Blogs List Titles — Color Matches Background Color

  1. I've stumbled upon what seems to be a simple CSS issue.

This was rendered by Chrome v35.0.1916.114m with the Azurite theme. I've selected the upper title to show what I mean.

I've tested some of the other styles (both light-on-dark and dark-on-light), and it seems consistent among the light-on-dark themes that the color is close enough to that of the background to be an eyesore.

    Report (open)
    Azurite rgb(82, 146, 255) on rgb(82, 146, 255) completely invisible.
    Garnet rgb(255, 33, 33) on rgb(255, 0, 0) completely invisible.
    Aquamarine rgb(87, 221, 203) on rgb(106, 210, 196) virtually invisible.
    Amber rgb(252, 116, 0) on rgb(255, 144, 48) borderline imperceivable.
    Rubellite rgb(255, 50, 129) on rgb(255, 105, 162) borderline imperceivable.
    Peridot rgb(135, 180, 1) on rgb(182, 227, 47) borderline reasonable.
    Jade rgb(0, 161, 156) on rgb(17, 191, 185) reasonable, but very subtle.
    Amethyst rgb(138, 103, 174) on rgb(176, 139, 214) reasonable, but very subtle.
    Obsidian rgb(146, 193, 154) on rgb(178, 215, 184) reasonable, but very subtle.
    Obsidian (Non Responsive) rgb(146, 193, 154) on rgb(178, 215, 184) reasonable, but very subtle.
Here is a list of all the styles which were less than ideal.

  2. Ah, thank you for the report! O_O I'll add this to my to-do list. Getting the styles all working is always an ongoing trauma. >>

  3. Indeed, it is, I imagine. Any time. :3
