) in the IDS that still uses cased ammo and a favorite of law enforcement all over the IDS. Supports magazines with 10 or 20 rounds. Depending on ammo type can penetrate any medium or light body armor and certain points of heavy body armor.

Here you go. Now you have an idea how a sheet should look. Not that I will not ask that much detail from you, this is just how good I would like the sheets to be. The only exception is the detail level for the combat data section. I want that to be detailed! I will especially want a lot of info for freak and other abilities. Hope you two get your sheets done soon!

Previous School and Study Program: Home-schooled, studied music
Background Information: Tintvish is a freak to both her homeland and the outside world. Since she looks more human in appearance, many people from her home didn't feel comfortable with her, and humans didn't either. Because of this, her parents decided to home-school her throughout her whole life, focusing on combat and music. It was until she actually learned about this current vicinity that she had a fire in her heart to join this institute and meet other "freaks" like her. Perhaps they would be stronger than her, perhaps they may even be like her home, but her mother assured her that this institute could fit even a rock. And with that, they signed the application together and, for the first time, she took a picture of herself happily.
Psychological Profile: Shy, Self-conscious, Paranoid, Introverted, Lewd, Friendly, and Short-tempered. Might be a pathological liar as well, though studies could not confirm this.
Study Program: Music (Percussion, in particular)


Combat Data

Non-magic skills:
* Play Instrument: Able to play music on many instruments. Doing so increases concentration, adds calm to others, and can be used as a distraction. However, this leaves open opportunity to being attacked physically, and only some weapons can be summoned to shield you from magic and ranged weaponry.

* Bardic Smash: Bashes the weapon onto the enemy. Does more damage than any weapon used on this person, but can only be used in close range. Cannot be used when with heavy instruments (pianos, harps, full drum kit, etc.)

*Pledge Of Lies: When with the Trumpet of Lies, playing it will summon distorted and small figures that will continuously be smiling. At a maximum, one can summon up to five of them, and at minimum one. If one is summoned, the figure will possess the player and continuously make them laugh, and the trumpet will turn into a powerful shotgun. Doing this will increase a spell's ability to be more damaging, however, the player being possessed will not be able to be in control of who they are attacking and should only be used when outnumbered or going to be defeated. If summoning more than one, the group will laugh and hold hands and lower concentration, but grand a speed boost to the player and their allies while the trumpet will be turned into a magical shield. Killing the figure(s) will cause the player to be inflicted with the attacks, and the trumpet will break and disappear.

*Close Combat- Spear Proficiency: Any piercing/throwing combo weapon will have a higher chance of hitting criticals points on enemies.

*Spear Crutch: If any sharp piercing object is on one's person, it can be used as a spear. Will have impeccable accuracy close range while also being able to be used as a throwing weapon or even a block. The consequence is that parrying with the weapon will not be possible, and the weapon will be treated as just a spear.

*Microshield: When an ally is far away and is in a tight spot and when having a Microgun, loading a bullet wrapped in a healing band can summon a shield for them. The bullet itself must be shot nearby, though not at, the person needing the shield, and will create a barrier around them. Cannot be used on one's own self, and shooting at the person themselves will cause the bullet to simply act like a regular bullet, harming instead of helping the ally.

Magic skills:
*Shatter: If an instrument breaks, power goes to the user's voice to create a weapon able to break one's ears. This alters the voicebox, and can only be used for a short period. Voice will be sore afterwards, and the user will not be able to speak or concentrate.

*Pro-Time: Using any percussion instruments, the user is able to create a field around them where time can be altered depending on the melody of the music. Takes a lot of mana and stamina, and when over, the user becomes defenseless temporarily.


*Bard's Plea: Conjures a random instrument if the user does not have an instrument on them.
If the user has an instrument on them, this will heal any allies and themselves.

*High-Note Haven: Soundwaves attack the enemy. Playing notes faster will add more damage per second but will be low to medium damage, while long notes will create very powerful attacks. Great for AoE.


*Watersong: If underwater, the user can sing so Allies can breathe underwater and see without having any negative affects. Can also be used to call upon her legendary weapon, Trumpet of Lies. The weapon disappears after one use, and calling on it again will lower the changes of it appearing later on.

*Lullaby: Puts enemies to sleep. Has to create a slow, nice beat. Chances of putting an enemy to sleep is usually 40%, and the more the lullaby is played, the changes go up 4% per minute.

*Nightmare: Usually used on a sleeping target. With Allies, this will increase their sight of vision when they wake up, but will be paranoid. With enemies, this will take away their health until they wake up from the nightmare.

* Improvisation: Use anything to create a weapon on the spot. Depending on what and how the said object(s) are used, the weapon will be fully functional and can be used like any weapon it was created as. Takes a medium-long time to craft, and should be used only in emergencies. Weapons (unless heavy/enchanted) will most likely break after a day.

*Wind's Grace: Using a wind instrument, playing a folk song will give the caster the ability to manipulate wind. Slow and sad songs will create attacks, while faster and cheerier songs will boost speed for them and their allies.

Freak/Racial Ability(s):
*Waterborne: Able to breathe underwater.



Weapons:
*Small Spear Pack: A pack of 80 small spears always on her back. Used for range and melee, easily breakable.
*Snare Drum of Mother: A percussion instrument used for illusions and Pro-time ,Hard to break
*Microgun: A microphone gun. Is a functional microphone, and also a lovely revolver.

Other equipment:
*Healing Band: If anyone is ill, healing bands are there to make them feel better - or at least not die from their issue. Until one is gotten to a healer.
*Illusion Mirror: Able to use illusions or even make your reflection play an instrument so your hands can be free.

@Yokai_Madmen nice job with the character and see no major issues with the character, trough her abilities are a bit all over the place in terms of combining magic, support, close combat and ranged combat. A rare case for first year BSoF students (most specialize in one or two combat fields with maybe their feak or magical abilities used for support), but not unheard of.

The main point that I see missing in your combat skills is what is the source for those.

Hm, this could be done with magic or technology. Magic could do it with various transmutation and transformation spells while technology can use nanomanipulation to do it.
* Short-Stop: Using any ranged weapon, one can remain completely still for three seconds to assure accuracy is correct. No matter how fast one is going, the ability to stop completely to take the quick shot is available. This takes a toll on muscles, and ends up cramping leg muscles when used more than twice a day.

* Gifted Scope: Weapons do not need a scope to be used as a sniper-like weapon. Every ranged weapon will feel as if it has a scope on it, and one is able to see far away and focus on the enemy. Eyes will blur for awhile after using this skill, and will create difficulty in looking outside the invisible scope temporarily.

*Pin-perfect: Lizardpeople are good with sharp throwing objects, and spears are one of those. Any peircing/throwing combo weapon will have a higher chance of hitting criticals on enemies.
Hm, you should probably make a specific race of Lizardkind since most races of this type in the IDS don't have this kind of racial ability. Otherwise you can put it under Non-Magical skills as Close Combat - Spear Proficiency
*Ranger: Longer depth of field and better accuracy, but prone to getting more damage from hits due to a lower defense than many others.
What is this? You are not making a game character you know? No such thing as classes okay? If you want to your character to be a good shot the appropriate skill is Marksmanship. Also there is no point in putting how durable one's body is - as long as it is not protected by special ability or made out of non-organic components it will not be capable of not taking damage from most attacks in BSoF. That is why most students ether focus on evasion, protect themselves with body armor and shields or have attacks/abilities to destroy attacks before those reach them.
*Bard: Bards are able to be one with music while using it to be at their advantage. Any instrument will be hard to break, even when created through improvisation.
Again no class like stuff in BSoF~

The medium your character uses would be magic-infused sounds and depending on being a mage or tech user, supplemented with some a bit of weapon creation magic or nanobot manipulation to provide weapons and attacks when needed. As a mage your character would probably work as it is now, while as a tech user it would probably be need to shift to a bit more offensive style to exploit the strongest weapon that is has - sonic attacks.

It is okay. Make it a support-based mage with a few defense and attack skills. I like the sound/music theme so keep it!

Edit Number 2: I couldn't remember two thingys I made for it, but the following was added:
Pledge of Lies (can be only used with the Trumpet of Lies, speed or attack power depending on how it is used), Microshield (using the Microgun, to help allies), and Wind's Grace (using wind instruments, can be used as an attack or for speed).
