So on my quest for infinite boredom I have stumbled upon many games. In my most recent finding though I have to say I am still impressed by all those who take the time to make freeware. The name of the game is Battleships Forever and it is a freeware RTS with a nice little career and skirmish modes but it's real shine comes in the sandbox mode. The game comes installed with a shipbuilder which allows you to create your own ships as well as import your own weapon and sprites section.

whilst the missions bored me, the ship builder is quite fun once one gets the hang of it.
*WMD made a ship that beats everything but that big bastard, it only has two cannons and a very OP chaingun*
