Aza and Gwazi have died. Their quick dig upwards made the ground beneath the tree weak... and so it fell down and crushed them both. There were no other casualties.

Barely.

Neo almost died too but did not.

Zed has killed the creature.

Bernie makes bubbles while trying to call for help.

Update 6: Oh, Also That Giant Creature Is Noteworthy Too
 
:: pick branches from the now low tree.
 
::Grab bricks to make support beams.
 
::Harvest fruit from conveniently low branches and crack them open
 
:: Jump into the tree, away from the monster
 
::Gather wood to make shield; try not to poop self from sudden drop
 
:: Continue work on the fort's steeple.
 
:: Stab the big scary new creature with my spear.
 
:: Keep on swimming upwards without calling for help before I reach the surface.
