Before The Lion King

The sun rose over pride rock, it was a new dawn. Today was a very special day. For today was the day, Uru and Ahadi would be having their cub. Pride rock was warm, the sun rise has already warmed the cold rock, Ahadi and Uru, laid in the back of the cave on pride rock, the other females laid around Uru, the males going around to make sure the pride stayed in check. They would have their opening ceremony after the cubs were born. Uru, was not the only lioness pregnant and due within the next few days. Many other lionesses would give birth this week.

We begin in the cave, were Uru is in the process of delivering her cub. Little do her and Ahadi know, they will be having more than one. Will this change the fate of the pride, or will they be blessed with a little girl and a son, a new king?

Uru to say the least felt quite excited actually no she was really excited she was going to see her cub or cubs she was finally going to find out if its going to a beautiful little girl or a handsome looking little boy.

She looked back and saw a little golden colored cub and a brown colored one she was a bit tired but upon looking at her 2 newborn cubs that all quickly went away she might not know what gender they are yet but she will find out very soon.

Ahadi made his way through the other lions, everyone was excited that the new baby was coming and the king new that he needed to watch the pride. He really wanted to be there but his pride needed his help to watch, since all the females were with his mate. The lion patrolled the area till it was all good, no other animals inside. He then heard crying and ran over to the cave, where he saw the lion being born, but not just one, but two.
